Hi
At reception:
It happened with registration. When asked for pediatrician, its understood that its for the kid. The lady entered the baby details as mrs. Xxxxxx (When i have clearly mentioned about the initial, name and sex of the child.) all are written wrong.
When asked, they boldly say... "mistakes do happen".
At pathology:
At about 8 pm, the pathologist entered to take the blood sample. She claims to be a 5 yrs experienced but truely a new comer. No aware of what ml and which bottle to use.
She is using her mobile all the time while attending to patients and calls the senior person to check how much ml to take.
She finally took a blood sample which filled half the syringe with air and rest half with blood.
Such inexperienced workers are taken to play with the life of the patients.
When asked, no staff are co-operative and didn't want to reveal the duty manager details.
Just hunger for money playing with the parents and patients.
Worst hospital and careless people.

    Dear, i took treatment in apollo cradle, brookfield on 27th nov again doctor said me to visit on 13th after doing scanning. So i called them to book an appointment for both on 12th i said within 3 days u can give appointment. But their response was immature and non logical, she said me that i have to take appointment 15days or 1 month back, is it logically correct? When my health is not good then only i can book right? Even the way she spoke was rude. My condition was not good i couldn't wait for more time but they didn't understand. Otherwise when i visited the hospital that time only they would have said me to book on spot right? I never expected this kind of response from the most prestigious hospital. I hope you'll take action on it. Thank you

      Its a very great feeling when u become pregnant. All the time i wait for ultrasound scanning so that i can see my baby but they showed me very badly they have done their work and they didn't show babies face a single time clearly. All the screening charges are of good amount if you are taking money then please provide good facilities also. I booked an appointment by 3:15 with hemalata doctor but by number came after one hour with different doctor. I don't know her name but she was very rude. I am very disappointed with apllo cradle services and doctors behavior. I will never suggest anyone to go there.

        I gave birth to a baby girl on 21st may 2018. Since i didn't want to include her father's name in it, there were certain procedures which i completed and gave to the hospital responsibility mr. Senthil longa back in greams road branch. I used to repeatedly follow up and believe him to register my baby's birth. He delayed a lot for the same and now it's like the date is 24th may instead of 21st. It's been more than a week where the guy didn't take any action or update the record on priority. My baby already completed 4th month. Still wonder how the date can be changed. It's yet to be corrected till date and the guy is very lethargic telling some reason or the other anytime i contact. And doesn't respond to my call or get back if the issue is not sorted. I want the birth date of my baby to be corrected. He took long enough to register the birth and add name. I don't want to waste more time in this issue too!!!

          My sister visited chetna jain for # ulcer and she advised at least 20 tests including pap smear threatening us suggesting it the symptoms of cancer.

          We got all the test done which costs us around 6000 rs and didn't find anything, then she advised that we have to go through crytography surgery to get the ulcer removed which is said to be called as icing therapy as well.

          To take the second opinion today we went to vijay wali, she started asking about that whether we have gone the test.

          We told her that we have undergone through all the test. Then without physically examining she directly advised us few more tests saying that now these tests are mandatory.

          There are many inernal lab assistants confirmed me that doctors are getting commission from the hospital based on how many test they have recommended to the patient.

          Either there is any issue or not these stupid doctors are recommending tests which are useless rather recommending a medicine.

          I would suggest to take a strong action against these doctors.

          By the time, i will file a rti against your hospital and will approach pmo office as well to get your cod of conduct assessed in a detailed manner.

          My DD delivered on 21 July 2016 had feeding issues. I complained about it so many times. No suggestion for this issue. Now we went to dentist they told it must b bcoz of tie. She had been formula feed. This tie cud had been advised to cut. Whose fault is this???

            We paid Rs.5000 and confirmed our booking in the subsequent week i.e. on 24th June 2017 for the mentioned tariff of Rs.39800 for normal and 46500 for C-section plus Non medicals and baby bill which would approximate to 30K. Payment receipt and the form attached herewith

            Before paying we meet PRO Manager Mary Ann for discussing the details of information. She explained us a few things, not in details tough considering that we knew all details and discussed only about the tariff and the package. During this discussion we both were not aware of our insurance policy names and details. She quoted us the above said tariff plan. Rest details on the form were just marked off by her and were not discussed with us at all, which also included the Newborn assurance test. The copy of the same form is attached herewith.
            This date the free scans offer was not given to us, tough I tried to convince her to give us considering old customer loyalty.

            I opted for doctor visits at Apollo Clinic Bellandur, which was convenient for me from my work place. In my 3rd trimester (in the month of December), I was diagnosed with low HB and was advised four rounds of IV drips each per week. Considering my previous experience with the nurses, I opted to take the IV drips at Apollo Cradle Kormangala.

            I was visiting Cradle every Saterday during the month of December for my drips. Once we met Ann to discuss, when she told that the tariff has now been changed and made the changes in the form. Never did Ann made an attempt to talk to us after this. During my third such drip in the last week of December, Shreeja met us and mentioned about the free scan offer which was started again in the 1st week of December. She asked us to pay another 5K and avail the offer. We did not consider the same as almost all my scans were done. But Ann did not bother to even inform us regarding the same(1st incident she tried to ignore us). I tried to meet her the subsequent drip and asked her for her time. She said to give 5mins, as she was occupied with something important than us, but she never turned up. We waited for her around an hours span.(2nd incident she ignored us).

            Later in the month of January, my Dr. asked me to get a scan done to rule off some complication. So we opted to take up the free scan offer and tried to contact Ann again in 1st week of January. (3rd incident she ignored us). Finally I contacted Shreeja and confirmed the offer. On 17th January 2018 we paid another 5K and availed 1free scan on the same date. Payment receipt attached herewith.

            Eventually, the day I was to deliver arrived. On 24th January 2018 I got admitted. My husband Rajeev clearly mentioned that he do not want Ann to get involved and he did not want to see her face any more in our course of stay, as we felt a little insulted for the 3 incidents she ignored the valuable customer.

            Gods grace all went well with my delivery. On the 3rd day 27th January 2018, when i was to get discharged I was told that my baby had Jaundice. They took the blood test early morning at 6.30 AM. We awaited the reports and doctors confirmation till 1PM. Neither the doctor nor the nurses turned up. We were left in ambiguity weather we would be discharged or not. Finally late in the afternoon, the discharge was confirmed. My husband Rajeev started to complete the billing formalities. When he was handed over the bill of around 1.2 lakhs including 10K baby bill, to his shock we were billed to the package of 69K. He tried to enquire about the package we booked and the package we were billed. But was not provided the any clearance. As we wanted to get discharged and take our little one home on time, we paid the amount and completed the formalities, without which you would not have let us go home. While leaving we were not provided with any sort of feedback form to mention our concerns.

            During our subsequent visits my husband tried to meet Ann and enquire about the difference and why was the new born assurance test not included in the baby bill. Ann did speak to us but with no proper clearance on both the matters and said she would get back to us. But Ann did not get back to us(4th incident she ignored us). I contacted Manjula and explained her the issue. She took efforts to talk to Ann and asked to get back to us. Ann called up once and very rudely spoke that she has seen the bill and its correct.

            We decided to visit and get the issue sorted for the difference in the package amount we booked and paid. We visited for the same on 23rd January 2018 when my husband very jovially greeted Ann and asked her to talk for a min. She, with a very bad attitude said 2mins and did not turn up. This is when we had totally lost it on her and took this up with Manjula who once again tried to take up the matter and got in Ann in the room we were seated. Ann again with a rude and bad attitude pointing out finger on us said that we do not know anything. The argument in the room got heated and Ann very badly insulted us.

            We never had faced such an insult in the previous delivery. We did not expect such a manager and such a treatment to a customer who has always praised and referred to so may patients.

            What we want is an apology from Mary Ann and the clearance on why were we billed on a higher package eve though we booked it much earlier. when we were not provided the free scan offer for a delayed payment of a weeks time, why was the change in the tariff considered even though the booking was done much earlier on a lower tariff.
            Also when we were eligible to claim the baby bill, why were we billed separately for the new born assurance test for which we had to shell out another 3K.

            I would ask you to arrange a call to talk as the matter spoken are well explained than written.

            Tough this was the worst i faced in Apollo Cradle, We want to inform you regarding the good experience too.
            I would like to thank and appreciate Nurses Joslina Mariam and Aswathi for a wonderful experience we had to the outstanding work they did during my stay and IV drops visit. Also I want to appreciate old housekeeping lady in the nigh shift for her dedication to her work. These people made us still consider Cradle as a good place to deliver our bundles of joy.

            I guess you would not want to ruin the renowned name of Apollo Cradle due to one bad employee like Mary Ann.

              Bad experience for that hospital. Only best doctor. Last week we are visited that hospital. They told phone information different and then direct information different. Gynaecologist staff is worst staff but hospital administration and management good. Paediatric department staff is nice person. She is very good staff she is taking nicely. My family whenever going to the hospital first we are meet that staff. She is only senior.

              Today i call to the Apollo cradle, Chennai to take an appointment for a doctor, as my daughter is suffering from very high fever, but first they didn't attend the call and after attending my call they talk very rudely denied to give an appointment. this was the worst experience ever.

                This incident took place in apollo cradle - brookfield, bangalore.
                I had taken my 2 month 8 days old baby for a checkup to dr. Mohit as my baby is having prolonged jaundice. Doctor prescribed to have a lft done. So we took the baby to the apollo cradle to the pathological lab for the blood test.
                After the blood test, we observed that our baby had a blood clot covering the palm of the hand from where blood was taken and blood...

                Apollo cradle amritsar is very nice hospital. Staff is very good. But there is a parking charges in hospital on daily basis. If i go to doctor 10 days in month (Consultant doctor, blood, x-ray, report check and all many reason to go hospital). At that time i pay parking charges more than doctor appointment charge... Kindly do something good for parking charges. Thank you

                  We had been to cradle chennai omr for daughter having fever. Our usual doc murali was not there and we consulted dr banu. It's 5th day but temperature is not reduced fully. Went for reconsideration and we are being asked to pay 700 again. This is not acceptable as we are going because it has not cured and within the time period they gave...
                  Please suggest how to proceed and get a refund.

                    Please understand my psychological condition when in the first line i am writing, i would rather die on roadside like a dog than step in this hell of a place that you call a hospital ever again. I have tears in my eyes when i am writing this. I would send an email to everywhere that i can send i will do everything in my might to show the world what are you guys in reality…. Apollo friggin thieves and trude #.
                    My 62 year-old mother was admitted here for a uterus operation of two days in gurgaon sector 14. My sister and i took her there on our doctor’s suggestion (Great lady –wrong judgment) we are two girls taking care of our mother in this hell hole of… no working ac had to change room 4 times. The nurses did not come or answer requests (Language barrier they are from south of india but being nursing staff i was hoping at least they would be compassionate and would understand english but noooooooo). My mother has a big skin burn coz the loosers forgot to take out the ecg chip that you stick on chest. Imagine two days only and they drove us nuts... What would have happened had it would have been a lengthy procedure.
                    I wish and hope that a meteor falls on this place (Only the nurse and admin staff in). They harassed us so much that i cannot describe in words. At the time of billing i had to leave for office so my sister was alone with my mother. We had cards and were expecting that being associated with stupid apollo they would atleast can afford a machine. She was spoken badly to and rudely was taken in an ambulance to a different location hospital under supervision like criminals to make a payment as there machines were not working. We were humiliated looked down upon and questioned on why we want to take our own car for the payment. If there is karma. I swear you guys will pay dearly. I am so angry. Frustrated and helpless that i ever even though of coming here.

                    Just to add what I meant was (great doctor-wrong judgement on hospital) the doctor's sweetness, professionalism and going longer than a mile self is what made us go through this nightmare. God bless her for being sucha sweet human.

                    I just needed a scan appointment, at the Apollo cradle jayanagar location, I called the reception and tried booking the appointment she just rudely disconnected the call for asking if there was any other alternative slot for the scan apart from the timing she gave.

                      I really do not understand if Apollo staff knows the meaning of 'appointment'. I was never called on time for appointment and made to wait for an hour or so post my appointment time. I need to fight with them for my booked slot. Which order they are sending patients. It is totally a grey area.

                      They are not professional at all especially in Radiology department .

                        I had been to Apollo cradle for a scan appointment. The worst possible thing about scans here is that it's only available between 12 pm to 1 pm and 2 to 4 pm. I wonder how working women should plan to make themselves available for such scans. I reached there at sharp 2 pm as the scan doctor could not be available in the first time slot. She happily arrived at 2.30 pm. The front office reception staff said that they have passed on my file to the concerned inside the scan area...while they had never done that. I waited from 1 pm to 2 pm, then 3 pm, then 4 pm and finally, i couldnt wait any longer after 5 pm. I kept telling the front desk receptionists to check again and again how many people were left. They kept sending all the walk in customers and kept my file pending. Everytime i checked, they only kept saying there is only 1 more left and then it is me. Finally out of frustration, when i went inside, i see a list where my name is NOT EVEN APPEARING. Checked with the scan doctor - she says - my file has not even reached her. I am waiting for 4 hours, without having my lunch and with so much water that i had drank as a pre requisite for any kind of scans, that it was a pathetic wait. When i check with the front office ladies, they just put their hands up. They charge exorbitant rates while their service is extremely PATHETIC. Even if you are dying of pain, dont bother to expect even an iota of concern. These are the WORST ever hospitals. For pregnant women - it's a nightmare. I wonder why people even bother to go to such places. When i wanted to complain in writing to the admin head, she had conveniently left for the day. Her name is Dr. Roopa and she is the most indifferent and least bothered to ensure her employees are kept in check. WORST PLACE FOR ANY SERVICE EVER. Photos of these negligent staff who dont care a rats for anybody!! I hope someday they will realise what good service is worth..

                          Be very careful! Another money making hospital facility are ok very expensive initially they will say 3 scan free ambulance facilities free when u require a scan or other service they just tell technical person not available machine not working its better to avoid cradle. they know very well how to take money from customer by doing unnecessary check up. they are cheater fraud big cheater.

                            So worst staff they are dealing with pregnant women but they don’t bother. I took appointment for scan at 2.30 PM, it was one day before prior appointment . When I visited they made me to seat till 4.30 PM saying that machine is not working, they would have inform me or call to avoid my stress.

                            Apollo Cradle at Kondapur, Hyderabad is the worst hospital in Hyderabad. There are rats inside the patient rooms, patient food is pathetic, severe shortage of nursing and allied staff and all this at the most premium charges for treatment. This kind of service is not acceptable from a reputed brand like Apollo.
