Hi there,

This is hairis singla, a resident of punjabi bagh, new delhi. I went to your store in east punjabi bagh today morning along with the prescription. They noted all the medicines and my home address in order to deliver the same at my place.

Firstly, they never provide medicines to the consumers on the spot. They always say that they will deliver at my place with in few hours. After ordering the medicines in the morning i have got the delivery at night. Why do they always have to arrange from some pharmacy. If they are doing so then why did it take 9 hrs to deliver them at consumer's place.?

Secondly, inspite of taking such long time to deliver medicines the delivery boy got the wrong medicines & i got to know after making the payment to that boy.

Thirdly, as per the store sayings that i will receive 10% points of the actual bill in my card (Talking about only medicines) but today when i ask the store about my points not credited in my card then the store manager told me that "they did mannual billing, points will be credited by tomorrow". When i am paying them now then why will my points get added by tomorrow.

I am highly disappointed with the store's services.
I would like to request you to please look into this matter.

I am regular purchaser of items from your nanjangud, mysore dist. Outlet and every time they give some cheap chocolates for change. Even for refund of ru. 1 they deny giving coins. This has become a regular feature. They give some 50ps chocolate for change of 1 rupee thus cheating us. I request you to take prompt action against them or i will have to go the consumer court to redress my grievance.

Expecting early action in this regards.

Today i took medicine (Melba sherin) from apollo pharmacy which located in 5th block koramangala opposite of jyoti nivas college.
Lumia 60k capsules 2stripes_ 248x2- 486
Shelgum m _3 boxes - 120x3- 360
Lthroxin25mg - 137
Total 1000
Might be the person from pharmacy told the someone's medicine fee to me. (1714 was paid).
After calculated from mrp rate of medicine it comes around 1000.
I need my money back.
Please contact to the pharmacy and return my money back
Kindly do as soon as possible.

Hi this is praveen oh behalf of my wife iam giving this complaint.
Currently she is working in apollo pharmacy as a pharmacist.. As per labour rules apollo pharmacy management are not providing public holidays.. For election day also they are not provided any holiday.. They are not proving minimum wages for pharmacist according to market. Monthly 9000 only they are giving which is not standard as per maket..
So i request you look into apollo management and provide sufficient public holidays for employees and provide minimum basic wages

Your service team behaviour is very pathetic. I buy some medicine and apollo staff even did not check the dr prescription date and in front of all the people in store he started saying that he will not give me medicine without checking the prescription. Dr. Has mentioned the date for medicine for one month and he didn't check the prescription date and infront of every body he started souting that he require new prescription from doctor. He was aware of this that i buy weekly medicine from him and my date of prescription was 6th april, 2019. I asked for a medicine and he denied. Since iam a regular customer of apollo i felt humiliated as my medicine was finished and there was still one week for my next visit to doctor.

Dear sir/mam,
A few days later i was purchasing some stuff from apollo pharmacy which is in alpha 2, gr. Noida.
The matter is this when i asked cashier to take the payment through the phonepay and he denied and it happend with me everytime because i am a regular customer so i face it regularly even internet and online payment facility is good at that place because every nearby shop take online payment.
So this time i asked him why you don't take payment through phonepay even company (Apollo) provide you this facility and apollo spent lot of money in this facility but still he is not taking me seriously so i told him that today i will pay through phonepay no matter what, you put the phonepay/paytm advertisement banner at your store and you are not taking any online payment, suddenly he became rude at me and his partners was frightening me.
This incident disappointed me very much, after that day i haven't purchased any thing from alpha 2 apollo pharmacy due to this case.
I think you will take this seriously and do further action regarding this.

I've visited 24hrs apollo at mvp colony and the staff was awake however acted as if he was sleeping.. After 5to10min of constant screaming the staff woke up n behaved rude. Video footage has been saved with the full incident. The lights were off n the staf[censored]sed unparlimentary language on me. Also, he said i'm not d customer so he won't provide service. Case will be filed on d shop n the staff nagaraju.

We made purchase in apollo pharmacy located at swathi threatre road, bhavanipuram, vijayawada using paytm, they mentioned they didn't receive the amount 1150 /-, hence i made another payment using paytm again, paid 1150 rupees successfully 2nd time. Post this incident, i had contacted paytm for cross checking the 1st transaction of 1150 rs, paytm had done thorough investigation and confirmed that it is successfully transferred to apollo pharmacy...

Today half an hour before we bought baby napkin stick type by my brother in law, after i saw instantly we like to change jatty type, but the appllo pharmacy represantative refused to change the product. It cost arounnd 450 rupees. We are really unsatisfied with apollo pharmacy. Already we r regularcustomer apollo product especially baby product.
Place i am complaining is chettikulam junction, nagercoil....

Purchased zerolac infant milk substitute, your employee charged 20 rupees in excess and when asked why? Said system is not updated sir! And changed the digits on reciept by using pen as 495 rupees instead of 475 printed on reciept.
As far as my information you have an online connectivity with every store connected and price gets updated centrally.

I went to the shop which is in ktc nagar (Opp to bus depot) tirunelveli district, tamil nadu. The staff behaviour is very rude & worst (8.30 pm). One lady customer is asking the thyroid medicine for that one staff is saying the medicine is there and another staff is saying it is not there. And also i have paid cash mode but my online amount not returned to my bank account. Update as early as possible not responce your appolo store members.

I bought some products for rs. 2316.10 from apollo pharmacy, park circus 204/1b linton street kol= 7 on 14.04.19 at 8.05. P. M. I made the payment by debit card. After swiping the card in the pos machine and entering the password, when i called the counter salesman to proceed further, he carelessly tried to take the pos machine in his hand. As a result he slipped the pos machine and fell the pos machine on the ground and damaged it. By this time i got the sms from my bank that rs 2316.10 was debited from my account. That counter salesman tried to reconnect the pos machine but due to technical problem it did not start to function properly. He told me that since the bill was not printed in the printer, the payment was not made and that i had to make the payment again. Due to some urgency, i had to again make the payment using my same debit card in another pos machine of the shop. As a result i made the payment twice.
Kindly look into the matter and refund me rs 2316.10 to my account from where it was paid.

I purchased medicine: gemitrol pack of 15 capsules from apollo pharmacy but after taking this medicine there was some reaction so i requested to return it next day but they refused to take it and give another medicine instead of returning the cash. I request to give medicine but still they refused. I've checked the return policy of apollo pharmacy and it states that 7 days is allowed. Why the hell this policy is there when they rejected my request? What should i do with those medicine? Cost: rs. 231.00 that's all waste of money for me.
Those # in that pharmacy took the medicine back from me n didn't give the other medicine nor they returned the money.

I bought food products from my nearest appolo pharmacy which is kothapet new marthynagr branch
They charged extra means over the price than original price
And still fighter with me and he denay the give manager number
I have all the documents proof i wil wil further action on this like cheating the customer

There complaint against the third class store of apollo pharamcy in mira road silver park area in thane district.
My child has lotion motion doctor prescibed medicine and i had forwarded to them. From last 4 hrs they giving excuse that we will send you. My child is suffering and medicine are not om time.
If anything worse goes i will not bear the apollo pharmacy and will see to it this branch is shut down with immediate effect. Kindly take this as challenge.
