This is with regards to the below mentioned branch of a apollo pharmacy. Rgm/as/206/f/08 sreeram nagar complex, tegharia, vip road, kolkata-700052 (Near-haldiram). The sales man are very rude and don't know how to behave with customers. Everytime whenever they are being asked to search for any medicine the sales man specifically doesn't check any medicine and simply say it's not in the stock this so not the first time this is a repeated issue and when we ask him to recheck he starts abusing. Every month we get a call from the apollo pharmacy to come and pick up medicines as they are available buy the moment we visit most of them are not available and the person who is usually at the counter in the morning mishaves and even after telling him repeatedly that we will complain he kept on misbehaving with us. I think the apollo management needs to address this else they will be loosing a lot of customer particularly from this shop...

I am a regular customer of Apollo Pharmacy, Indira Nagar, Adyar. On 11/08/2018 I purchased some medicines there and tried for the first time to pay via PAYTM for Rs. 187/-. As its showed 'failed transaction' I paid cash Rs. 100/- and utilised credit in my favour for the balance amount of Rs. 87/-. I now notice a withdrawal of Rs. 152.10 on that day in my SB account with Indian Bank, Adyar the following details: WITHDRAWAL TRANSFER PAYTM[protected]/paytm/ TRANSFER TO [protected].

I think this amount of Rs. 152.10 pertains to some other customer with the pharmacy (perhaps kept open on the paytm code bar screen there).

My bank informs that this amount is credited your account / your customer.

Kindly verify at your end and arrange to credit the amount to my account with the pharmacy.

The below address shopkeepers are very reckless and are not providing bills for the tablets purchased. They don't even care us if we request for a tablet, will not respond unless we shout loud. Just sit, relax and play with computer and mobile phones.

Worst experience with this store careless guys.

Order #[protected] ordered online on 19th august, yet no update on the status of the order. The online chatbox said it takes 48-72 hours for delivery which is almost over. Now the customer service lady (Leela) on [protected] says it takes 3-7 days to deliver. Have some sense of responsibility when delivering medicines. Mails sent to [protected]@apollopharmacy.org goes unanswered. How shameless can people be i fail to understand. Please send me my medicine or refund my money. Do not trouble people like this.

Today morning i visited your store in selaiyur branch near zion school and requested two strips of glyciphage 250mg tablets which costs at 20rs. I had a 100rs. Note only and your shopkeeper didn't had a change, i requested to accept card which she refused as she told me minimum 100rs. Transaction is required for card payment. Please look to improve your services.

Being a diabetic patient, myself and my wife buy medicine from your shops for the last many years. I am holding an appolo card and using this regularly while buying medicines. Last time when i bought medicine, i was told to contact the company and re register my number for availing discount. I tried to call by the number they have given but i didn't get any response. Please arrange to re register my phone number which is already registered...

I purchased for quiet long and since continuing, i have discount card from your pharmacy as well, i checked on 18th for discount balance is above ninety rupees, but later i received an sms stating that only four rupees or something left.

Is it not irrelevant from apollo.

My relatives and friends also facing the same problem.

When will i get my money back.

They are not behaving well with costumers i was asking them for a toothpaste it was sealed out wen i asked why is it so they are like it comes like dat only and many imporoper way they are talking please care about your costumers..
This is the third time i felt bad about your service kindly behave nicely we pay there so it is your responsibility to respect everyone..

Last week i got one medicine for apollo pharmacy 78 rupees se medicine today i could have same medical centre stoneman was telling no bill then i am okay telling then he's telling wil amount is 108 for some medicine then i took my friend get another product in same apollo pharmacy billing machine is working it's very bad experience for apollo pharmacy...

Today i have visited apollo pharmacy, padur.
I have showed doctor prescription and asked for hhzole ointment for my kid. They took so much of time and finally they gave my package.

After coming home, just before applying the ointment i saw that they gave me zzsone cream. So irresponsible towards their duty?

After that, u called them and since i'm weak in tamil i spoke to them in english. The...

I have made earlier complaint regarding non availability of medicine @ manjalpur vadodara
The same was discussed with mr. Anil mehta of your company.
Fortunately i lost his contact no. Hence unable to contact him over telephone

The same situation prevailing, no improvement so far.
I m customer since last 10 years.
My monthly billing is around rs.5000/-. The approach is also not proper.

I am residing at tirupati and often get rejection from apollo pharmacy guys for discount. The reasons they tell_
1. Less than rs.200 no discount and no bill.
2. Post 10 pm no discount if you ask for bill for more than 200 purchased.
3. Certain category products viz. Fmcg products - soaps, talc, food products etc., no discount.

I just want clarity is the he above are instructed by apollo management or not.
A quick response is appreciated.

They taken twice payment by paytm and bill was only one after 4 days they does not return my money and they are saying apply kar do hum return kara denge . And they misbehave with me .
Is shop ke employee chor hai .

Till now I did not get return money .

Bijapur karnataka jalnagar branch the person who makes bill is so worst n the way he talk with coustomers is so bad this is the 3 time m saying him. No respect at all and for ur kind information the way he use computer is so bad he just hits the keyboard like mad... We just request u to convenience him n teach him how to talk take with parents n senior citizen. Or else i m ready to take action.

I have taken 4 tablets of taximo 200 in apollo pharmacy (Vasantha nagar, hyderabad) on 12th aug at 9:25 am and the person has charged 50rs for the tablet,
Later i came to know that the tablet is 40rs.
He has changed me an extra 10rs.
This shows the level of fraud taking place at your pharmacy (For the people who take loose tablets)
So i request you to take certain actions against the person

With regards i want to draw your eyes towards apollo that all staffs selling irrationally and illegally h1 drugs. If any pharmacist stops them then they scold them and say that they can throw pharmacist out of pharmacy.
All assistant having no knowledge of schedule h1 sales irrationally.
All your drug inspector take money to allow this.

Apollo pharmacy, suryapet 2 branch, there are two systems provided... None works speed... They are slow.. Not providing printed bills.. They are informing no net provided.. Loyalty cash not displaying in their system... Not able to pay through online wallets.. No immediate printed bills provided... They are writing in one book... Please respond as soon as possible

Dear sir/madam,

The date was 7th of august, 2018.
I went to this medicine shop (Apollo pharmacy, lake town bus stand, lake town rd, lake town, kolkata, west bengal 700089) as requested for several medicines and supplements including cetanil-t, stalopam plus, d-protein and alcohol swabs with proper medical prescription for all the medicines dated july, 2018.

Now, firstly, the shopkeeper (Who told his name was debashish bhowmick) was initially reluctant to provide the medicines and was consistently shouting at his colleague, even as the colleage actually was working.

Now, when i requested strongly, he again shouted and asked his colleague why he is giving stalopam plus (Which is a medicine for sleep and is properly prescribed in the prescription for my 61 y/o mother).
He snatched the prescription from me and said this is 1 month old and have to bring a prescription of today if i want the medicine.

Then on strong protest from me and a fellow customer (Elderly lady, i dnt have the name), he called his supervisor, who after hearing the circumstances, also instructed him to give the medicine.

Now, the shopkeeper started all kinds of misbehaviour, including bad mouthing and stating that he will not give the doctor's name on the receipt of medicine, he wants my and my mother's mobile number and so on.

Finally, i was too tired and disgusted, and asked to keep his medicine and give the xerox copy of the prescription (Which i had to sign and submit to him previously). Then also, he refused and bad-mouthed and after lot of rucksus finally gave the prescription back and told his name (Though not sure whether its correct or not).

It was really painful to get such behaviour from an elderly person that too of a reputed brand like apollo pharmacy.

One i proache apollo pharmacy for purchaseing for some medicines, as use of bypass surgery patient, like b. P., diabeiatet, thariod, acosprin, cholestral, etc when i request the above said singaraiah while purchaing medicines to give offer as a governament employment giving my id number[protected],
But he said who was working as supervisor not giving proper answer and refused to give offer on purchasing on the medicines and also quareled and thiretend me saying go away from here and i have seen so many persons like u and his behaviour in displane on me. So pls take a action on him
