While booking a on line ticket from your site, guwahati to new jalpaiguri for 24th march, once the transaction was declined, while making the online payment. I booked the ticket on the second attempt. But, checking my bank account, i found that, both the times, an amount of rs.700/- was deducted from my account.In effect, for purchasing one ticket, i had to make payment twice.

Tatkal e-ticket booked by me & paid rs.867+rs.20 service charges (from bandra terminus to h. nizamuddin - tran no.2909 - garib rath)

While travelling tc charged me rs.100 additional tatkal charges & also rs.25/- charged by attendant for bed sheet.
