We got baby delivered few days back. After the delivery they asked mother and baby to wait for 2hrs in a room(Not NICU) next to OT and then they sent for ward. While billing they have charged 12 thousand for this 2hrs. When I questioned the care manager Manjula of Apollo cradle Koramanagal her response was so irresponsible. She was like since you are family is happy u have to pay happily and go and she was not ready to explain about the charges....

1. My gynaecologist dr. Phani madhuri who was adamant on me whatsapping her n not really worried to hear my conditionâ 
2. Receptionist who was least bothered to # n respond to an emergency
3. The duty doctor who was most interested to show off n fight, not ready to understand patient mental n physical state... Not equipped to handle scanning machine, extremely rude, insensible...

As a new mother all my dreams were shattered by your hospital, i caught mrsa infection in your hospital underwent multiple surgeries and still under medication. You guys made my life miserable. Thanks for making this phase of life most memorable. Don’t put other patients life at risk like you did mine.
