I visited apollo pharmacy located at malik chambers hyderguda hyderabad, this phqrmacy staff donot have basic manners to talk to customers, highly regretting behavior of the staff. They treat us as if we are purchasing medicine free of cost. Also they are cheating in billing. My bill amt was 317/_ they asked me to pay 400/_. When asked to recalculate my total they agreed that by mistake they added other medicine also. This stop staff has to behave otherwise they must be retained from there jobs.

On 20th oct 2019, i entered the apollo pharmacy at curchorem to buy one tablet. But had to wait for one hour before getting the tablet. Irony of the case is that people who wntred the pharmacy after me got first preference as they were known to the representatives over there. When complained about this one of the staff namely sanjeela nail behaved rudely and in an arrogant manner replying that all are doing their work nobody is free, when someone is free you shall be attended.. Such type of behaviour on the part of the staff is highly unexpected especially the rude behaviour which led to an embarrassment to me in front of other customers. It is advised that the staff be trained in ethics and work culture and behaviour towards the customer. Hoping that i will get justice.

I had ordered for cognicare syrup 200 ml on 13/10/2019 @ the 1sthalf of the day.# apollo pharmacy, raita road rajkot. The pharmacist had replied me just now it is not available. I have requested to arrange for it. Sir l, with regret to write that more than 4 days lapsed he didn't replied. Again i had enquired to your pharmacy store, he repeated same answer again i had requested to arrange, but till now no response from him.

Please arrange to needful at the earliest

Your one of the west bengal branch which is situated at salt lake sector v, infinity benchmark building, ground floor.. Today i've purchased 1 strip of pan 40 tablets, it's mrp is 138/- & they billed as same. When i asking for the normal discount which is 10% they replied that below 200 they could not give any discount. Also, mention it's the corporate branch so they give discount only corporate connection holders.

I purchased a product/medicine from apollo pharmacy, jnv colony, bikaner 334001 & made payment through paytm.. But when i visited the store again to exchange the item.. The store person refused to exchange the product just because i have made payment through paytm... This was clearly wrong... The store had no such notifications about return policy....

I ordered an electric heating pad online from the apollo pharmacy website and i choose the paytm option for placing my order. So my amount got deducted from my paytm account and now no order is shown in my order list in the apollo pharmacy online account. I just want my amount back on my no. This is to inform you on the negligence from one of you branch of Apollo pharmacy (Branch code: 15331).
My mom who is not well educated went and purchased medicine as prescribed by doctor by taking prescription along with her, tablet prescribed is Thyronorm 125 mcg but the product given from the store person is Thyronorm 12.5 mcg.

Sir, on 29.09.2019 evening around 10 pm your said on-line delivery man /employee mr. Karan kumar having mobile no.[protected] and having hero motor bike no. Dl8sbz2673 came to deliver medicines on the second floor of property no. C-3/12, rana pratap bagh, delhi-110007. I reside on first floor of the said property. Since he parked his said motor bike in haphazard manner in front of the main gate of the said property, when i came and noticed it i correctly put it just one feet away to make a little way to enter from the gate of the said property. At the same time, this fellow came from and in rude manner objected to touching his motorcycle. He also falsely alleged that his motorcycle has been damaged and took a brick lying on road and threw it with full force at me. I was able to rescue myself but the brick hit my car and brook the front glass of my car. He then again tried to hit brick on my body. When i tried to catch hold of him, he twisted my hand and held my neck and caused injury in my hand thumb. I could not resist a strong muscle man as i am a senior citizen aged 63 years having undergone open heart surgery. After causing bodily injury, he threatened me that he will hurt me and damage my vehicle again and run away on his motorcycle, leaving in pain.

How the company has employed such arrogant person an employee. Take action against mr. Karan kumar your online delivery boy.

I am regularly visit apollo pharmacy in gurukul (Opp gurukul temple) memnagar ahmedabad. I went today in the evening at 7.15 pm in the store. The person without hair without seeing in the computer told me not to give medicine without the physical prescription, though it is in my phone with dr signature prescription. I have taken more times medicines by showing a prescription in phone.. He didn’t even time to see the computer whether the medicine is available or not. May be being a emplyee of apollo he insists patients to visit other store. Just look in this matter not for me but for you people.

Hi I m Jitesh. I Have purchased some grocery from Ahmedabad apollo pharmacy.
My total bill was 140 rs. I havd used half money payment by paytm 70 rs was in my a/c.

Bill was not not completed and had given the cAsh to shopekeeper. She told me you send me a snippets to send customer care., but she behaving very rudely now.

My amount 70 rs. Debited from my wallet but not refunded still now.

Kindly refund my 70 rs. 10 days happened.

I want to complaint about apollo pharmacy marathallai banglore's staff, i showed him prescription doctor have written thyronorm 6.25mcg dose and he gave me 62.5 mcg... When i asked him also why 62.5 he told that is the lowest power. When next time i went to doctor after 25 days then i came to know it's wrong medicine... I went to ask that why he gave me this he is telling that he understood doctor written 62.5, in confusion he gave....

Today i went to buy citil cv 250 mg tablet in mandya vv road appolo pharmacy i asked for four tablets they told they can't provide four i have to buy whole sheet containing 10 doctor had prescribed for 8 tablets in mysore appolo they had only five they told remaining i can buy in mandya pharmacy pharmacy told me the reason that if they cut it and give me four the remaining if it's not sold they can't give back to their main office after its expired their concept is if it's not sold also if they have full sheet they can reverse it back this is a very bad service

Yesterday my husband purchased one bottle of syrup rs 662 but now i don't want that syrup because of any issue that's why i told my husband to back that syrup. Today my husband go in apollo pharmacy to back that syrup but he said to my husband that he did not take back and he said that we can't give you money back you purchase anything against your syrup. My husband said that i don't want any thing i just want my money back he did not give money back to us, so my husband took up a 2 products and said to him that when you give my money back then you have to take these 2 items from me. When my husband was driving he called many times and threatened my husband.
