I had visited on 14/03/2024 to Jaynagar hospital and met to doctor Brunda Channapa for removal of pregnancy, That day I had paid consultation charge, lab charge all, after payment all the charges again told to me, you have to pay Rs.6000/- for MTC package but not anyone described regarding this package, overall I lost the money Rs .2750/-

My mom got admitted on 18th Jan under Drbhaskar s . On 22nd the insurance was rejected stating line of treatment not given. We visited the Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals, Kolkata . on 20th November for a hydrogen breath test(with 25g lactose).
The test cost us around 7k . The technician took 4 readings( at 10minutes gap) before consuming the lactose and 6 readings (at 10 minutes gap ) after consuming the lactose.

AC01.I am Manik Burman, I visited DR.RAGAVAN at the hospital on 07/11/2023. DR.RAGAVAN gave some tests to show the report of those 08/11/2023 came to the hospital but from S24 said doctor is not available today. I came to the hospital again on 9/11/2023 to show those reports but entered the name at the S24 counter but did not speak to me for 4 hours that day.
