My appointment was through ask apollo with dr rajasekar b of apollo chennai at 12:15-12:30 on 01/07/2020 through video was confirmed..
There was no response from consultant side although i was available for the same. After repeated call i got the information that the doctor is not available for consultation. So i requested to cancel my appointment & refund my fees which i had deposited in advance. I repeatedly called & emailed at the call centre & the reply was i will get the refund in one week. But one month has passed & money has not been refunded.
I had high expectation with the apollo brand but this episode has shaken my belief on reputed organisation.. Hope you will look into it & do the needful.
