Apollo Hospital — Discrepancy in Blood Test Charges Request for Clarification

I am writing to raise a complaint against Apollo Clinic, MBA Vatika, Plot B-1, B G Lonkar Rd, near Café Coffee Day, Kubera Garden, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411048 regarding overcharging for lab tests and poor customer support.

I was charged ₹875 for Serum Creatinine and Serum Urea tests, while the same tests are listed at ₹540 on Apollo’s official mobile application. I have attached both the invoice and a screenshot of the app listing as proof.

When I contacted the clinic staff, they claimed the prices were revised. However, the app has not been updated to reflect these changes. Moreover, repeated calls to customer care were unhelpful—they transferred me to a 24/7 line where I was told I had dialed the wrong number. No support or resolution has been provided.

This experience reflects a lack of billing transparency and inadequate customer support.
