I have purchased medicines for full cost on 29.07.2019 for rs4208.00 from your sri ramnagar unit (Near karaikkudi), sivagangai district, tamilnadu.
Vide bill number 16625 cs 0052399. Dated 29.07.2019.

Usually discount amounts will be credited to my phone number. After some time i used to purchase some items at this sri ramnagar unit only.

When i visited this centre to purchase medicines on 10.09.2019, i came to know that someone availed total discount amount at your karaikkudi main centre. I never visited this centre for the past 10
Months.
Likewise, discount amount credited to n. Amudhavalii, my wife's account [protected] was fraudulently taken away at your kalanivasal unit (Near karaikkudi). I never visited this unit.

Mostly baby food items are purchased by these people. This fraud would have occured without the help of apollo pharmacy staff.

Please make discreet enquiry and get back the fraudulently taken amounts. If required, you may initiate criminal action on this complaint. I will stand as witness.
Previously discount amount is permitted with otp sent to our registered phone. This system will prevent such frauds.

They r charging extra price for medicine as peopwill not the acutal price. Staff making extra profit by this way and they r not giving bill. I[censored] ask for bill they will begave impolite. I think company should conduct surprise inspections to the pharmacy stores. I went for guntur brodipet apollo pharmacy 2 times. 2 times dame thing happened. So i think they r doing same thing for all customers. This is loss to company and customers.

I really feel frustrated by the apathy of apollo pharmacy staff icrisat colony, pjr enclave road branch. Their service is the poorest. The staff is negligent and irresponsible and very roud towards customers. They have no responsibility sense. They are cheating the customers without giving bills. They give discount if we buy more than 200 inr. I took 262 rupees medicines but today since i asked bill for it, they have not given discount. When...

Without my fault, firing on me at the time of billing. No other customers at time, not busy hours.
Came to know after talking the items that, the item I purchased has free item. When they fire on the customer your focus will be changed, so that you will forget the free items with the items you purchased.

Don't know how many people cheated like this.

I bought items worth rs 815 today at 7.30 pm. I had to start a medicine (1) prescribed by dr. Jha today. Staff ensured that they will send the medicine today positively. I kept waiting but the medicine was not delivered.

Enough is enough. I will now not buy medicines from apollo pharmacy.
And i will make sure to register my complaint at all required forums and also will share this poor service with all my groups here.

Asked for galvus 50mg tablets yesterday at usman road apollo pharmacy which is supposedly 24hours. But came home and opened one tablet and found that it was galvus met and not the one i had asked for. This morning went to return that tablet and get galvus 50mg. Last week i went to apollo medical store in rasta peth opposite of kem hospital pune. Storekeeper was playing game on phone and i showed him my proscription and asked for the medicine, he directly told me that we don't have these medicines, he didn't seen my priscription. Still i asked him can u bring these medicines i will wait for 2 days but he tell me that we don't these type of medicines.

I bought medicines, in that for roseday-a-20mg.in place of charging only rs. 96/- for one box he charged for 90 boxes for cost of rs. 8648/-. I paid with trust and confidence but later came to know the excess payment of rs. 8000/-. A case of cheating by apollo pharmacy?

Your store in vasundhara enclave in plaza mkt and sunrise plaza. We order regularly from sunrise store. We stay just a few metres away from the store. Anything ordered is delivered not before 2 hrs and many times after 4 hrs. Whenever we order medicines for an entire course and entire rx, either the medicine is not available or the quantity is short. While taking order they do not mention anything. Not even later. They just come late and...

We bought vaccination medicine for our kid on rainbow hospital guindy. The medicine was bought in nandanam (Chennai) apollo pharmacy. They have given the duplicate invoice copy to us.
We have apollo munich health insurance and the claim for this is rejected due to duplicate invoice.
The attached is the copy of invoice. As a consumer i have right to get the original invoice. I called to apollo pharmacy customer care regarding the issue. No use and no response from them.
I am very much disappointed.

1 week back, i buy 28 rs medicines but the manager charges 30 rs and he is not giving bill then when i asked bill he has given the bill of 28 rs and already 30 rs is taken.. When i asked about 2rs then only he returns money by giving 2 chocolates.. Except manager remaining all other team members are good.. He is not listening customer words..

I have bought medicine on 13/8/2019 @ apollo pharmacy jp nagar 7th phase opp to elita, bangalore[protected]. As instructed by doctor we need to change the tablets. So i requested to exchange the tablet with the branch staff. And their response was no exchange as i have done payment mode by phonepay. I have checked with customer care and they said we can exchange even if we have made with digital transaction. I have visited again to the shop for exchange (But i have lost the bill) with sms copy which i received while making payment bill no ws0007533. After requesting i got very worst & rude behaviour from the branch incharge that he can’t exchange without bill which never expected from the apollo pharmacy.

Requesting you to do the needful on this. Also requesting you to educate the staff that how to treat the customers and also they are aware of the exchange policies.

Workers here at appolo. Pharmacy kolkata prince park is not providing medicine at night as they keep sleeping and after knocking at door and yelling for 10 minutes they just say that they dont have medicine. Today when i asked him for a redbull the guy wokeup and said it is there but he can not give now and come at day time..
Redbull is neither an alchohol nor a prescription drug that he cant give... He gave me reason that its difficult to take out redbull from heap of medicine so come in the day time. This is second day he has done the same. Please this is my request to proper authority at appolo to take a notice of such unprofessional employee.. If this is the trend then what is the point of having 24 haors pharmacy

We have ordered the medicines from our local apollo pharmacy store in mayur vihar phase 1 extension at 11 am. The medicines are of epilepsy and need to be taken on time. The attendant at the store said that the delivery will be done within 1 hour. But i haven’t got the delivery by 1.30 pm in the noon. When i called he said that it will take half an hour more to deliver the medicines as there is only one delivery boy and got multiple orders....

The apollo pharmacy store at sec v has dishonest and unprofessional staff. I was offered a product @ 15% discount and on final billing that discount was not given. On asking it was told to me that the discount was only applicable on card payments which was not informed at time of purchase and i was made to wait for a long time at the store. This store employs cheats who defraud unsuspecting customers...

We made so many visits to pharmacy..No...

On 12th aug 2017, i visited ur indirapuram branch and handed over to the counter staff doctor's prescription. Out of 4 medicines, he gave me 3 medicine and for 4th one, "codistar dx syp" he made a note in the register and asked me to collect it on next day ie on 13th aug but it was never made avaliable. I keep on visiting the branch and finally on 17th aug the counter staff told me that their distributor is not sending this medicine so, we are unable to provide it to you. This is how ur pharmacy is treating with their customers? It is shocking?
Similar complaint was lodged on 30 jul 2019 vide ur reference no aop719-53

Apollo pharmacy sodepur branch pincode 700110, visited 14th august for medicine, but there one representative mr. Ranajit not given to me medicine for my aadhar card. How it possible? Why i submitted my id proof. This is criminal offence. Please take immediate action or i will complain to consumer forum and drug control. This representative waste my 30 miniute for non behavior....
