I ordered a product myclocin shampoo 2 days before at apollo pharmacy "siripuram branch" beside subway, each time i contact them they saying it will be bought and shuffling the time around, every month i purchase the same product but from now i shift to another pharmacy, worst management.. Disobeyed staff. Don't want to purchase again in any of the pharmacy related with apollo

Refusal by this chemist to provide a particular medicine ultracet has been an issue for a long time, even after showing an image of the prescription. However today 6th february 2020, i visited the apollo pharmacy, munnekolala-3, marathalli, bangalore store in the evening with my wife with the prescription from apollo spectra hospital bangalore for two medicines. The transaction was done on 24/01/2020and the payment was done via phonepay. Twice payment has been made on shopkeeper's advise that money will be returned but instead of several follow up there is no response from them.

They do not consider it seriously and haven't yet take initiative to resolve the issue.

Its been almost 11 days since then and still the issue is pending to be resolved. I am very upset with the services of apollo & phonepay both.

Please help me to resolve the matter asap.

Hi, I ordered some product on 29th june with Order ID :[protected], On 3rd feb also its not processed so i reached their customer care, he said me that order is cancelled because product is out of stock.

Wasting my time for 3 days, i am waiting madly for product they are saying after eating my money that product is out of stock. What kind of worst service and joke is this to customer ????

first they take money and eat it and then 3 days later they say, order is cancelled????

I asked for refund then they are saying you will recive sms, till date i am waiting for that SMS, No sms is recieved and NO REFUND is recieved.

Appolo just eat my money. Its like robbing customer money in smart way. Beaware of this pharmacy and stay away from it.

Dear sir/ madam, i visited your pharmacy ordered few medicines, on 15th january at bharathi salai triplicane. So far the staff not procuro the medicines. Their attitude towards the customer wasn't good. Moreover un professionalism. Sorry to say they recording in their note book wrong medicine, in my doctor prescribed which they neglected. Their behavior was not at all good. If its going with un professionalism staff it may damge your brand. Kindly take necessary action.

Jan 26th, shelcal tablet is purchased in kk salai - sholinganallur branch. The batch no of tablet given is 8ch2f216 and billed as 8ch2f242. Working staff has no idea why it’s like that.

Jan 31st, fol-123 cap tablet is purchased in thoraipakkam branch. The batch no of tablet given is foca19029 and billed as foca19032. Working staff again has no idea on this.

Contacted customer care and they are not able to give solution or updates on this on the top customer care is charged without info on the ivr before for no service or resolution provided.

I need why the billing is provided wrongly and this raises a question on genuinety if the medicine.

Employee balaraj with emp code 53403 had misbehaved in continuous argument with any clarification over discount and points.
The employee was in continuous argument with giving clarity for the problem and was behaving the same way with others...

As i am a regular customer of your apollo pharmacy panagudi i am suger patient so i usually check my sugar level and buy tablet in your apollo pharmacy. But now a days the staff or sales executive in you apollo pharmacy panagudi are very rude and they are using phone while checking sugar and they are not doing there duty properly. Even if i go to buy a sugar table they won't bill below 50 rs. And they are very rude that they will give the table only in a strip. Actually how a middle class man can busy a total strip of table for his fever. Even the doctor reffer only 4 tablets. This is really make me worry. And i am a farmer. And this is happened for all the people in my town. So please take action regarding this in apollo pharmacy panagudi staff.

On 27th jan i went to arcot branch at 10am and given the prescription by whattsup. I informed return back at evening make ready all tablets. When i go at evening the tablets not ready. The sales man make ready and billed. The bill was rs 3016 and swiped my card. While verification the tablets extra added and the amount return back by cash. At the time only we know that one tablet not available. The sales man send a person to collect tablets other than apollo. These process taken 1.5 hours. I felt very bad

On 8/1/2020, i went to purchase a comodity at apollo pharmacy birati branch. The person at the billing counter deducted my 57 health credits to another person's bill. On raising this issue, the workers at the pharmacy started laughing. The person at the counter cancelled the bill. Since the deducted health credits were not refunded, i asked for the same. I was told it will get refunded instantly. I bought my required comodity in cash. I requested them repeatedly to see the problem they created because the 57 health credits were not returned. But all of them unanimously, to avoid the situation, said that it will get returned within two days. If not, i should call at birati branch phone number. On 10/01/2020, i visited the pharmacy. Needless to mention the 57hc was not returned. The same bunch of fellows asked me to visit again after two days. On 12/01/2020, still 57 hc not returned, i asked them even after 4 days, why the 57 hc was not returned. Then they handed over a toll free number [protected]. My complaint was lodged under ticket # 088603 on 12/01/2020. Till date, after 20 days, 57 hc has not been returned/ refunded. The persons at the birati apollo pharmacy ask me to call the toll free number. If calling the number is the only solution, they could have told me on 08/01/2020 itself. & what a pity!! The telecallers ask me to wait for two days. Sometimes, one day, when i call at the toll free number. Is this the customer service you people offer to the patients & their family members?? This is how you treat your membership card holders, harassing them by committing errors and not rectifying the same? I want 57 hc returned or refunded immediately because i am being harrassed for the past 20 days.

Hello, i have bought a product and also paid the amount for this product and still not delivered. It's been more than 2 weeks over but i have no update on this thing. I would launch a strict action if not delivered the product.

Hello i am nazmeen shazia my phone no is[protected]. On 23/12/2019 i visited apollo pharmacy outlet at old mig bhel branch to buy ondem tablets along with my son. My was not well and he voimted bin the store, the staff at the store mr. Srinivas employee id 420931 was so rude he started shouting on me to clean the floor... I am nine month pregnant lady.. Inspite of cleaning the floor he kept on shouting to clean again.
I left the store silent... Today 24/1/2020 i visited the store again to buy the ondem tablet... He said tablets were unavailable... Inspite of being available in the store... His language was unparliamentarian.. He said i should not come to the store again... Dear management please take action on such rude employee who looses customers from their bad behaviour... Being pregnant i request u to resolve the matter without further delay

I ordered two product from apollo pharmacy on 22/11/2019. They delivered on 17 december (Delivered after 25 days) and only one product instead of two. They didn't deliver benadryl cough syrup so i contacted on whatsapp twice, mailed three times and called so many times. Each time they told you will receive your refund but even after two months from date of order i didn't receive any refund....

Every time male staff behave roundly with customer.
They not behave or believe in customer relationship.
Please changed the staff or provide enough training regards customer behaviour.
Really disappointed from last 3 months so at the end today i fine complaint.

I have made purchase on apollo pharmacy website on 7th Jan 2020 with Order ID :[protected], first they cancelled the order without any information or notification and then they kept my money as well. They didn't provide any refund as well. Also the customer care is quite stupid and rude. They just dont even know that they have a E-commerce website. Well, i was at apollo pharmacy sector- 8 R.K.PURAM NEW DELHI -110022 date-20 JAN 2020 7.30 pm(approx), the guy who took a call in front of me was apollo employee and he was trying to redeem some points for a customer that was on the other end. As the customer was not getting OTP he asked the executive to wait but his superior mohmmad Imran(his name as i asked him later) told him to cut the call and if he calls again tell this customer to get it picked from the store. I asked him what if he was having a serious issue or any severe medical condition, then who'll be responsible if any complaint is raised. He said he knows the consequences of his actions. So I'm raising this issue, as per norms i want you guys to take serious action as this is not a way to treat your customers. What if someone need serious help or any treatment and your employees fails to provide him home delivery of medicines so, that too even after been well awared of the actions that can be taken against them. You can check the CCTV or call recordings or can check with some of the customers that were standing behind me, i can provide you their contact details also. I want you take actions against that employee, but he might have given me a fake name also. So, please raise this ahead or else i'll tag you and your seniors on twitter because i have a father and he's been there in that situations and i can't imagine something serious happening to him and these people doing the same.

I have ordered medicine online through your website and it is been 2 weeks since then. I didn't receive my order and there is absolutely no response from apollo pharmacy. The contact number isn't working. There's no response at all. Waste of time. Waste of money. Apollo pharmacy is a holy #.in the name of online delivery services apollo pharmacy is gambling the customers using public health care platform.
Worst online service ever seen, i[censored] can't then don't ever step into online platform. Its matter of health care not making bucks.
