Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention an unresolved payment issue related to my visit on 10th July 2025 to consult Dr. S. K. Rawat regarding a prescribed Uric Flow Test.
I initially made an online UPI payment of ₹2060, and the amount was successfully debited from my account. However, the staff on duty informed me that the payment had not been received at your end. Despite showing them the transaction details, I was advised to make the payment again and was assured that the original transaction would be refunded to my account.
I complied and made a second payment, but the first payment has still not been credited back to my account. The staff member collected all required documents including my passport and UPI details, and provided his contact number, assuring me that the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, there has been no further communication or refund.
