i purchased a bottle of cough syrup DIVYA SWASARI PRAVAHI from Patanjali Outlet, near D.G.Khan School, railway Road, Palwal, after open it lid then found IT IS FROZEN.

There is a appolo pharmacy outlet exactly located at barasat dakhinpara more, opposite to radha misthanno vandar, , , , , , , yesterday i went there to buy some medicine's, , , when i asked one of the sells man to get some information, he replied me in very rubbish manner, , , the way he talked to me is very insulting and intolerable, , , so i advising all not go that particular outlet and requesting the appolo authority to take stern action against the man

On 30th January, 2021 at around 8:15PM, I went to the Apollo Pharmacy in "Madinaguda-Raghava Tower" Branch (Google Map location: https://goo.gl/maps/sAsoQK9za2B21M5b7) to purchase a few medicines. One medicine was "TOCOFIL", which I bought three foils. After getting the medicine and paying the amount, I got the invoice, and while checking it I noticed a discrepancy.
In the invoice, two foils of TOCOFIL were charged Rs 390 per foil,...

Pharmacy is taking the extra payment against the MRP .

I have been taking Simalic baby product every alternate date. In recent time I have noticed some boxes are near to expired date eg- may 2021 and manufacture year showing 2019.

When ever I visit they're trying to sell this old stock...
I requested your staff to remove this old stock. But they refused. Pls check and don't keep old stock.

I order 1 medicine but received wrong medicine after that I called 3 times to customer care for return and refund and they only said will do but no one do anything for a while.

It's very ridiculous service provided by company and there is no such system to reach them and fix our problem.

I have used my apollo HC on[protected] of rs. 23.20 in Pudukkottai city, tamilnadu. My balance was 34.42 by the end of 10/01/2021.
Actually i didn't go to pharmacy itself on[protected]monday), i got but my health credit balance of **27.05** redeemed around 6:31pm.Without my OTP itself it got debited automatically.I am suspecting the same apollo pharmacy only money might have deducted. This is happening for the first time, I am using...

My father us having your Apollo card with his cell Number [protected], today 9th Jan 2021 I went to Apollo pharmacy in TIRUKOILUR in west car street, opposite to Shivaji super market I had asked a syrub and tablets but for 5 to 10 mins I didn't get any reply Apollo pharmacist They are taking with each other not responding me.. Here in TIRUKOILUR 2 Apollo pharmacys are here but both are insulting the customers Not responding in time.. today I had purchased medicines from local medical shop of this happens to others regularly you will lose your valuable customers.. I request you to advise them to not to behave rudely to the customers.. pls take speedy action... Thank you...

The Apollo pharmacy in wanaparthy near Rajiv chowk in u r pharmacy I want to take emergency medicine to patient at mid night 1:15pm medicine name is (cilacar 10) they r not provding a cut slips to emergency coustmers who don't have a sufficient amount in mid night and they r saying we won't provide cut slips tablets go and bring money.and take and saying go and say to anyone u want to say he is saying every day 100 peoples r dying what we have to do our rule is to give the full slip
I went to take 10 tablets that I have only 100 rupess to buy and the slip rate is 98rs for 10 tablets and I have only 100rs at that time I went and ask to give this tablet for emergency he is. Not given a medicine. That he is saying we have 15 tablet's take full and pay amount of rupees 149 for 15 tablet's And he switched off lights and he went back to sleep they r two guys have done same thing and I went back to Home for extra money to buy a tablet
What I want say is we have good hope in u r appollo pharmacy atleast
I[censored] r not giving 10 tablets out of 15 what is the use that u have 24/7 for emergency
U have to see situation not a money.
What kind of rules. Take action about this employes atleast change the rules this is my humble request to Apollo team.

I order medicine on 29th Nov, wrong medicine delivered after follow-up on 4th Dec.

the wrong medicine then picked up back, but my money/points never returned.

i called and mailed, only i get 2 commitments 30 min we will call back and 24 hours we will resolve.

but nothing happened....

My delivery location is within one km from Appollo Pharmacy store. The store representatives are not willing for home delivery....

I've bought a medicines in apollo pharmacy.and they can't giving discounts on medicines and they not giving even bill also and the sales men are very irresponsible. I had purchased accu check active Kit on 23-Nov-2020 and we tested second time day before yesterday and It was throwing a error and not working properly

Though I had requested only for 10nos.of rari cap tablet, I was forced to take only 40nos because they said they will not cut strip. And my mother had only 10nos.after which its stated losing its quality ( leaving cracks and loses its shape, see the attached image). When reported to the local Apollo pharmacy, ayapakkam, Chennai. They said they will not take it back as a policy. Felt cheated for the amount paid and medicine supplied.

Extremely disappointed that only digital thermometer is available at Howrah, mandirtala store.

As I have ordered some medicines from the apollo application. Expected delivery is 9th Dec 2020. As I connected with service center regarding where is my order on 9th dec 6:30 PM.

Apollo service center said that item will delivered before 9th Dec 9 PM. But the next day apollo pharmacy cancelled my order due to shortage of items.

So basically apollo is wasting our time and after that they Will not respond to us.

Thay are wasting 1 week and we are facing issue without that medicines.

So thay should provide some compensation for that wasting time

I have swiped hdfc debit card for buying medicines at appollo pharmacy but they said card swipe declined twice, they took 405rs through cash and delivered the products. After some time amount deducted from my card also. After 6 days i approached them for refund but they are telling automatically it will get refunded. It happened on 28/11/2020. Today its 9/12/2020 almost 10 days still no refund....
