Amount debited Rs.2605 on March 27th paid useing lazypay app amount debited and merchant received bill cancelled again I paid by phone pe till now I didn't get any refund please refund my money as soon as possible

Complaint against: Apollo Pharmacy Store at Shivam Priority, Makarba-II Branch, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

On March 4, 2021, I (Yogita) have purchased my medicines against which I have made GooglePay payments twice. Initially @12.02 PM and another @12.15PM.
When I have made payment first time @12.02 PM, the payment in GPay application showed "PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL" "COMPLETED, but Apollo Executive Lady Ms. Shalini refused that...

I am a regular buyer of medicine from appolo pharmacy. I buyed medicines from sector 14, sonipat branch, haryana. Yesterday when I purchased the medicines I noticed that you make fool to your clients. When we purchased the medicines you commited to give 10% credits cashback. And next time if we buyed the medicines of same amount you gave less credits cashback.

For example

First time purchased: 500 rs

Cash back: 50 rs

Second time purchased: 500 rs
Deducted first time cash back: 50 rs
Amount I paid 450 you gave 45 cash back of 500 rs medicines.

It means you cheated with your customers.

Kindly refund my entire cash back according to medicines price .

I placed an order for a sunscreen worth rupees 990 on the 24th of this month whivh was cancelled from their end and i was not even informed about the same. I did not receive a refund i have no clue how this site works and how i’ll have my money back i’m so disheartened and agitated at the same time. Kindly help me with the issue.

I ordered for a sunscreen worth rupees 990 on the 24th of this month and somehow my order was cancelled by your team without any prior information of any sorts regarding the same. And i tried calling on your customer care services which says it is invalid. I will definitely not buy anything from here in future and will suggest also not to buy things from this site. This has been really agitating an experience. I want my money back. I have never faced such a problem from anywhere while making an online transaction for any stuff in the past. You people cannot take someone’s money just like that.

I have been a regular customer of you been buying my medicines for last 4 years from your pharmacy.today I went to your to just buy a disposable mask.i was shocked when I was asked Rs 10 for that.the mask whose cost is not more then 1 aur 2 rupee you people are charging 10 Rs for that.i have the bill will definitely complaint against you in the consumer court as this is complete loot....

Here the pharmacy at shambunipet khammam road WARANGAL URBAN district..i went to the pharmacy several times and looking for the medicine I want but after the buying medicine from the pharmacy they only ask for the cash but not allowing wallet payment.. I really got upset this pharmacy

Toady is almost 5-6 days pass I have registered complaint about my product is cheated by deliver boy my parcel is not deliver to me yet and deliver boy mark it as delivered This is really bad my first time experience with Apollo 247 is really bad and horrible when will you going to deliver my product or giving me refund. The main problem is Apollo pharmacy didn't give me a proper support evertime...

I ordered few items from Apollo Pharmacy and one of the item delivered was wrong. I notified them same more than 3 days ago and they are telling me from past three days that they have escalated my complaint and I will receive a call from their executive shortly but no one is contacting me and all false promises are being made from their side.Worst chat support as they will take more than 10 mins to reply....

near by Apollo pharmacy at 8:25pm (Duttisland, Siripuram)
We have shown the prescription to them, they verified the medicines which we want (Prizide, Istaval), they said that there are available(90 strip's (Prizide) and 42 strip's of(Istaval)). and it's been very unfortunate to say that we were there for these two medicine for half and hour & the staff was so irresponsible towards the customers .
Instead of giving the medicines, they simply formed a group and started cracking on unnecessary issues.

We r buying the medicines from the shop(since it has been kept), never and ever we saw this kind of irresponsible staff

I visited the Apollo pharmacy store sector 56, gurugram, . I have an arogya gold card on which it is mentioned that I am applicable for 5 to 15% discount on Apollo pharmacies whereas I was clearly denied for providing any discount. The is not the appropriate thing and so please look into it.

I have done my transaction via phonepe at Apollo pharmacy, ward no.4, property no 37/25 hosapete, Gandhi circle Anekal, Bengaluru, Karnataka - 562106 of ₹336.65 at 10 March 2021, 12:43PM.

Initially merchant sent me the request to pay via phonepe and I started the payment and it was taking so much of time to get transacted due to my network issues and later they said they have cancelled the transaction. After that I have paid the amount by cash of ₹336.65(photocopy attached).

And after some time I got a message from bank that you debited ₹250 and the transaction was successful (photocopy attached), it has deducted low than the actual price because I decided to pay ₹250 by phonepe and remaining by cash of ₹186.65. Then they told me that your amount will be refunded within 2-3 days.

But till now I haven't got any phonepe refund.
So I am now writing to you to get my refund.

I hope you will help me to solve the query. so please go through the issue as soon as possible.

I bought a product from appolo pharmacy in my locality. I wish to exchange my product with another product for the same amount but the staff present there are not allowing the exchange. It is very disgusting for a pharmaceutical company like appolo to not satisfying a customer. Moreover they didn't provide me any bill of purchase.. Kindly help me out.. I just want to exchange the product....

I was in store at Bentick Street to collect the free medicines that my Uncle used to get. The name of the medicine is Glivec 400 mg and the name of the doctor is Ms. SHARMILA CHANDRA. His patient ID is INCHA 028253. The executive os acting very smart telling all kinds of things . However after waiting 15 mins in the store when there is almost no other customer at the time he asked me wait outside since he said that there is some work going on in the system...there is almost minimum other customer present during this time and all their medicines were disbursed..please look into this as this is nothing but harassment

Today morning, I visited Apollo pharmacy at Ayypakkam chennai, the cost of the product is 72, I asked for google pay or online method of payment, she insulted me by saying Don't you have even change with you, She was very rude, Because I bought condom she asked me to take by myself and saying we won't do that and tell me in insulting way, Is it wrong to buy condom in apollo, Am I treated like this in all product or just condom in apollo, I have visited many apollo branch in chennai, the worst ever faced in apollo pharmacy ayyapakkam chennai

I had to purchase one medicine named Vitamine C Limcee. Instead of giving Limcee, they gave me Vitamin C of brand Pure Nutrition. At that time I did not had the knowledge of both of the products. Later on after discussing with the doctor who had suggested to take Limcee, I came to know that Limcee was quite cheaper than that of Pure Nutrition -Rs999 for 60 tablets. I was shocked. I felt cheated by the Pharmacist of Apollo Pharmacy Sama Savli Road Vadodara. Management must take immediate action and also ensure that I get difference amount along with 60tablets of Limcee.

Vendor is not providing available offer

After purchasing medicine for 183.60 I have asked him to use available balance of 98 from Apollo account and for the rest I have given him rs.100 but the pharmacist came back saying we don't have rs.15 change and just said please take chocolate or any other product we don't have change at that moment I stated you people have phone pay right so will pay by it and then he says I can't take phone pay i[censored] want only take any item or I can do nothing. This is the worst behaviour I have seen. Why the hell should I loose my rs.15, u don't give anything free or discount but u want to steal consumer money is this how u grow.

After complaining earlier, Instead of apology they activated my circle membership by own.. Earlier I raised the complant of my defended amount, they smartly refunded and activated circle membership program by it's own

I don't expect this kind of practice from apollo
Please don't buy any medicine from apollo pharmacy.

This is to inform kindly do not purchase medicine from apollo pharmacy.They have make their system which automatically deduct the wallet money, if the wallet ( health credit money exceeds) . It's not the matter of little money, it's the matter of trust. I have already mailed the issue to the company but company executive say go to the apollo store to solve your issue and the store executive say talk to company about your issue.

This is really sad experience from apollo pharmacy. I request everyone buy medicine from any other store or site but don't choose apollo pharmcy.
