We got baby delivered few days back. After the delivery they asked mother and baby to wait for 2hrs in a room(Not NICU) next to OT and then they sent for ward. While billing they have charged 12 thousand for this 2hrs. When I questioned the care manager Manjula of Apollo cradle Koramanagal her response was so irresponsible. She was like since you are family is happy u have to pay happily and go and she was not ready to explain about the charges. And all the bills exceeded more than what she has promised. Even rooms was not so good for what they charge.

    My wife Mrs. Renu Gupta was admitted to Apollo Cradle Royale, Nehru Place New Delhi for Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy and Cholecystectomy Surgery on 22/07/2021. As it was an elective surgery, we had taken pre-approval for cashless authorization but at the time of admission I was told to deposit Rs10000/- as TPA Security (which was supposed to be refunded post final billing and approval from TPA) and was discharged as per discharge summary on 24/07/2021.

    As per TPA Cashless Authorization Letter from MD India all the billed amount was approved except Rs500/- to be payable by the insured.

    But I have received a refund Rs6601/- in my bank Account whereas total refund due is Rs9500/- An amount of Rs2899/-is still due on account of refund.

    Please note as per MD India TPA total amount disallowed was only Rs500/-(Cashless Authorization Letter was also shared with TPA/Hospital) I am unable to understand why you have refunded Rs6601/- instead of Rs9500/- without any reason. Despite my constant follow-ups, neither am I getting any response to my mails/phone calls etc. nor the balance amount Rs2899/ is refunded till date.

    I hereby request you to take initiative to get my refund of balance amount due i.e. Rs2899/- without any further delay. I am a senior citizen even after repeated requests to such a reputed hospital doing harassment with me.

    Please do the needful at the earliest.

      I had confirmed Covid 2nd dose vaccination today 11/08/2021 @ 4 pm. When I reach there for vaccination they informed me that as no patient came today for Covaxin vaccination dose. They had to throw the vaccination.
      My time and as well as traveling money got wasted because of your poor ### management.
      The receptionist is least brother to talk also.

        Hi,
        This is to bring into your notice regarding the services provided by the Apollo Cradle amritsar.
        There is care manager with the name of Harpreet. On asking for the services regarding delivery and packages andd things to carry for the same, She actually said nothing and just provided with the piece of paper to read. On asking she said everything is written up and i can’t elaborate.
        Coming this from such a fantastic healthcare facility like Apollo is a concern.
        Because if this would be the arrogant attitude of the staff towards their clients or customers then i think that shatters the image of hospital and that made me understand that it is not the brand to be relied upon.
        Please Look into the matter and do the needful.

          I, Shelma Suresh, former staff nurse of apollo cradle brookefield hospital would like to give complaint against this hospital for not giving my payment of the month of March 21st to April 4th .I left apollo hospital o 5th April 2021 .I joined apollo hospital on Jan 21st.As my grandmother expired on march I took leave for 4 days and asked for 5 more days.they didn't approve it.but for another staff they approved.so that I argued with them for the same.every employee should have equal rights.she joined 1 month back and she got leave
          .they even argued with me.and I left the hospital as I dont want to work in such a hospital were employees have different rules.i did even double shifts for them.but they didnt give me the payment.i reached there and told them my complaints and they sent me abscound letter so that they don't need to give me the salary.please.i want my payment for what I have done

            Duty Pediatricians number [protected] mentioned on the discharge summary sheet of baby is always switched off.

            Doctor Prachi Bhosale, my baby's doctor urges to never call or text her and the Duty Pediatricians number is always switched off.

            This is creating lot of inconvenience to get medical advise on the new born baby's condition.

              Dr Apoorva T refused to provide emergency medical treatment to my 2.5 months old child who was suffering from extreme chest congestion and was chocking at the time of arrival to the hospital.

              Such an act might have costed a life today if my wife would not have been a doctor herself and such refusal has made me understand that apollo is not the brand to be relied upon.

              Written refusal letter is available in our records that may be produced to the concerned officer on written request.

              Further it is hereby given final opportunity as to why legal action should not be initiated against the doctor concerned and the apollo cradle center for not providing emergency treatment inspite of having orange zone for medical treatment of suspected COVID-19 patients should not be taken for such draconian act.

                I booked the private room category maternity package of rs 78000 one month in advance on 18th oct, 2018 due to covid situation...

                If a single parent lady comes with twins.then she is asked to stand in a queue inspite of she having an appointment with doctor.she is made to wait for hours at billing, pharmacy even outside the doctors room
                I asked you is this the way you treat the newly born infants
                Such a unprofessional staff at the pharmacy even when they were asked to provide vaccine they aksed to follow the queue inspite of telling them ita for infants

The total bill dated 18/11/2019 amount to rs 23010 is not recieved from hospital since today. I am continuiosy visiting hospital for the same during this corona panademic and begging for my amount at hospital prenises but no response is being provided from your end.                     The staffs including the sisters and other juniors does not pay attention to patients. Even so many times reminder still no body will coordinate with the patient.always all the staffs are busy in gossiping and chit chatting.

                    Sisters and junior posts are totally unprofessional. It's dissatisfaction experience.

                      Hi. I am a patient at apollo cradle maternity hospital, koramangala branch. I would actually like to complain about two incidents. Firstly, we had an appointment back at 24th march 2020 during the corona virus lockdown period. But still we made it to the hospital and were told by the receptionist that all appointments had been cancelled and it has been informed to patients earlier. But i haven't got any sort of email or sms saying that my appointment has been cancelled. And the lady in the receptionist was speaking as if it was our fault. That too during this coronavirus outbreak, we are taking a great personal risk in travelling yet we have been treated like they really didn't care about it. Secondly, we came to know that the hospital is taking only emergency cases till the lockdown period but now it seems that they are looking into normal cases as well. So again we booked an appointment on april 8th 2020. But we had a problem in reaching the hospital on time due to transport unavailability. We got a call from the reception. A lady was enquiring about our appointment. I told we couldn't get there because there is no means of transport to reach the hospital. And she asked whether she can cancel the appointment and i told yes and asked if i could cancel or postpone the appointment. But before answering my query, she hung up on me without giving me a proper response.. I would really feel better if this issue is taken care of and in future the lady in the reception responses with care. Please make this a priority because at these crucial times all we need from each other is a little bit of care and not some arrogant attitude.

                        The staff behaviour is very rude and unapologetic. First of all they cancelled appointment without information and when i complained rather than be apologetic they started giving excuse. I logged an official complaint and even after 2 weeks no response from admin department. When i asked front desk regarding the complaint status they don’t have any clue and told me to call after 2 days to check on status. When i tried to put a point that it’s their job to solve any grievance and why i need to follow it up, they had no mechanism to follow up. I told them i will be putting their feedback online, in response the reacted very badly and said do it as if they don’t care

                          I am manav rathi, my family, my wife sameeksha shokeen and myself are under tremendous stress because of dr nidhi khera's extremely rude behaviour and improper communication of health problem resulting to removal of one tube through surgery of sameeksha due to delay in action.

                          On 28 feb after a little discomfort in my wife's stomach we went to dr nidhi khera.

                          Hi Team,

                          We are visiting apollo cradle brookefield regularly in Bangalore. Even we are coming inside apollo only they are charging parking fees illegally and damaging the car of customers.

                          Apollo cradle has hired parking valet people who only bothers about the money irrespective of patients emergency situation. Since it is hospital i dont think so they should charge for parking even that is high . People collecting the money is rude and even hospital staff is not supportive. They are damaging the car of their own patients.

                          Kindly take necessary action on the security guards and hospital staff as soon as possible.

                          Apollo Cradle brookefield hospital parking facility security guy on duty dated (7th Sept 2021) is very rude in nature. During the pandemic, I personally don't wish for wallet parking as like any other person as the guy will be getting into everyone's vehicle for parking. Especially when you take the nursing kids inside the car, no one will like to have a third person contact as the kids are not wearing masks. I experienced the issue today as I was having 2 kids at car and I was begging him that I myself will park the car. He was that adamant that it cannot be allowed and he was suggesting me to park outside the Compound. When tried calling to the hospital support team over phone, i saddened to hear the same response from the representative. I would say the representative is also as rude as the security guy at the parking entry.

                            I just wanted to bring my concern to you regarding dr. Yoga nagender.

                            My name is keshav daheriya i was there in apollo cradle for my daughter’s delivery. My daughters (Twins) were born premature on 6th oct 2019 and were put immediately in nicu. On 14th oct., while one of them (Bhavya) was still in nicu and the other one (Bhavini) was transferred to private room, dr. Yoga nagender came to meet us in the room regarding treatment of my daughter bhavini who was still in nicu and then while talking to us he asked us about my mother who was also in the room.

                            He wanted to know about her relation with the baby, i said she is my mother then he laughed sarcastically and passed a comment which myself and my family did not take well. There were many people in that room and i and my mother were extremely embarrassed with that comment.
                            He said how come she is so old, continued that she is so old that she looks like my grand mother, not mother.

                            Having one baby in nicu treated by this doctor, another baby in private room, wife still not recovered, i somehow could not respond to his comment immediately but really felt bad.

                            However, that scenario and doctor’s comment and the way i saw my mother getting embarrassed with that fills my eyes with tears and gives me sleepless nights literally. Mother is the most important person in anyone's life and seeing her getting insulted by someone is unbearably painful.

                            The thought that someone insulted my mother in front of me and many other people and i could not even respond is not allowing me to become normal.
                            He doesn’t have any right to say anything about my mother or her age. We were there for the treatment, not to get insulted. He might be a great doctor but i guess it doesn't allow him to pass such comments on people.

                            I just want to bring it to everyone's notice. I can't force him to do this but think he should apologize to my mother.

                              My son b/o jyoti chandola admitted on 05/06/2019 for neonatal jaundice sec 14 gurugram and discharged on 07/05/2019. As patient have mediassist card no. [protected]. Cashless claim was approved with 25498 rs against the total bill 28280 rs. My liability amount was 2780 rs only. The bill department sent me to his senior staff for further discussion. Hospital staff pressurised me to pay aprx 7285 rs in the name of non sanctioning of amount monitoring charges etc. They told like irda have circular that monitoring charges can't be paid like blah blah blah. Monitoring charges was sanctioned fully was visible in that day claim settlement still the denied for it. I was helpless and paid 4505 rs more then my liability. It means hospital received 32783 rs against the bill 28280 rs only. It was impossible. And there staff promised me to provide claim settlement letter. And also told me that if they get settlement amount fully they will reverse the remaining amount. Now claim has been settled approx 2 months ago. My tpa sent me claim settlement letter. And advice me to take refund. I called many times to hospital and there one representative he always reply please wait we have no idea when the money will deposit it will take time. They give me promise to refund amount 3 times. But when contacted always say wait, wait wait. Wait. Don't know when will be the wait will complete 5 months passed. They will not refund your money promise after promise. Promise is only a letter here. And foreget your hard earn money.

                                Refunding the money not happen from the last 10days. Which i paid as advance amount 10000 and deposit set off: is 6213 charged as nonmedical charges and pending 3787 amount not yet refunded. And they requested my bank account number also when the time of discharged and the same i have provided also. I went and asked apollo hospital they are saying now after 10days of discharge need to pay doctor premium changes. But this amount was not present in final bill copy.

                                When discharged final bill amount paid receipt and advance payment receipt in below mail, please let me know if you need anything else from my side.

                                  My complaint is onâ 
                                  1. My gynaecologist dr. Phani madhuri who was adamant on me whatsapping her n not really worried to hear my conditionâ 
                                  2. Receptionist who was least bothered to # n respond to an emergency
                                  3. The duty doctor who was most interested to show off n fight, not ready to understand patient mental n physical state... Not equipped to handle scanning machine, extremely rude, insensible to situation... She cudnt examine or handle my health concerns...â 
                                  4. The apollo hospital that talks big about caring for mother n child n talks about” in safe hands “ but doesn’t not have basic facilities that even government hospital has... Giving no service just charging like hell...â

                                    As a new mother all my dreams were shattered by your hospital, i caught mrsa infection in your hospital underwent multiple surgeries and still under medication. You guys made my life miserable. Thanks for making this phase of life most memorable. Don’t put other patients life at risk like you did mine.
                                    I have not even been able to breastfeed my newborn and going through so much trauma for making the mistake of choosing your hospital.
                                    Shame on you.
