I bought food products from my nearest appolo pharmacy which is kothapet new marthynagr branch
They charged extra means over the price than original price
And still fighter with me and he denay the give manager number
I have all the documents proof i wil wil further action on this like cheating the customer

There complaint against the third class store of apollo pharamcy in mira road silver park area in thane district.
My child has lotion motion doctor prescibed medicine and i had forwarded to them. From last 4 hrs they giving excuse that we will send you. My child is suffering and medicine are not om time.
If anything worse goes i will not bear the apollo pharmacy and will see to it this branch is shut down with immediate effect. Kindly take this as challenge.

I purchased nycil powder from apollo farmacy, swarn path mansarovar, jaipur, rajasthan, in which gulcon d is free but shopkeeper do not give me.
When i go to second day for this free item another guy say that boy will come tomorrow so you will come tomorrow and deal with him. I again go next day but that guy again say that boy come tomorrow.
I told him this free item cost is not more than 30 rs. And i visited your shop 2 time...

Medical stores are not giving the quantity of tablets we ask for. Instead they push us the whole patch of tablets even if v need only one or two from that patch. This is total unethical way of doing business and pure atrocity from their side.
In case of emergency if we don't have money to buy the whole patch, what will one do.
Action should be taken on this immediately.

I had purchased medicine rs 283 dt: 31 march 19 timing 7:45 pm.in apollo (Bai kadi)
Kunrathur road, moulivakkam, near eagle electornics.

They are two times swipe in my depit card.
So debited amount twice in my account.
Rs 283 + 283 = rs 566 credited in your account.

Still did not refund rs 283 in my account.

Please clarify my request

Hi myself dr tushar. On 4 april my wife got mild to moderate allergic reaction to some food with rashes all over body. I went to apollo pharmacy on bangla sahib road near lady harding medical college. I asked for injection avil he (Mr rp thakur) told me they dont sell injection avil in very rude manner..
Is it true??? You dont sell this injection.
Secondaly i am very disappointed to see behavior of this employee of yours and i hope hat you will take cognizance of this..

It took more than 40 minutes to deliver the available medicine and collect the payment through electronic media as the credit card pos machine was non functional due to faulty connecting wire available at the store. Store address:
T. N. Mukharjee rd, dankuni housing. Dag no.-rs1793, lr-2830, (Gr. Floor), dankuni, hooghly, pin: 712311 on 4th april'2019.

I hope the problem will be solved with desired efficiency and action.

Four times i have come to dis shop on the same dayin govindan street aminijikarai chennai for susten 200mg tablet. Met with mr thirumalai. Very bad response. Should have informed me about the un availability of medicines. Morning 8am, 11am, 2pm, 10 pm. All these times have been given by them. I abe given my mobile number they would ve informed me. For a doctor dey do live. Wat about a general public

I bought apollo honey in 2-04-19, which is menufectured on feb 18. Written mrp of honey is 365 but in bill it is mentioned as 300 (As per discount). But seller charges me 355 inr as he added 55 inr for soft tissue (Not purchased) and he was telling that he had adjusted honey price with issue.
As per his explanation mrp of honey is not updated in system, but how is it possible that from 1yr apollo pharmacy has not updated rates in system. I am attaching bill here, kindly provide me solution.

Am an retired ex - defense serviceman on 2nd april around 8.30 pm, i visited above pharmacy to purchase two strips of glimulin mf and onw strips of rosave 10 and they handed over me glimulin mf but during billing they mentioned in the bill glimulin mf2 and which was rs. 100/- costlier than glimulin mf when i checked the bill and asked them the reason for the wrong billing then they start mis - behaving, and refused to returned the excess money, and the cancel bill, actually this is one type of fraud, regularly they used make such bill and those who are not checking and paying online, thereafter they cancel the bill and keep the excess money in their pocket and make a fresh bill.

So my sincere request pl investigate the matter and punish the culprits.
Now we will publish this in all social media so that customers are become careful from such fraud billing.

I have purchased nova rapid from apollo pharmacy (ravi complex, manjalpur branch)on 01/04/2019, when i opened it i found leakage in it,
i have submitted complain in written with the leaked piece,
but the representative of the branch refuses to sign in written complain. I request you to solve my problem as early as possible.

Feedback - i think that the personnel at the apollo stores should be more sensible that they are delivering medicines and not the grocery items. I placed order with apollo pharmacy, ocus quantum mall, gurgaon for certain medicines. They confirmed me that they will deliver the medicines within 1 hour. My house is within 1 kms of the apollo store. Now even after 2.5 hours they are saying that it will take 1 more hour. If they can't deliver than they should clearly tell so that patient can make alternative arrangement. Please understand that in medicines few hours delay can make a lot of difference and patient is left to suffer due to negliegence of the stores person.

This kind of attitude is not expected from a reputed company like apollo pharmacy.

Hi I want to complain about the Apollo pharmacy regarding the delay in providing medicines. Today I went there and asked for 3 small items as it was too urgent. But they made me wait for 45 minutes and that too for 3 items, generated 3 separate bills.Can't they give bill at once so that I don't need to pay again and again. This is really pathetic. There are at least 20 persons inside it but then also they take such a long time to give medicines.

My dad has brought cromal eye drops - 5ml on date 26/03/2019 from apollo advantage cc-102, sainikpuri. I am suffering from hay fever so went and brought this eye drops.

I found there were ants inside the sealed bottle of eye drops. Luckily i was able to see them and realized before putting the eye drops into my eyes. I have the bill, which shows...

Sir i purchase medicine from apollo pharmacy from manisha cross road, Vadodara, gujarat.After one day my doctor advised me to stop medicine.so i go to store for return my medicine.but store manager refused to return back medicine.so i call to customer care of Apollo pharmacy but they could not help me for return medicine.so i request you pl. help me as early as possible.

Dear apollo team,

Looks like you have not trained your store team on how to behave with the customers. Very unprofessional and they want to argue or fight with the customers.

I had visited your store at agrahara dasarahalli magadi raod bangalore on 25/3/2019 to buy medicines and there were couple of medicines which was not available, the one being tab ornida 500, your people at the store forced me to buy another tablet saying that it is very similar to the one i had asked for. My question to you is whether these guys are qualified doctors? Their only job is to sell medicines and not force the customers to buy alternative medicines which the doctor has not prescribed. So i bought the alternative medicine given by your sales guy and went back home to find that the medicine which was given is for the treatment of diarrhea and i'm not suffering from it. Hence i returned it on the same day.

Today again i went to your store to buy tab augmentin duo 625, but to my surprise the sales guy is offering me a different medicine and forcing me to buy it saying that tab augmentin duo 625 is out of stock, i told him that i would come in the evening to buy but he is telling that the supply of this medicine is not there at all...

Also i wanted to return tab pantodac which was not used by me and that's when your sales guys started telling me that you returned some medicine on 25th and again you are returning, to which i told them the reason why i returned as it was not prescribed by the doctor and i was not suffering from diarrhea and that's when they started arguing with me and replying in a rude manner.

Please teach your team to behave properly with the customers and tell them not to sell or force alternative medicines which is not prescribed by the doctor.

Also they did not apply the points that i had from previous purchase saying that the server is down.

I buyed medicines of 1900 so i should 10%discount that is 190 rupee... I payed approx 600 cash and remaining 1300 buy apollo credits which i saved from long time.. But i got only 60 in my appollo credit (Mobile no)... When i asked them next day about they said discount for gift will not be credited then what is the use of saving i could have took direct dicsount always.. Almost i i buy 6 to 6k medicines every month from 2 to 3 yrs... I m going to stop buying medicine from you

Sir, i ramanand prasad chourasia, had done one credit transaction of rs.1633/- on[protected] to apollo pharmacy, kudghat branch, kolkata, from my savings account through "phone pe" app on account of purchase of some medicines as some cash back offer on transaction through "phone pe" was going on during those day. Though, my account was debited by rs.1633/-, the apollo sales person told me that they have not received the money as the transaction...

I am shadab from bangalore. I am taking treatment from 2015 for my back pain. Other than medicine i buy redbull regular and cosmetic items sometime appolo. A month i purchase minimum 3000/- to maximum 6000/-rs. Items. For pas 2 months am in chennai, stay near by this outlet. From this outlet i had very bad experiance. Staffs dont have manners at all. Whenever i speak they used ask me to speak in tamil badly got insulted. Even if i am not fluent to speak tamil i can understand tamil. Which your staffs are not aware. Today the lady who was in duty gave this statement. "enik ungal sollathonnu puriyala, edam kaali pann". I hope i dont need to explain the meaning of it. Apollo decide to go for your staffs favour or customers incovinience. I hope you will take action against this staff. Or apollo announce that customers should learn regional languages. If i dont get justice now. I will use social media to expres my emotion with video clip of incident
