Appolo, gooty branch, anantapur, andhra pradesh. Staff behaviour with me is not good. He interacted with me on 05/02/2018, 8:45 pm regarding medicines. I am in hurry and asked him to serve quickly but he refused with anger and told me that i[censored] r in hurry please don't come next time to appolo. This is not good for a employee. Kindly take action about him

I have paid the bill through credit card once and and it got approved in credit card machine, but the guy who is doing billing told that machine is not working properly and he swiped the card again and made the payement again.

But i lost 699 rupees two times from my bank account, and i didnt got the 699 rupees back, i called them twice but they didnt give proper response.

I bought a product from appolo pharmacy in my locality. I wish to exchange my product with another product for the same amount but the staff present there are not allowing the exchange. It is very disgusting for a pharmaceutical company like appolo to not satisfying a customer. Moreover they didn't provide me any bill of purchase.. Kindly help me out.. I just want to exchange the product....

The pharmacist, prakash bhavan stationed at the viman nagar branch at datta mandir chowk, lied to me to tell me that a particular prescription only medicine was out of stock. Only when i inquired further and checked online did i find out that it was actually in stock but the pharmacist was lying due to a lack of prescription (Which he did not check or was aware of) at that moment.

Sir I had purchased a sum 460 worth medicine in my ATM card and amount debited my bank account but your staff says amount not credited to applo account and says roughly the debited details below

Prescription was for kids tablets but the pharmacy people gave me adults tablets for my one year old kid after all verifications at pharmacy.
After continuing that medicine for 1day my baby was drowsy all day and she got fever of 102c i rushed to the nearest hospital then they told me that the combination of medicine is with cytrizen with high dosa.
This indicates the reckless behaviour of the people working in pharmacy. Will lodge complaint against apollo.

I have purchased apollo glucometer last year and past 6 months i am not able to get the test strips in bangalore. I have checked with the nearby apollo pharmacy many times but now they are telling they have discontinued the product. They have asked for the bill, but i did not keep the bill for a one year old product. Please make arrangements to refund my amount or make the strips available.

Your apollo pharmacy staff of sambalpur, anithapali (Orissa) way talking is good. I am old customer of apollo pharmacy from long time. I came few month ago to sambalpur but earlier i was in bangalore and there not facing this kind of problem because staffs know medicine name and everything. But in sambalpur, anithapali staff don't know medicine name also after that rude behavior. From today i will go to some other medicine store. I am one software engineer working in one good mnc, they behave like i am buying medicines in free of cost like that. I don't like spoiled my image or self respect again and again. I can buy medicine from other pharmacy story.

Yesterday I purchased items at your Apollo pharmacy Abbas NAGAR branch Kurnool through phonepe. My wallet balance of 50/- debited and rest amount 157.40/- debited from my credit card. I get transaction successful message. But shopkeeper refused that he had not received money. While completing transaction after entering otp the shopkeeper resend the payment link without informing me for which he couldn't received the payment for successful transaction also. I take up the matter with phonepe lodged a complaint they replied that there was no issue with the transaction ( screen shot enclosed)and it was clear. I have not received the product from shopkeeper and amount was already debited. Pls do the needful at the earliest.

I have purchased apollo glucometer last year. But now strips for apollo glucometer are not available. All the outlets telling that the product has been stopped. If a devise has been sold by apollo then strips should be made available. Sales person at apollo outlet advising to purchase a new one of a different brand. This is highly unethical approach

I want to bring you notice that, this card is not of any use, i have made this card with card number [protected] on 1-1-2018 from your bhiwadi branch in avalon plaza. Earlier to this date i have asked your representative for making card but every time they told, we will make it later, now there is rush. Ok i have accepted because really there were so many customers. I have also told them i have also previous card which i have made two years back and told them please note my number is ([protected]) but they said no card is registered and our data of two years back is washed...!!! What does it mean you have no value of your old customers!!! But on 1st jan i have asked for new card they provided me card with number [protected] and i have purchased some item they noted it down in their register.

But today when i have visited your pharmacy and purchased some more item then i am shocked after listening the statement of your representative that your card is not valid and you will not get any discount, then i told them you have provided me this card and i have requested them to please check your register in which you have written the details when you provided me card and when they checked it was found in register. Then they have changed their statement that your card is not registered because you have already registered with that number as you provides and please provide another number so i have given [protected]. So dear apollo i just want to know if my number was already registered then why not told earlier. You are making fool of customers. I just want my discount and justice, so that your trust not lost by me. One more thing your representative said among all the customers that we have provided this card to you and i feel so ashamed among all that iam a lier??? This will be the case of defamation.

U r pharmacy located at chandragiri will not give concession to the customers if any body ask simply he told that in this product no concession. If any body ask bill the printer will not work or otherwise give manual bill or less 5% on mrp when customer can demand. So pls take necessary action to the pharmacy boys otherwise u can also loss customers then after close the pharmacy like hetero....

The staff i don't know the name of him was very rude in answering us. I used to buy a lot monthly in apollo but the persons was very rude in answering our needs and he's making me to wait long and whoever is buying more he's taking care of him a lot i was very upset by his behavior and customer service and he's making me wait for long even though i came first.

I was purchased medicine from apollo pharmacy, halisahar on 16.12.2017. Amount of bill was ₹235. Bill amount paid through united bank of india debit card twice and axis bank debit card once.

Cashier of pharmacy said payment through ubi debit card (₹470) declain. I made my payment through axis bank debit card.

Whereas amount deduction massage from ubi sent my mobile in front of him.

Cashier says deducted amount will be recovered within 72 hours.

Still today its not returns in my account.

In gudiyattam branch near old bus stand. The employees of the branch handle customers worstlest like useing bad words and irritating the customers and forming group for argument with customers. And the billing person like rawdy he using bad words for the customer. The type of behavior will reduce the good thought of your pharmacy name. So please take the action.

A fatty black shopkeeper in height around 5.6" waring thicker silver chain in his neck, showing worst attitude with customers of apollo chemist at tiruttani. When i connect him through toll-free number, he said product (Nusobee casein-2) is available and ask me to come and purchase the product. After i reached pharmacy all the way i walked for two kilometers, he try to sell the nusobee casein-1, i ignored to purchase it. He took class to me by saying there is concept like 1 & 2. It clearly indicating that, he is how much careless about the product specifications of which he is selling to apollo customers.
