I did my Apollo personalized Health check up on 12 th March, 22 in Chennai and bearing patient Id.UHID:AC01.[protected]. I am from West Bengal and had paid Rs.160 for postal charges vide bill no -CMH-OCS-5345787, dt.12.03.22 for sending the reports. Without sending my reports a letter was issued on 27th March, 22 in regard to collect the repor.Without further delay please arrange to send the reports at the earliest. Was this information helpful?
