[Resolved]  Apollo Hospital — consultation not done properly for the money paid

On 2nd of saturday i met dr shaker urologist @ apollo speciality hospital, omr, perundui, as i had a burning sensation behind my right side hip above the pelvic area. And i also informed the doctor that i was diagnosed with splenomegaly two years back. The doctor did a physical examination just for 5 sec and he asked me for a whole abdomen ultrasound and x ray. When i had the report done i went back to see the doctor but he wasnt available and i was directed to another doctor who saw the reports and said everything is normal. The impression from the report was reported that i have grade 1 fatty liver and mild splenomegaly. I paid consultation of 700 rs overall and never received any medical recommendation or instruction or further treatment advice on the grade 1 fatty liver and splenomegaly. I feel i have been ripped money but not offered any medical support or advice on the two condition which was detected through x - ray and ultrasound. Could you please expediate this with the doctor and can you please revert back me with what should i be doing about the two conditions? Thank you so much for the quick response. I did receive a call from the doctor himself and he has instructed be on the due course of action. I really appreciate the response on this. Continuing in customer satisfaction and excelling would take apollo to world standards.. Request Apollo to keep practicing it and not to give up on customer satisfaction. thanks
