I had visited on 14/03/2024 to Jaynagar hospital and met to doctor Brunda Channapa for removal of pregnancy, That day I had paid consultation charge, lab charge all, after payment all the charges again told to me, you have to pay Rs.6000/- for MTC package but not anyone described regarding this package, overall I lost the money Rs .2750/-
I feeling very bad like doctor and hospital....

Multi-speciality Kolkata report of my patient, is wrong told by Apollo Chennai, they took more than 28000/- rs on test .
And here I pad more than 34000/_rs .
As the managing director is same .
I have all the Report with me .
What should I do ?
Should I go for consumer court?
Who is responsible for this ?
If you not resolve my problem I will go for consumer protection Act 2019 .

My mom got admitted on 18th Jan and till now no proper line of treatment has been shared to.insurance. The nursing staff dont attend, respond and there is no duty dr available . All heart medicines were stopped for LP test day before and till now it is not renewed. My wife Mrs. Bellamkonda Anusha got VITAMIN D (25 - OH VITAMIN D) test done on[protected] from Apollo Diagnostics Bangalore and in the reports provided it is mentioned as VITAMIN D Deficiency with a value of 6.1 ng/mL.

We visited the Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals, Kolkata . on 20th November for a hydrogen breath test(with 25g lactose).
The test cost us around 7k . The technician took 4 readings( at 10minutes gap) before consuming the lactose and 6 readings (at 10 minutes gap ) after consuming the lactose.

DR.RAGAVAN gave some tests to show the report of those 08/11/2023 came to the hospital but from S24 said doctor is not available today. I came to the hospital again on 9/11/2023 to show those reports but entered the name at the S24 counter but did not speak to me for 4 hours that day. I will request the CO of the hospital to resolve this issue of S24 counter....

I had the most terrible experience with Apollo customer care wherein I have fractured my hand and i booked an appointment for an orthopaedic. The customer care representative named ’Priya’ took my pincode for Bangalore, and booked an appointment for Pune!!! Do they expect us to take a flight from Bangalore to Pune for a consultation???? We took KZ lotion at Apollo pharmacy near golden temple road. We asked for fungal infection cream but got anti dandruff lotion.
Later we checked and consulted the store. The lady in the store was rude and shouted like need to check before taking.
