Apollo Pharmacy Complaints & Reviews

After i opened the packet of medicine, found blood stained tablet inside it. Medicine is not expired as per date mentioned but due to improper handling by apollo, medicine got contaminated. I kept the sample and filed complaint, could have caused sever issues.

Went to report it to the pharmacy, they did not even care to listen and kept attending other customers. Apollo has no provison to accept complaints in written. Finally pharmacy staff just asked me to dial helpline number of apollo.

Helpline of apollo was even pathetic, there was lot of background noise, like someone taking call from roadside, person just listened and did not provide any complaint number or reference number for call.

Guys, its not about money but someone could have sufferrred, and you do not even care to register a complaint .There could have been issue with manufacturing of medicine, can't you just help your customer report the same to original manufacturer???

this is Divya. i want to register complaint against the staff members working at Apollo pharmacy- no-4 ,plot no. 1 , road no. 5 , east Punjabi Bagh Delhi-110026.
The staff don't give bill after purchase of medicines and on asking for it behave rudely with women using abusive language especially
the fat guy ( don't know his name) . It seems to me he has got no respect for women. I am a regular customer of Apollo Pharmacies and now I will think twice before going there and purchasing medicines. Apollo guys try and keep respectful staff members otherwise you will loose on good number of clients. And i believe I am not the only person complaining about the rude behaviour of staff it can be seen in earlier posts as well.

I was pregnant woman with 4 months and i used to have vomiting my doctor had told to take doxinate which is safe during pregnancy and the above (

appolo pharmacy gave me a folvite . Thank God , I didnt take medicine when I came home, when I saw the medicine it was folvite and not doxinate, when questioned to this pharmacy useless guys, they said they did not give and by mistake they might have given. They also didnt give me a bill because it was just 1 item. so now they are denying that they didnt give. becareful about this pharmacy , check the medicine , expiriy date etc. Finally he returned back the money .Make sure you take a bill even if its a small thing or small amount.Insist on bill. god knows for how many people they gave wrong medicine and how many people might have suffered as a result of wrong medicines. I will never advise anyone to go to this location pharamacy. BEcareful people .....they are rude, and give wrong medicines.Kindly take an action that they wont repeat these mistakes and harm people with rong medicines.

I went to buy medicine at Apollo Pharmacy, 74/5/11 Jadavpur Cental Road, Pallysree Kolkata at about 11.45 P.M on 31.01.12 and I told the pharmacist to give me two medicines (1) YASMIN & (2) RESWAS syrup. After giving me my medicines , pharmacists tod me to pay Rs.412/- . I asked about the breakup & discount, he told me that there is no discount on Yasmin. I told him that I am a regular customer of the shop & I have got 10% discount...

respected sir i put my resination leter in 2008 after that i applied to my pf payment . I submited my application form in ludhiana apolo hospital (pharmacy Branch. but at this time i did not recieved my pf payment.
many times i contact to branch but no suitable answred recieved. pls told me how i can got my this pf payment.

This is Vaneet. I want to file a complaint against your EAST PATEL NAGAR Branch, Whereby the attendant has refused to deliver the medicine, being order is less than INR 100.

However such conditions has not been mentioned anywhere on your website and branches. The requested medicine was required on urgent basis.

I am surprised as well as harassed by such a unpleasant and irresponsible behaviour of the attendant.

Request you to take immediate and urgent action towards the same.

I purchased medicine for my mother and requested a discount as I hold a ATM Apollo Advantage card (Card No: [protected]), the “pharmacist” asked the card and I told her that earlier I used to provide my phone number...

1. any one can try this. you just go with any prescription, more than 60% of the drugs are not available with them. these drugs are very common drugs and they don't intent to sell them at all.u go anytime these are not at all available.
2. people over there are very ignorant. they dont bother for customer's requirements. they tell we sell what we get. (very difft from other pharmacist attitude).
3. they dont have any form of dispirin with them for last 3 months. they wont sell common medicines (may be because profit margin is very less).

should a medical shop exist who are not committed to customer's requirements ? who exist just to make money ? who are ignorant about the drugs they sell ?

I G.Sreedhar, residence of Prahladhapuram, Visakhaptnam Urban facing a problem at ur Apolo Pharmacy at Prahladhapuram branch. kindly look into this and take necessary action sir.
Actually, yesterday evening about 5.30 pm i went to pharmacy shop. there two employes are there. and that time two old retired employes came, and gave a medical slip to them. they gave some medicines. and the retired employs went off. after some time they came n asked for this is not correct medicins why because what the doctor suggested medicines ur have not given. immediately the apolo employee loudly shouted take the medicines and use bad language, we argue with the people. after some time i was asked for some medicines, he gave those. n i give 500 Rs. note for 60 rs. medicines. again he is argued with me and took the medicines n put back. i asked his name. he refuses and speak too bad language in front of all customes.
Sir, we came to apolo pharmacy means we expect some good quality medicines and good respons. but here nothing will done.
previously the staff will good in all the ways. they explined every thing to customest. but from last few days it is quit different.
Please look into the matter or else please trained them how to talk customers mainly with older people n retired people, because they expect somuch from ur end , because every body having some health problems.

my shop is next the pharmacy .the split air condition of the pharmacy is
blowing the hot air directly towards my shop . being summer season the heat is getting double .and when i switch on my fan the whole of the hot air is sucked in and i cant sit there even for a second . this is also affected my health also .

i request u to send the concerned people and change the position of the air condition as soon as possible .i hope u under stand the seriousness of the problem and do the need full as soon as possible.

We are regular customers of Apollo Pharmacy & even we have thier membership card too thus providing us with regular discounts

But on 25th feb 2010 i had purchased zinir tablets from the store, which i later (after returning home checked) were expired.

I have kept the medicine with me as a proof & would like to know what kind of action can be taken against this kind of sales.

I have purchased the medicine on dated 30.10.2009 of Rs. 1021.80 from Applo Pharmacy medical shop situated at Kasba ,52 Bosepukur Road , Kasba - Kolkata-42 . Ph 24429997.

Due to faulty processing of my SBI Debit Card through Card punching machine 3-4 times , Two time payment has been deducted from my account.

After repeated reminder to the concerned person at the Medical Shop no kind of action has been yet taken regarding return of excess payment.

After a span of three months of time ,no credit of excess payment of Rs. 1021.80 has been come in my account .

Kindly do needful & take appropriate action at your end.

2. That the casheir of above shop doubly punched my SBI ATM cards intentionly.where as I have purchsed the medicine only one time.

3. That above shop staff have not disclosing any information after repeated reminder personnely regarding his bank account & transction details of above transction took place.

4. That above shop staff not giving any complain of me , westing my time & giving unnessaary harassment.




I humbly lodge my complain against this forrum to settle my case. & give the sutable penalty to above subjected company staff & company so that in future they not decive some body else & treat them properly.
