Today apollo pharmacy staff, came from sector 100 by the name of pradeep kumar singh to deliver the medicines at my residence and as requested earlier on the phone he didn't carry the machine with him.
When i asked for the credit card machine, he told me that he forgot to carry one and that he wouldn't give me the medicines.
Already the medicines were delivered late on top of it he spoke rudely. When i said that he can collect the money later as i am a resident and been ordering the medicines for last two years, he started hurling abuses.
When i called the pharmacy, their attitude was extremely casual as if they were doing me a favour.
Its a shame that a brand such as yours is least affected by basic human values and behavior. I definitely plan to take this up with local authorities.

I had so pleasure for taking medicines from apolo as it is a reputed in reputed pharmacy...
I have been ordering medicines for my father for the last 2years

Yesterday i noticed that instead of giving 4 stips, they have given 3 only, but made bill for the whole medicine..

Actually i have to pay 280 rupees only but have paid 422.10 rupees.

This is thing happening second time.

As i have more trust on your pharmacy, i didn't verify for the last 2 years, but now i noticed your medical agent's fraud.

So i am lodging complaint on your respective pharmacy so i request you to take action and be cautious about fraudster..

I want to change my registered mobile number on apollo pharmacy purchasing card but i am not able to change the mobile number as during the procedure its asking for an otp which is an impossible task to do as the sim card number no longer belongs to me.

No alternate option is available to change registered mobile number.

I have a complaint against "apollo pharmacy" outlet for harassment and embarrassing me. Fully unprofessional, uneducated and non understandable stuff. They're can't redeem my a simple
₹1000 voucher which i buy from paytm and also can't give me a valid reason. I had call their helpline and share the details what is happening and the customer executive ask me for talk with outlet cashier but cashier and all stuffs deny to talk with their helpline executive and cut the call front of me. I'm asked to the cashier why cut the call? They told me this man was talking in hindi and english only that's why cut the call. I was shocked!!!. That's people looks and dressing like so much professional and educated but can't talk in hindi/english!!. After all the cashier called their local supervisor for information about how to redeem the voucher. And the supervisor provided more shocking information, after talking with their local supervisor, he telling me because of lockdown paytm head office is shut down now that's why he can't redeem my voucher.

I thought what is the connection voucher with paytm head office?. So shocking, so harassment.

After 2 hours they send me near one more outlet. Same similar things happened at this new outlet and one thing new happened with this new outlet. When i ask him for talk with their customer support executive for learning about how to redeem the voucher, and he told me, he can't do anything bye listening their customer support executive's information. If he do anything bye their customer executive's information, he can face a problem after. And after 1 hour i'm returned my home. I'm feeling now so embarrassing...

I sourav mukherjee would like to inform you that at our dankuni i visited two different branch. One is at subhash pally and another is at lichu bagan. I faced two different approach from the employees. The employees of subhas pally was worst but the employees of lichu bagan was very nice. Please kindly look into the matter. I have a apollo card with the name of my wife ashmita mukherjee, mob no - [protected]. Please see that every month i bought more than 10000 rs of medicine from apollo pharmacy but unfortunately i didn't get minimum respect from subhash pally store today. I am repeating once again please look in to the matter of the store. I bought a medicine every month from your store without prescription but today they insulted me. If they said without prescription it could not be sell politely it did not get any effect to me. But the behavior was very much rough. I bought the medicine from lichu bagan with out any harassment.

I want to cancel my order. Please cancel the order immediately and refund the amount.

I have ordered on 28th march and till now it has not been shipped. Its for a emergency purpose i ordered the tablet. Its for a angioplasty done patient. Iam contacting your representatives for the past 3days in online chat and asked them to deliver quickly since its an emergency. They told me daily that it will be shipped soon. I trusted their words.

But yesterday night in online chat they are telling that it will take another 1 week to deliver the product. I know the condition what the country is dealing with. But if a customer says its emergency and its for heart problems your representative should have told me on 1st day itself the product will be delivered lately so that i could not have waited till now. I would have purchased in another online store or in local medical shops. But making me wait for 1 week and telling now it will take more time is not fair for an emergency case. This is not the service a customer expects from a reputed brand like apollo.

Anyway its my wrong decision to purchase from you. But i have asked to cancel the order yesterday night itself through chat and today through phone to your representatives but till now the order has not been cancelled also. Whats the problem?
Are you want me to wait for 1 week for cancellation also. This is the gift i got for purchasing from you.

Please cancel my order immediately and refund the amount. If there is no action for this email also then i will complain about this to the senior officials of apollo through online and email ids.

I just placed my order of rs763.95 on your app with netbanking, the payment was successfully done from my account 2 times to your app, but i did not receive any order number or notification. We ordered medicines for our baby through apollo 24/7 app on 25 th of march 2020, before placing the order it show the delivery time is one day (26th of march ) still now we haven’t received any update about the order even we called to customer care there is no response and tried in all the ways i wrote emails and visited the store near my place but no use.

I orderd some medicine and pampers through ask apollo pharmacy mobile app it takes order and i make payment through online payment mode the amount of 6868.00inr but still they respond any mail and not giving anwer on calls if they are not able to give delivery why they not notice on app they take orders normally as normal days.. Please take strick action against this type of irresponsible things happen.. Now this days we are suffering from worldwide lockdown in this days if they not able to respons then why they take orders online

We at j&k bank, next to appolo pharmacy shalimar garden ghaziabad are attending branch regularly and ensure uninterrupted banking & atm services for convenience of general public. We approached your outlet and requested many a times for supply of good masks, sanitizers and dettol which we don't have even for staff. But every time they refused and reported people have taken it. When govt has listed our services as essential, we need these type of basic amenities. Kindly arrange to supply below items immediately so that banking service shall be kept on. 20face masks preferably n series, hand sanitizers dettol liquid and hand washes. [protected]

I'm karthi, my native place is theni district, gudalur. Sir today morning i go to apollo medical shop. I asking for 3 layer face mask. That medical shop staff told has one mask is 20 rupees. Already i purchased from theni apollo medical shop one face mask amount 10rupees (3 layer face mask)... It's okay i will pay 1 facemask/20rupees. But i asked the purchasing bill. That apollo medical staff is told has this face mask is without bill sales only.

Shame on you ppl that you withdraw offer on those baby products on which you were giving discount 10 days before and now not, despite having purchase rate of those product (Specially baby diapers) at very low price. Now selling on mrp. You ppl taking advantage of this situation. This was not expected from you.

As a regular, profitable and trusted customer of appollo pharmacy over a decade, it is painful to intimate you in this countrywide crucial situation but as it is somewhat related to the goodwill of your company so i think it should reach upto the highest authority. The staffs of a particular store (Branch) of your renowned chain of medical shops are simply taking wrong advantage of the present situation by deliberately harassing the customer, and misbehaving with them when they are asked the reason of the unnecessary harrassment.

When i called, they mentioned that the stock is not currently available. How did it then show it online on website and process my order?

I ordered a "d-protin powder" on 22 mar 2020 through apollo pharmacy. My money deducted from my bank account, but order not placed, and it shows the payment is pending, but money deducted from my bank account. Please help me 6 aa soon as possible.

The stores time and agin deny when one wanta to redeem the reward points which is very frustrating. Infact the store at ocus quantum sector 51 gurgaon promises redemption and sends delivery saying server down. This has happened many times in past and the guy even asks the address and says no dwlivery guy. Why ia the address asked if they dont have delivery person. Other stores also similar experience. Why is it so painful to get redmption? Fix this and rude staff will result in customer loss. Ur customer support email complaints also no action taken. Sad state of affairs

Thinking as popular medicinal company, i went to apollo pharmacy, hyd road, siddipet.
