I am relieved in indoco remedies Ltd Aurangabad waluj location as dated on 14th October 2020... My full and final cheque today generated but some covid 19 situation I am not going to that location and I have been already sent a mail for handover to my cheque my friend... Now mr. Nilesh nalat says you come here and collect your cheque byhand... So why they have firstly told me you sent mail... And after sending mail he says you come here and take your cheque by hand...
I am suffering covid 19 ...
So please help me...

I have submitted form 10d on19/06/1998 for family pension / under eps/1995. My epf a/c no is mh/2225/377. Till date i have not received any communication from the company regarding submission of form 10d in epf office. My name is
N. Radhakrishnan / date of birth 13/11/1955. Indoco remedies is a pharmaceutical company in which i have worked for 15 years from 03/1982 to 04/1997.

I am writing the to stop sell the products sold by indoco remedies. Need to take action against this company for selling a non quality product with wrong date and year chappa on top of its box.

Recently i bought a medicine named "oxpod"for my new born 3m old child. While trying to mix the powder with the sterile water given in the box, the powder gave a pungent smell and immediatly me and my wife saw black granules which i had taken the photograph and attached for your perusal.

The smell had given a vomiting sensation. Imagine if this is not noticed and given to my child.. What would have happened?? I am sure it would have poisoned my child and we would have face a life time loss. It was a nightmare for us and we went panic with long hour agony mentally and physically.

Immediately i took this medicine to the pharmacist. They also confirmed about the contamination. If probed on why this is sold, their answer was, what they can do for the distributor selling the medicine with month / year chaappa on the top as mfg date: 05/2015 and exp : 04/2017, mfg lic no: mb/09/803.

So i demand a compensation of 50 lakhs which again will not compensate either for the agone we underwent or if i had lost my...

My grievences should be addressed immediately.
No body in this country should undergo this kind of pain...

I mahendra bhat work in indoco remedies ltd waluj aurangabad my atm card was expired i received massage from saraswat bank 10th april i got the atm card after 7 working days and pin code was not come i called the waluj branch and they told that courier person had not got the address so they have return it to bank and i checked courier docket no. The status was return to origin i was informed by the staff that i will be getting the debit card kit within 15 days but i didn't receive any thing. Finally i gave a call to your customer care dept. And there again i faced problem giving all the details and finally the person informed me that it will take another few days so i waited again but i didn't receive any thing. It is really disappointing that the bank take so long to give a debit card atm. I request you to look into the matter and have debit card issued as soon as possible.

Last kidodent paste was good (Did not have burning sensation). We bought one (B. No. Kaf7i34, mfg 9/2013, exp 8/215) recently, which is having a strong burning sensation (Even for elders). My son is not willing to use it. I tried out and found that it's unbearable to me. It's a worst product that too aimed at kids :- (We want to return it back and never buy or promote to our friends, how do we get our money back on this?

I have purched kidodent paste 75gm for my two children. i am using it from last six months But this time (20/11/2013) i have purchased kidodent paste 75gm with the Batch no:kaf10j34 Mfg date : 10/2013 Exp date : 09/2015 This time my both children were affected by mouth ulcer and i am afraid to use your product again. While booking a on line ticket from your site, guwahati to new jalpaiguri for 24th march, once the transaction was declined, while making the online payment. I booked the ticket on the second attempt. But, checking my bank account, i found that, both the times, an amount of rs.700/- was deducted from my account.In effect, for purchasing one ticket, i had to make payment twice.

I would like to know when this extra amount of rs.700/- will be credited back to my account.

But till date i have not received my pf amount till date from your office. Please inform me the status in return mail and settle my pending amount. My pf account no - mh/2225/5347.

This is to inform you that i, pijush kumar mukherjee, was the employee of m/s indoco remedies ltd for the period (21/02/05 to 20/06/09). after resigning i have submitted pf withdrawal form to indoco remedies ltd. but till date i have not received my provident fund. when i have gone for the online status of my claim i have found that the claim has not received by your office.

So, sir i request you to take the necessary action so that i will get my pf.

My pf account no - mh/2225/5347 as per the statement i have received for the year 2005-06.

I submitted my p f withdrawal request to company on 1 01 2009 and they informed me that they had submitted the request to your good office on 9 02 2009 (my p f number is mh/2225/6352) but till date i have not received the amount credited to my account of axis bank (account number [protected] account name k krishna prasad) so i request your good office to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest

Tatkal e-ticket booked by me & paid rs.867+rs.20 service charges (from bandra terminus to h. nizamuddin - tran no.2909 - garib rath)

While travelling tc charged me rs.100 additional tatkal charges & also rs.25/- charged by attendant for bed sheet.

Please explain me the actual fares & details.
