Hi team,

This is to keep you informed that, i took some medicines from apollo in the month of august as i met with an accident. But i got all the duplicate copies of invoices.

The insurance company that i'm claiming these bills is rejecting my bills saying that those are duplicate bills. They made it mandatory to submit all the invoice original copies to further processing the claim.

I shravan kumar from puppalaguda (Manikonda). Today i purchased medicine enterogermina 10 tubes and zaha ointment 1, from apollo pharmacy puppalaguda. Your employees are not given discount on the total amount. The store keeper straight away saying that the discount rule not available in apollo pharmacy. Please look on it.

I have purchased the medicine pharmacy located in Nalco township, Damanjodi.It is found that medical Bill batch number and expiry date are not matching with original medicine dispensed at the counter.Discrepancy has been taken to the notice of sales person in the counter and he is responding very arrogantly .He had issued me Not availability to purchase from any other Pharmacy.Since i am an employee of NALCo i could not purchase medicine...

Regarding ; compalaint on apollo pharmacy

I am regular customer from 2 years for apollo pharmacy.
Recently i took milk powder for my son as i took every month in a apollo pharmacy similac stage 2. Validity 2019

When i came to home to feed my son just i opend i shock because i seen insects on powder.

I raise the complaint on apollo pharmacy but the person who is sales excutive he didnt response he given me a call like sir come and replace thats it but still not again i didnt get any feedback from them or they didnt given call back to me so please find the attachments i have video also dont no its not uploding i just uploaded images with insect and bill have a look and let me know what type of action we can take on them.

Because if i feed with out seeing powder to my son 1 year boy if any things happend who is the response for that?

Please have a look on this matter and need full to me.

Almost all the apollo pharmacies in vijayawada are not issuing bills for the medicines unless we ask for it. Issuing bills is being seen as a favour done to the customers by the pharmacy staff. Kindly look into this issue.. I am complaining after my personal experiences at siddhartha nagar and nearby apollo outlets along with the experiences shared by my friends.

Exchange of product that was half filled. As i bought it on 5th december late night cd not return thought to return in morning. But in morning person at rkpuram sec 12 mr. I have purchased medicine in apollo pharmacy through debit card payment. First time it went error. But second time the payment was done. But two times the amount was taken from my account. On 25/11/2017 i bought medicine from apollo pharmacy. Bagmore, west bengal, 24 parganas (North). Wrong medicine given to me against my prescription. I am a pragnant women. I am now worried about the side effects of it. Being a customer of appolo i am seeking for a line of action for this careless activity. I hope authority of appolo will take fast action, and hope i don't have to go any further.

Last month i took pampers pant medium size 80 piece pack for my 3 1/2 years
Son from college road branch belagavi, karanataka. The quality was nice.
And second time on 3/12/2017 i took pampers pant medium size 80 piece pack from azam nagar branch belagavi. But the quality is very poor.
2 pants tested on my son not able to observe urine properly it is coming out. I had been to branch where i took it for second time but nobody cares. I am regular customer from last 10 years. Also i talked to customer care there also they told sorry for inconvenience. What is the solution for this.?

I went to apollo pharmacy, malkajgiri, telangana, on 2/12/17 to buy 1tab of pruvict 1mg for my father as was advised by the general physician. But the pharmacy has refused to sell me 1tablet but asked me to purchase the entire strip consisting of 10 tablets costing rs. 149/-. As i had no choice i was forced to purchase the entire strip.

I am using the apollo loyalty card to get the discount amount for the medicine and currently, i want to add some balance to pay the whole balance from this card but i am not able to find any place to add some balance to my card - [protected].
Actually i want to add balance through online mode from credit card, wallet or net banking.
Please let me know if there any way to add balance to online mode....

Hi i m extremly disappointed with ur service in Mahim branch as i have Apollo card i hace purchased my medicene on it evry time. As i wen this time i ask about my total card amoit the told tjis is ur 1st purchase i was shocked to hear bcoz it was npt a single time web i had not gave my card to them plus tjey dont five u discount on ur regular medicene also as we cannt see that ur doing entry or not u should not cheat ur costommer infact u have to be honest and loyal to ur work .

I have been hearing about the offer given by phonepe on transactions at apollo pharmacy, but a large number of outlets in bengaluru is still not accepting the payments via phonepe.

If the outlet is not accepting the payments via phonepe then what is the use of offer given by phonepe to be used in apollo pharmacy outlets. So, before providing an offer to the customers, its better that the outlets be upgraded by the phonepe app for the payments.

On 26/09/2017 i have made a payment via phonepay aap of rs. 457/- vide merchant order id:[protected]. The app showing only 01 (One) transaction against this id.

I found that sbi debited the same amount twice against that transaction mention above. Transaction id's are
1) othpg 390350 tps*phonepe private limumbai
2) othpg 391371 tps*phonepe private limumbai

I talked to sbi, they said to contact you and said that this problem occurred from your side. I paid this amount to appolo pharmacy. Why the problem occurred? Why your app deducted the amount twice?

I will be glad if you tell me the reason.

The apollo store in jyoti, chandannagar, west bengal charges more money than the printed mrp, doesn't provides bills, or accept apollo cards and most of all there was a staff who was threatening my mother who went there alone that he would engage direct violence. My mother said she would file a complain about him and he threatens her to engage violence immediately and so she threw the medicines and ran away from the shop.
A change of staff or teaching them some manners is strictly required. And i am not alone, there's a bad reputation of the shop so people already have been avoiding. Further violent behaviour will cause the locals to take a step.

I have purchased medicines but haven’t received bill even i have asked for. They have asked for doctors prescription and when shown they have told prescription must be also on the day i purchase the medicine. Im extremely dissatisfied with the behaviour of the pharmacists at the store. Are they cheating us and also your organisation? This is not fare. This happened in hyderabad branch dlf building opposite gachibowli.

I have purchased steam inhaler from apollo pharmacy block-h market sarita vihar new delhi yesterday (17/11/2017), as i used it the water is coming out with steam. When i returnedit to the pharmacy, first they checked it and at that time steam is not properly coming out from it, tge pressure with which steam came is not at all satisfactory, further they denied to replace it.
I have left the steam inhaler and bill in the shop.
