Apex Techno World — i'm complaining about the fraudulent experience with apex techno world

We have approached apex techno world in january 2019 and have signed up an agreement for amazon customer support inbound process. We have paid 5 lakh rupees as security deposit on 18th january 2019. Our primary point of contact was nikita saxena and secondary point of contact was shreya joshi. While signing up we met the director varsha soni and she gave us great hopes of a great career.

We were recommended to hire 20 people for the process within 25 days and they also told us that they will finalize the shortlisted candidates through a final interview. From february 1st until march second week, these guys played around and rejected almost all of the worthy candidates, framing the image that our recruitment process was slow and out of the agreement timeline given. We also asked if the agreement can be amended to have 10 candidates as we had 12 candidates ready by march third week. But they didn't accept it stating that the agreement can't be changed. We thought that these are common in business as we are a startup. Finally after a lot of argument and mails they have started doing the screening process properly. They used to be available for 1 hour everyday and during that time they used to screen my candidates. Finally by the second week of april 2019 we were done with the candidates. During this period we have been asking them again and again about the server configuration and training essentials that they said we need to have, but they were again clueless and hence skipped the conversation.

On the second week of april we asked for training and live date, they said the candidates have to go through another round of interview which is operations round. We agreed to it after some arguments though it was not informed earlier, hoping that these guys were genuine. They have conducted interviews for 2 days at 1 hr per day for 10 people per slot. And after 2 days they said they are not going to give us the process as the client wants to start the process within 4 days, for which they won't allow us since we haven't completed the training process. They further added that the training will be only for 1 hour per day which can't be completed in 4 days. When we suggested if we can handle the training with their supervision as i've been experienced in amazon process for 1.5 years, they blindly rejected it. The best part is that when i questioned these guys on why this client deadline wasn't informed earlier, they didn't have any answer. This was the last time that we spoke with nikita saxena, after which she never responded to our calls or email.

During this time they started arguing big time and started playing the blame game on us and finally said that they will give us rbl credit card inbound process for 20 seats for a duration of 3 months temporarily and assured that they would give us back the amazon customer service inbound process. However, we didn't receive any acknowledgements. We were assured that a trainer would be here in our office in 2 days time and we would go live in a week. We were also assured that they would take care of all the stuff and i just need to have headsets and computers with server connection. The training started again at 1 hr per day and ended after 1 month, though promised for 1 week. Now again another drama started. Now they said my agents needs to make outbound calls as part of the training to sell credit cards for a week and once approved we will go live with inbound process.

Now we met them in person again with the required appointment from diksha mishra by june 3, 2019 to discuss the required facilities. At the office shreya joshi asked if we really had an appointment for which we replied that we fixed it via diksha mishra for which we received silly reasons.in this discussion, we were asked to procure a gsm gateway and server and informed that we need to take up the outbound calls only for a week. We bought a gsm gateway with 32 port and a server of 1 tb expandable to another 4 tb by spending more money.

The leads were sent in an excel sheet and finally all the agents were approved for going live by the second week of june 2019. After starting the process, we were asked to generate 5-6 leads per agent within a week, which we did with ease resulting in 550+ leads with 20 candidates. When we finished this, we asked about the date for inbound process for which they said that we need to get feedback for the leads from them. While sending the feedback, they rejected all the leads without any genuine reason and also added that the leads that we sent them will be considered only if the executives from their end sold the credit cards. We then had lot of arguments stating that the leads were from the area of mumbai, our language barrier, our candidates selected basically for amazon inbound process, etc. But their end of reasoning was blind like always.

Fed up with their reliability issues, we started doing background research about apex techno world once again and came to know that two complaints on consumer forum were recently recorded on them (https://bit.ly/2Nml6dO) and (https://bit.ly/31Wwdxp). at the same time, we came to know that another person invested in these people for rbl process directly, and has been facing the same frame of drama as us. Further more, this person was asked if he would like to get the amazon process now. We were really offended as, if these people were really genuine, they would have informed it to us. We then sought legal advice and came to know that we have been legally fooled by them and that we couldn't get back our returns from them by any means, having spent more than 23 lakhs. Hence we terminated the process, initiating from our side on june 26, 2019 by sending them a mail citing all the proceedings that happened until now. Finally we received a reply from nikita saxena who was invisible all these days, blaming us. We didn't even care to reply.

This is the same motive that these guys work on. Emotionally blackmailing, threatening and other stuff. Not only me there are other centers who have been duped the same way as mentioned earlier and no one has ever been paid back.

The only reason you do not see any negative comments about them is because they play around with you and ensure you not to put up any negative comments in the name of refund.

The foremost reason i'm posting this is because i do not want anyone else to fall for these people. Please do not trust these guys and fall for their scam. The same happened with a center in chennai and another center in coimbatore. Don't know how much more talented careers have been scammed by these gang of women.
