Apollo Hospital — Fake Diagnostic reports

My wife Mrs. Bellamkonda Anusha got VITAMIN D (25 - OH VITAMIN D) test done on[protected] from Apollo Diagnostics Bangalore and in the reports provided it is mentioned as VITAMIN D Deficiency with a value of 6.1 ng/mL.
We felt some issue with the report and we got the same test done, this time at our hometown[protected] from Apollo Diagnostics Visakhapatnam. This time to our surprise without taking any supplements and within a week span it jumped to 26 ng/mL value as mentioned in the test reports which is not at all possible.
They charge huge amounts for medical checks like a full body health check, hair fall check, and vitamin check and the reports they give are fake. They enter some fake values and they're cheating people which is a serious concern to address.
Initially, my wife went through depression stage seeing such low vitamin D value. Please take the necessary action. I need an apology call back and a full refund as well.
