Just couple of minutes back, have visited your store at Indradhanu Market, Bhubaneswar for buying medicines as prescribed by a Doctor for 2 days @ thrice a day but am forced to buy a full strip of 10 -Lytix 10mg. I don't know why the store boys are doing this kind of customer harrasement with whose instruction? My bill no.is 14452CS0123091/19.06.2019/20:26:57 with DL[protected]. This is absolutely anty customer service in today's context....

I visited Apollo Pharmacy, VVIP Mall Raj Nagar extension branch yesterday and asked for the prescribed medicines and I need the medicine only for 5 days. The person at the counter refused to give me medicine for 5 days, As per him I need to buy complete strips of medicine. Here my concern if that what if i do not sufficient money to buy complete strip or if doctor has prescribed medicine only for 5 days then in these cases why should i purchase full strips. When i asked this thing to the apollo representative he told me than do not buy medicine. He was rude and manner less. I have spoken to apollo pharamcy customer care and when the customer care representative told him give medicine in cutting then that store keeper agreed.
This is not the first time i am facing this issue, earlier i used buy complete strips which intern gets wasted because one can not have medicine more than they are prescribed for.
I request you to please take a strict action against this issue so that in future no body faces this kind of problem which i have been through.

I purchased medicine from your shop (Apollo Pharmacy Sector 23 Gurgaon) few medicines are there wanted to return back and I have been trying to return back from last 4 months but the person is sitting over there is denying for the same.

I am the regular customer usages around 60000/- per year now the cost of medicine @18000/- around need to returned back so I need your support to get the amount refunded in my wallet so that I can utilize the same for next purchasing.

I have many things to update you on the complaint on Apollo Pharmaceutic..
I have Purchased a Medicine. on that day bill was not given to me, Informed that not required, My father had taken the medicine & it went to Allergic to that medicine
When I went to return the complaint, saying it a allergic so kindly request you to exchange. for take back. But Chemist rejected saying that we can not take the medicine, is already open we cant take back the medicine.. I have purchased 10 t ablate, We have taken only one which went to Allergic to the body.

2. When I called to Customer care they refuse to raise the complaint.& Provide the Complaint number When I called they 8 to 10 times they are not providing the ticket number
after shouting on 15th June 2019 ( Sujatha ) raise the compliant[protected]

We have purchased on 7th June 2019 went to return on 9th June 2019 he rejected to take the medicine.
I have gone 3 time to the Chemist, answer remain same.

Call center team is telling they cant raise a compliant as they do not have the ticket system. Kindly take this up.

This is the second time we are supplied with wrong medicine.
Once it was wrong supply of Amlovas 2.5 instead of Amlovas 5.0
This is time it is Telmaxx 25 instead of Telmaxx 50.

We had informed the person on the counter on the first occasion and asked them to be careful, but there is no improvement.
This time again wrong supply, Telmaxx 25 instead of Telmaxx 50.

The reason as per our understanding is untrained staff. We have been observing them for quite some time now.

I placed an order No[protected] and paid 960/- rupees ccavenue ref[protected] on 18/01/2019 at 14:54:49.
No response from Apollo Pharmacy so I wrote to them on their customer care e mail id [[protected]@apollopharmacy.org] informing them that after 24 days there is no supply.This was on 11th Feb 2019.
Again no response so I wrote again on 24th Feb 2019 to the alternative e mail id [[protected]@apollopharmacy.org] to which again there...

At 10 35 pm I went to buy medicines, bill value was 53...against which I gave rs 200 note. The staff at computer bilping fight and quarrelled with me without any reason as I can identify him to argument with me earlier with several times with others. He does not know courtesy, normal gentle behaviour. He is not at all fit to do any job under a big brand at all. I myself into service industry and doing this would land him termination at once. I person who does intentional misbehave with customers should immediately terminated. He does not care about his behaviour, whether he should do it or not nor he is representing a brand ..there are certain dos and donts. He unnecessarily fought and insulted me to exchange a rs 50 note. I politely asked the person at cash to change it but he poked his nose there and insulted me like anything...it raises a reason why should I go to apollo pharmacy anymore...? It gives me severe bad experience to go to any apollo shop in future. This is highly not tolerable and demand a termination. Who has given him that audacity to misbehave and insult a customer who is innocent...moreover does any shop given any power or authority to insult any customer at all? Is this the policy and practice in your medicine shops ???? Its very much ashamed.

Im Mrs. Bharathi jagan purchased medicine on 4th june 2019 for Rs. 761 after he swiped from my debit card he told the network is slow and macjine also some issue. so he asked me to pay in cash. When i reach home i got a message from hdfc that Rs. 761 debited towards APOLLO PHARMACY POS DEBIT REF. NUM.[protected].
When i show the msg he told that will return in 3 to 4 days. After 4 days i went and enquire him than...

One day I went to this particular pharmacy and asked for a Dolo- 650, it is a common tablet in every chemist shop. There is a guy with mid 22-25 age talking and blushing in his phone. when I went and asked for this tablet, he simply said Dolo is not there with out even checking around for it. But it was there straight in front of me. I showed to him the tablet was there and he was anger that I interrupted his call and simply said we don’t sell the tablet.

I was in complete fever and came for the tablet he was talking to a girl and simply said there is no tablet. These particular guys are spoiling the prestigious reputation of APOLLO.

Please take care of this issue.

My self MALASELVAN.R, I m holding Appolo pharmacy membership

on 3/06/2019 I have bought baby food (nestle cerlac & Forax) and some other item also at your appolo pharmacy located at jigani(Bangalore) at the time I have requested one paper carry bag, but they didn't provide and they replied with ruled word that bags are sold out.

Next day that is on 04/05/2019, I went back to the same pharmacy for exchanging the Baby food as my baby not eating the particular product(forax multi grain to Nestle cerlac rice vegetable), but the lady staffs not ready to exchange the product and he ask me to wait long time, finally she was exchanged the product but she did not return my balance amount of Rs 40/-

This is really disturbed me.

My father is a cancer patient, a medicine was required, i have called apollo pharmacy chandan pukur bazar barrackpore, kolkata outlet when i was in morning when i was in office, i asked that do you have the medicine (Megasty 160 mg & graniset 1mg). They checked in system & told that yes they have it, i requested them plz keep these 2 said medicine i will take once i return from office, as it is very imp. They told no worries we will keep it for you, & for that reason i haven't check in other medical stores or outlet, when i reached the above mentioned outlet at 7 30 pm they told that we are sorry, but the said medicines are not available right now, it is showing in stock but we do not have it, you have to come tomarrow.
My concern is then why you guys have told me that you will get, & if it was not there you can called me up earlier and would have told me about the situation, i would have bought it from some other place on my way.
This is not a medicine of a small disease, it is for a critical illness medicine & this guys have taken this as so casually. Very sorry to say that you should first train your staffs properly, tell them the importance of a medicine & time of a customer.

Had visited this apollo pharmacy in sholinganallur located on dr karunanidhi salai road for buying sanitary napkins. It was around 10 pm, there were two male staffs aged between 23-30 years, what triggered was their unethical gestures, behaviour and constant staring. This unethical behaviour of such men should be rusticated or severly warned. Pls do the needful. I'm a medical student by profession and i was clean dressed, completely covered so don't bpame on our dressing. This road is a lonely road and ill minded people will take an advantage of these situation. Please address this issue seriously before something bad happens.

I would like to inform you that, i have made an advance payment of rs.300/- to your branch btm layout, bangalore, karnataka for susten vt 200 tab and they agreed for the home delivery, but i didn't received my product till date. Today visited btm branch personally, they told the person who drafted receipt and collected amount left the job, so they are not refunding my amount

Hi... Today i went to apollo pharmacy situated in melur, madurai district.. All i want to say is the behaviour of the girl staffs are very rude.. Eventhough we call them many times they dont pay attention.. I think they may think they are the owners of pharmacy.. I noticed it so many times.. Pathetic service.. Need to replace them or else you surely loss your customers..

I abhimanyu gupta working in your pharmacy as pharmacist at site i'd -12026 and my employee id - ap 70874. My issue is on shaving and all others r clear..in my family death of my uncle has happened 2 days before.. I told him everything about that... But he asked me 8 times for that and i given the answer eight times. Then too he wasn't ready to listen & playing with my sentiments... And started to say i will sent mail and started angrying on me... I have done shaving 2 days before... Little bit hairs has came on cheek... For that he was started to ask the same thing... I told him because of my uncle death i have not done and i m going to my native place tommorow but den to he is not listening... He has taken pics u can see in that... And plz it request to don't play with sentiments of others by saying how many deaths happen in your family and it's your problem... I have attached pic of today of mine

Would request you to make me speak with the manager at apollo pharmacy single storey vijay nagar new delhi. A case of appalling customer services. Its 2019 and not 1979. Makes the whole business look insulting and the customer made to feel like a criminal. I know the best people suited to resolve such matters.

It is not possible to minus the health credits in this branch
Because you buy in another branch

My suggestion is this person is not suitable for this branch incharge post
