Apollo Hospital — Complaint against false test report

Hi Sir/Madam,

We visited the Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals, Kolkata . on 20th November for a hydrogen breath test(with 25g lactose).
The test cost us around 7k . The technician took 4 readings( at 10minutes gap) before consuming the lactose and 6 readings (at 10 minutes gap ) after consuming the lactose.
The report claims the 8 readings were taken (at 15mins gaps ) after consumption of lactose.
Post lactose 60 minutes test observation vs 125 minutes of reported observation. 65 minutes of fraudulent data presented in report and signed by Dr. Uday C. Ghoshal : This is a definition of a scam.
The entire data is incorrect thus making the report fraudulent. We chose Apollo hospital in spite of having higher charges expecting a good quality of service but felt miserable after wasting 3 days and getting falsely reported due to incompetent technician. It is very unfortunate that we had to face this negligence of issues from reputed institutions like Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals.
We would need your intervention to redo the test or initiate a refund.
