On 8/1/2020, i went to purchase a comodity at apollo pharmacy birati branch. The person at the billing counter deducted my 57 health credits to another person's bill. On raising this issue, the workers at the pharmacy started laughing. The person at the counter cancelled the bill. Since the deducted health credits were not refunded, i asked for the same. I was told it will get refunded instantly. I bought my required comodity in cash. I requested them repeatedly to see the problem they created because the 57 health credits were not returned. But all of them unanimously, to avoid the situation, said that it will get returned within two days. If not, i should call at birati branch phone number. On 10/01/2020, i visited the pharmacy. Needless to mention the 57hc was not returned. The same bunch of fellows asked me to visit again after two days. On 12/01/2020, still 57 hc not returned, i asked them even after 4 days, why the 57 hc was not returned. Then they handed over a toll free number [protected]. My complaint was lodged under ticket # 088603 on 12/01/2020. Till date, after 20 days, 57 hc has not been returned/ refunded. The persons at the birati apollo pharmacy ask me to call the toll free number. If calling the number is the only solution, they could have told me on 08/01/2020 itself. & what a pity!! The telecallers ask me to wait for two days. Sometimes, one day, when i call at the toll free number. Is this the customer service you people offer to the patients & their family members?? This is how you treat your membership card holders, harassing them by committing errors and not rectifying the same? I want 57 hc returned or refunded immediately because i am being harrassed for the past 20 days.
