Related to order id :[protected], this order was pending since 11 march 2020, not order was delivered nor refund initiated till date even after talk to customer care always give us a assurance to wait. The apollo pharmacy customer service also very very substandard they not provide any docket no.in reference of complaint nor declair his/her name and also left in mid of chat.

I want to know the current status of order id :[protected], which is still shows pending. Please short out this issue.

Appollo pharmacy, goilundi, berhampur ganjam, odisha not supplying heart medicine (Aztor 80) to cghs dispensary, berhampur even after getting indent thrice from chief medical officer, cghs, berhampur in spite of apollopharmacy has been authorised to supply medicine to cghs dispensary berhampur and due to his negligence i being heart patient facing problem keeping my life at risk...

Mr srinivas who is working at mehdipatnam appllo ia proving wrong tables and no proper reason to customers ol dismiss him as soon as possible else i will lodge a complaint against oppolo...

I bought a few masks from apollo pharmacy at marathahalli. The people at the store were not aware of how to handle masks. They were touching it from the centre instead of sides and were also trying to pack masks with other stuffs which i bought without even covering it with paper cover. The staff corrected the way he was handling the mask and covering it once i pointed it out.

Apollo is a big brand and i am one of its product...

I have 2 issues with this order. Order id :[protected]

1) i ordered 15 tablets teniva m but received 10 tablets tenelnat m.
2) i asked for return through customer care phone on friday. But no one picked up yet.
How will you alter the medicine which is not in the prescription without even checking with us?

Whenever i contact your customer care, it's always not reachable.
I contacted chat service, they told me it was escalated and will get back to me on monday (June 8). But its been 4 days (June 12) no resolution.

It's been 2 weeks i received the medicine, this is how you serve customer and there is no customer service at all.

I'm chasing in all possible ways but no response from apollo customer service side.

Really unhappy with apollo pharmacy service. Please resolve this asap.

I've Ordered for Medicine on 18th May and the Delivery Guy has charged me twice. He initially requested for GPAY (Bill amount is 697, I transfered 700 Rs), then he said that Server is not working and took money from me aswell (additional 700 Rs). Order No:[protected]

I Called the Delivery Guy many times, initially he said he didnt get the money from GPAY and will transfer back once received. Now he is arguing with me that he didnt get his salary and he cannot transfer the amount. This is very inappropriate to take customers money.

I ordered himalaya baby products from apollo pharmacy website for an amount of rs 1885.95 on march 29th of 2020 during the covid 19 curfew. The products were not delivered and amount is also not refunded. Whenever i call the customer care no one answers the call and i tried even the online chat in their website no one responds. I need the refund...

I had 135.84 health credits on 31st may 2020. While redeeming on 09 th june 2020 the pharmacy tells me that their system is showing just 82.83 health credits. Please explain where have my rest of the credits gone? Isn't it a theft from your pharmacy representatives? Isn't it a disloyalty?...

I bought hot water bottle from defence colony appollo pharmacy near syndicate bank (Syndicate bank now labelled as canara bank also, nearly three months ago.

As expected i just misplaced cash bill as i was not aware that i might need to replace hot water bottle as it started leaking from bottom.

Today, i had gone to replace it as there is one year warranty on it asking counter person that there is one year warranty on it.

Mr. Kishore, the supervisor, refused to replace bottle without bill. I requested him that he can find out bottle details by simply my phone number. He refused saying that he cannot waste his time on search. Initially he said that there is no replacement of bottle and when i showed one bottle kept there for sale, he asked bottle. Any bill can be searched by simply phone number.

I asked to give his phone number so that perfect complaint can be booked. He refused to give his number and said in entire appollo pharmacy there is only one kishore and he is not afraid of any one and even asked to me leave immediately otherwise it can result in anything.

Please look into matter and replace bottle as per company rule. Its not matter of money, behavior and company rule matters most.

Sir this complaint is against non refund of a order placed with apollo in march. The order was accepted and payment made by me. But the order cancelled without any intimation an i am yet to receive refund.

I had made a upi payment through sbi yono app on 08/05/2020 and my sb a/c *0799 was debited by rs.318/- but the storekeeper at appollo pharmacy at vidyanagar, hyderabad said that their account was not credited and took rs.500/- cash from me. I have even enquired through my bank (Sbi) who confirmed that the beneficiary bank (Hdfc) got successful transaction for that upi payment (Email screenshot attached). I request you to kindly return my rs.500/- which the storekeeper (Ph:[protected]) is refusing to give it back citing all false information that the transaction was not successful.

Visited three apollo stores in madhurwada. All the employees in this area are so irresponsible. Two systems are working in two counters. Employees are so reluctant.. They don't reply properly.. Inspite of the vacant store it took around half an hour to take one strip of tablet. Employees talk among themselves instead of replying. They use their cell phones and system. If employee is not well they may take leave but need not work searching...

We have noticed from starting of lockdown: daiper packets and medicine sales are not providing as per mentioned offers.
When trying to question then salesman is behaving rude with wrong words in this branch.
Also we noticed face mask sales are too costly. And they are not following government orders.
Here employ is slow worker. There is no efficient worker in this branch.
All these complaints are found in below branch. Please visit this branch and do necessary action on them.

I have made purchase on apollo pharmacy website on 15th may 2020 with order id :[protected]. Firstly they put my order on hold due to invalid prescription and when i mailed them a proper prescription they didn't process my order instead they cancelled the order without any information or notification and then they kept my money as well. They didn't provide any refund as well. Also the customer care is quite stupid that they won't attend the calls or reply back via mail. They aren't aware they have an online e-commerce business to handle. Please shut down this fraud business and make them refund my amount, it's already been 12 days since my order was cancelled by them.

Yakub visited apollo pharmacy situated in danvaipeta, rajamundry on[protected] and purchased medicines and sanitizers worth of 1800 for which we have asked a free compliment of glucon - d or shower to shower offer vide your consumer text dated[protected]. I was waited half an hour in your store neither stock is readily available nor your accounting system was not permitted to get my free offers which ids totally regrettable and disappointed me.
Its my suggestion in future do nit forward such fake text messages to the consumers to make them fools and a proper instructions or update to be provided to your staff members to avoid confusions among your staff members in your medical stores. And consumers like me hanging around in your medical store wasting our valuable time for nothing.

I made an order [ no:[protected] ] on 17.05.2020 against prepayment of Rs.926.25. They confirmed it but while tracking the order on 19.05.2020 I suddenly came to know that it was cancelled by them without informing me any reason whatsoever for the cancellation.I send an email to know the reason but they did not even responded .I tried to contact them by phone but their customer care representative was unable to give any valid answer to me...
