There was not test solution in the tube. Defective product was sent. pharmacy always refuses to deliver medicine. Very bad service.

    The delivery executive did not handover the medicines. Despite he reached on the doorstep.
    He was demanding more money that Apollo should pay to him.
    Pathetic experience with apollo.
    Highly disappointed and I would never like to order again from this pharmacy.

    First of all it got delivered late and what if the person is in urgent need of medicine! And when the executive came he denied to handover the medicine by saying that no option is coming up that medicine is delivered and secondly he was asking for more money even though it was not reflecting on the app.
    I made the payment online and no resolution has been provided yet. Just receving message that somebody from our team will contact you shortly.
    But no call back received.
    I would like to give worst feedback to the delivery executive regarding this act and for rude behavior.

    I would suggest not to order from this pharmacy.

            [protected] order no, the order was delayed, i got a call telling the order will be delivered on 25th of jan and i specifically mentioned if it will be delayed later than 25th i want to cancel it . I also mentioned I really need the stuff which I have ordered. today is 26th and they order is still in transit and not received. they are making me run around.

            I need this order to be traced and delivered as soon as possible not later than 26th 9PM

                  Today mrng at 8am.I went to Apollo pharmacy and asking for metrogen tablets.And the bill was 3RUPEES ONLY and I gave him 50rs, he said no change available with and me give me 3rs and take the tablets, then i said I will pay you by phonepay or Gpay.And he said for 3rs we can't accept phonepay and Gpay (And kept the tablet inside the rack and saying rudely, give 3rs cash and take your tablets otherwise leave).This is the way they see customers.ONLY BUSINESS AND PROFITS.they doesn't have any concern about the patient.VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH NEW APOLLO PHARMACY (MEDCHAL) I went to other pharmacy and took the tablets.If Some people having emergency what they will do.And is their any use or purpose of being 24×7 pharmacy.

                    Order ID:[protected]. I have placed my order on Jan 17th. Till now I didn’t receive the order. I have called customer service 3 times and raised the complaint. Till now they didn’t resolve the issue and there was no call back on the status. I’m really frustrated. Those medicines are very important. I have already paid the amount online.

                      I ordered via the Apollo Mobile app once and since them I’ve been hounded to minimum of 10 text messages per day, even WhatsApp some or the other promo messages come in. At this it’s just point it’s so frustrating.

                        There has been a huge delay in delivery of medicine for Order#[protected].The order was placed on 02nd Jan 2022 02:49PM, expected delivery - 6 Jan 2022 & yet to deliver as on 18th Jan Apr 2022 19:50 PM.

                        Wrote several emails to customer care but did not get any response from the other side.
                        Kindly help in getting the medicines delivered at the earliest.

                            I had ordered medicines from apollo app on 14th Jan 2022 with order id[protected] and paid Rs1250. however bill was generated for Rs 760 and Montair LC was removed from the order citing out of stock.

                            However refund for non delivery of Montair LC was not provided instead refund of Rs 1.25 was provided which was adjustment towards MRP of delivered medicine.

                            So total Paid amount was Rs 1250
                            Bill amount was Rs 760
                            Amount refunded was Rs 1.25

                            I have raised complaint through whatsapp number and also email [protected]@apollo247.com with request #340513.

                              I have ordered farex milk powder on 8th January 2022 through paytm. It reached hyderabad on 13th January itself but its not yet delivered to me till now. I have called customer care many times but there was no proper response. Every time they say today it will reach you which was a big lie..

                                I have added medicines in my cart and have also opted for Apollo's 12 months circle membership plan but not able to proceed with payment since last two days. Credit Card, Netbanking nothing is working. When it's so crucial to get medicines online, Apollo's app is not working at all. Kindly resolve the issue and facilitate us asap in buying medicines online.

                                  I ordered 4 covid self-test (order number[protected] through Apollo 247 on Jan 10, 2022, when the order was delivered I found what was delivered was acne uv gel instead! I need an immediate refund. I will take care never to use Apollo 247 app again.

                                      I've ordered few medicines on 10jan.First they showing it'll delivered before 10 pm.Then after 10 pm it showing it'll be delivered due to some stuff crisis there is problem in delivery.Then on 11 Jan evening they updating it was delivered on 10 th Jan.I didn't received any delivery.I've already paid for it.The worst experience in this worst app.I want my money back.

                                        I had placed an order on 3rd of Jan 2022 on the Apollo 247 app.
                                        Shortly after placing, they modified my order and stated that they had processed the refund of 3049.95 Rs.
                                        It has been 8 days but I still haven't received the refund, I have connected with my bank as well and they have stated that no refund has been received.
