Sir,
It has been noticed in apollo pharmacy located at korukonda road, near bijili ice factory, rajahmundry. Service of boys behavior and service is very slow. Always they are busy with calculations and stock checking.
Some times they are giving 10% discount and for the same item they are refusing. If we ask bill they will irritate us by taking much time to give bill.
Normally in other shops only two to three persons working effectively but here six to seven persons busy with their own work. For every item they are checking in system for stock and then start checking in racks.
As it is business effective please take necessary steps.

The complaint is regarding to apollo pharmacy medical which is near shivaji nagar, checknaka, thane 400604, below sai hospital.

First of all i want to know that is it ur policy that u should not give the medicines after 11:00 pm sharp

Because today i was moving in ur medical of the above mentioned address at 11:03 pm i was just to move in but alas i couldn't and there was a harsh reaction by the staff member. As i was going to move in, the staff member said with a very rude statement that the shop is closed and now u can't buy medicines anymore today as the system is closed down. N as i asked why his another rude reaction was he gone inside brought a table n brought the shutter of the shop down n said me to go.

But other times when we moved in n ur system was down or it was updating the staf[censored]se to enter all our medicinal information in a notebook and after the system was started they use to note it down. Other they also call the customers specially for the medicines.

But today at this moment the behavior of the staff was totally changed.

It's ur duty to fulfill all the needs of medicines to all your customers but today they shown their true colors n it was also a important medicine needed urgently for my dad but today he has to miss his dose because o[censored]r staff carelessness and negligence

'l&t south city apartments, arekere mico layout 2nd stage, santrupthi nagar, jp nagar 7th phase, arekere, bengaluru, karnataka 560076' in regards to not attending customer while there were tons of them in the store completely ignoring me. As i called out them to provide me the medicines they kept ignoring me until i walk out of the store embarrassed and disappointed by this behavior of theirs. Kindly review this from your end and do consider this as a strong feedback from a valued customer who's been using your service for years.

Visited your appolo pharmacy for purchase of medicines we are frequent buyers, the lady during the billing the i gave my mobile number & informed there are points available please deduct the same she said there are no points available, i told her i have been receiving messages on the same please check the lady started screaming at the pitch of her voice & screaming, then she said 120 points are available & i have to pay 500 rs i had a gift card which had a balance of rs.166 told her swipe 166 from this card & balance from the other card, she swiped with one card the entire money & asked me to give the otp unfortunately my mobile was switched off i luckiliy had charger said please help me to plug in i will give you the otp, she again started screaming then my brother said please take back your medicine please pay back my money swiped she took back all the medicines & said you will receive refund tomorrow.

Please take necessary action on the lady she has really humiliated by giving mental torture in front of other customer i just want to understand if she is really qualified for the job or not

The apollo pharmacy in pallavaram located at nalla thambi road is waste of resources. There is this guy whose attitude is very bad. When there is no stock of tablets he tells you since there are no tablets go somewhere else and buy. Yesterday he gave me a tablet and the other tablets were out of stock and he said that he will give them tomorrow. I said ok and i will pay for all the tablets and collect the other tablets the next day. Suddenly he took the tablet that he had already given and said no stock and you go and buy the ur tablets somewhere else. His attitude is always bad and never a smile on his face. Such a disgusting jackass.

Today i have visited the store to buy some medicine and offered my loyalty card to update the points & know my cumulative shopping, but witnessed one of the horrible experience with the staff, every time they make false excuses and never share my total billing points, moreover tone they used with me was very rude, my name on the...

Too worst medical pharmacy which i have visited so far. Staff of the store are too careless. They will treat the customers as fools. They are spoiling the reputation of the company. Our 100% trust towards the apollo pharmacy became 0% because of this store. Maintaining the store with liers.

We went to stores on 19 july 2018 for a particular medicine which was not available at that time and therefore the staff has registered the request and asked us to come on 22nd july 2018 and told us they will intimate through a call when product arrives to the store. We waited till 26 july 2018 for their call and we directly approached the store and noticed that the medicine has not reached yet and we got response that it will take 2 more days. Till today 31 july 2018 we didn't receive the medicine mean while we visited the store 2 times. Now the staff replied that he has given the product to someone else thinking that it is we. After these many days we are not having the medicine. My experience says that believing these people in critical conditions may lead to collateral damage. Requesting the management to look after this issue seriously.

I am very sorry to say that the applo pharmacy durgapur did not provide me required amount of medicine. The staff of shop behaved very rudely with me and told me that he could not provide the prescribed amount of medicine. They have it in stock but did not want to cut it as per prescription. Hence you are to take step against it.

I have purchased similac advance and pampers of rs 681 from barasat coloney more apollo pharmacy branch of west bengal today and i paid the amount through the mobile app phone pay, but bill was not generated in counter. Tough money was debited from my bank account, but i had pay it for cash in the counter and the cashier denied the successful transaction. So, please find the attachment and refund the amount as early as possible.

Apollo pharmacy mayurvihar phase -2 employee on duty on night of 24-7-18 ajaysexsenna and devendersingh misbehave with me and tried to give me medicine minoxidil local application in cash. When i asked them to give me complain register they refused to provide any type of complain register or format. I have given them a filled feed back form no 51228, which i am sure that they are going to tear it.
I felt so bed as i am your regular customer.

My house is @ veppampattu, if service not available on current location it should be mentioned clearly, we would have booked on some other websites. They delivered at central. Charged 699.. If shipping needs to be charged it should be mentioned on shipment charges.

We purchased this product to check the status of my father weekly. Now strips are not available. We checked almost all apollo pharmacy.

One week back i was purchased some items nearly 1250/- at aganampudi apollo store visakhapatnam at that time they are bill the items then i am asked to staff they said stock is not entered the system we will bill tomorrow but still today they are not entered

This is happened me around 3-4times...they are not accepting wallets, phonepe etc...and telling in rude manner i[censored] have money take other wise get lost...around me 3 outlets are there...other two are very good people and accepts wallets..

Wallets are like transaction easy purpose..less time...but I don't know whether they are illiterate s are don't know to select options...after waiting 10min..they will tell that..pls come as a customer and check...how the rude they are...this is for west marredpally outlet, main checkpost..beside bakery

My complaint is when i RETURN my medicine your store staff his response was like un culture people & behaviour like uncivilians.

And they thrown outside your store.

Today I went to Appollo Pharmacy located in Naya Nagar Branch, Near Asmita Club, Mira Road East, Thane for a face cream called ADACLENE. The staff present at the counter ignored my requirement and said its not available without checking it. I said him to atleast check in system inventory and the reply I got was that system is off due to some technical issues. As it was raining I waited to take shelter outside your pharmacy...

I have been buying mixtard 30 flex pen and a needle with that for almost more than one and half year from apollo pharmacy near my home. Yesterday when I went to buy the shop guy looked very confused and he took out mixtard flex pen from fridge and a needle and started billing it. I took pen and opened it, to my surprise I could see that a needle is already inserted inside and the content was at 200 ml instead of full vial when I asked the shop guy he was so confidently telling me that it comes like this only and it's new not used. I told him I have been buying for more than one and half year and needle separately, he replied this is how it comes and I even told him to look at content which is not full. He rudely replied this is how it comes. I asked him to give different piece he replied we have only this and he doesn't have another one, he was ready to bill the used insulin to me. I said how can I buy used medicine that too needle inserted and used by someone. That too its a critical medicine insulin. Which is used by some one else and might have someone's blood into it. I say this cos once when I was injecting insulin somehow lil blood from my skin got pushed into vial.
The issue is very serious but the shop guy is not aware of such things and is ready to bill. I didnt buy it but immediately called customer care and told the same. They didn't have any idea on what I told them. They gave me area managers number I spoke to him and told him the issues I faced. He just told me to come tom he will ask them to give me new one. But I told him to check on my complaint cos he may sell it to another person. He asked to come next day. Next day when I went there to buy new one the shop guy said he doesn't have new one and come after two days. I immediately called area manager and reminded him about my issue and also on new mixtard flex pen. He said forget about that issue I will get you new one and asked shop guy to get it from different apollo pharmacy. And made me wait for half an hour. One guy cane from different pharmacy and told he doesn't have he will go to another pharmacy and get it. I reminded area manager about shop guys behaviour on selling me used insulin. He said just forget about it and he can't be in one place to check all that he can just make sure I get new one. Everyone here just takes these sensitive medicine casually. I was amused by managers reply.
