Today on 12th july 2018 i visited apello pharmacy outlet at Infinity benchmark Saltlake sector 5, kolkata.
My requirement was for a single strip medicine.
To know the availability of that medicine i had to ask more than 3 assistants multiple times. No one was conveying or searching for the medicine. To find out the medicine it took more than 10 minutes.
While bill was prepared and I was asked to pay the amount the person was not taking the money nor asked to approach someone else. After repeating 4 times he told me to go another one to pay and collect the medicine. While i asked that you should have told me earlier to pay on other counter then he replied that YOU WERE STANDING FOR LONG HERE BUT YOU DID NOT NOTICED, YOU SHOULD HAVE NOTICE AND DO ACCORDINGLY.
I went there for the first time, and there was nothing clearly written or mentioned over the counter where to go and when to go. Assistants on the counter was extremely improfessional and was not listening requirement in single request. taking long time to serve. behaviour was extremely bad. though not more than 3 customers were there at the moment.

I used to collect medicine from apello pharmacy from Serampore Hooghly. but there counter assistants are gentle enough to repeat customers. But what behaviour i got from this outlet i never expected and i wont recommend any one to visit this outlet.

I am customer at Apollo hospital for the last 10 years and at pharmacy for 9 years. I received a message that I will get Apollo umbrella for purchase of Rs.1000 & above. I have purchased medicine for Rs.1410 on 9/07/18 but I was denied umbrella. Kindly clarify. Bill no 14534CC0050670. at RAJAKILPAKKAM branch. I was informed that stock not received. If stock is not received why the message. Also I asked, when the stock arrived can I get the umbrella. They said no.

I have gave them my prescribtion of 50mg amd dey have delievered my mother a 100 mg dose, sge s a sugar patient, who will be responsible fr the consequences...
thanks to god.. that at that momnt i decided to chk the medicines and i found faulty medicine...i want a strict action against your staf..and whn he arrived wd the replacement hebjust brought dfrnce amt of just one medcn..instead of 8 boxes...is dis how mch your staff is qualified...

I visited Apollo pharmacy anandnagar branch on 8 July 2018 at 11:40 pm.
I brought a medicine and I was not given discount on that product.
The salesperson naveen said that Apollo pharmacy has a rule that no discount will be given on any medicine after 10:00 pm in night.
I hope I will be given a refund for the discount amount on my next purchase.

I m from north delhi your near by pharmacy in Shakti Nagar when I ordered some medicine thy didn’t delivered on time
When I cal 4-5 times he told me delivery boy is in field, u get ur medicine wth in 15-20 min. My home wthin 7 min walking distance wth ur pharmacy. I ordered my medicine at4:30pm till9:45 I didn’t get the medicine the in the pharmacy he speak roodly and in the end I told him I complained abt you he replied sure Kar do complain
The behaviour of that guy is very bad he didn’t get the patient will call for medicine only

Visited to apollo pharmacy, 28-26-6, kanithi colony, vadlapudi, visakhapatnam - 530026, to buy a medicine cal vees ct. I had asked them to give 7 tablets but they are denied to give loose tablets and forced me to buy complete strip of 15 tablets. I had requested them but even though they are insisting me to take complete strip of 15 tablets. I do not have any other option but to buy the complete strip with the bill no. 15432cs0143567 dated 01.07.2018. Balance 9 tablets are no use for me.

Requested to take necessary action against the store to avoid similar situation in future.

When i was purchasing pharmaceutical products, i gave debit card for swiping.
When i was entering pin, the biller was peeping into my pin number. He suggested not keep such pattern in the pin.
He peeped into my private and secret pin number.

Please address the issue.

We are very much frustrated on the behavior of one of the staff of apollo pharmacy of d. No.[protected]/1/1, shop no.2,, main rd, ayyappa nagar, muralinagar, madhavadhara, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh 530007. He was arguing with us, using harsh words that he delivered the medicines and moreover he claimed that we didn't pay for it. Whereas nobody actually came for delivering the medicines. We have been dealing with them from almost 7 years but never this kind of thing happened, but today it was unbearable. I hope you take strict action against that man who was extremely harsh towards us.

I went to Apollo pharmacy on 21 Jun 2018 at navallur Chennai 603103, and requested for 6 tbalets of rafigut 400mg as prescribed by the doctor, but the pharmacist forced me to buy 10 tablets the whole strip of 10 tablets and they will not sell 6 tablets as said by the pharmaceutical company which sells the drug .The cost of medicine was 156 inr where as the cost of whole strio was 260inr .Is Apollo pharmacy only for the rich. Apollo pharmacy taking people for ride.pls join hands if you feel i am correct.

Apollo pharmacy ambedkar statue karaikudi, providing wrong info, when asked shouting at the customer before all indecently, arrogant attitude and behaviour. That too with the regular customers. Please do the needful. Apollo pharmacy name will be tarnished.
Also they try to push products. It creates an embarrassing situation. Whatever the reason, shouting arrogantly is not acceptable.

My name is vinay, i have purchased dental floss instead of interdental brush on 20/06/2018 at apollo pharmacy sarswathi nagar, davangere, karnataka. When i asked them to exchange the product they refused to do so by saying you're the first/only customer to purchase at their store.
Is there any chance that i can exchange my purchase of dental floss to interdental brush

My self p madhavi latha from nandyal, andhra pradesh we purchase medicenes from apollo more than 50, 000 rs. We requrired cardiac medicine urgently, we called to apollo pharmacy in nandyal, they didn’t deleveverd medicine and they are not responsible persons for customers. So, please take immediate reaction on corncerned persons. We have faith on apollo pharmacy, but don’t loose customers faith.

I had a prepaid healing card of appollo pharmacy number [protected]. I have lost this card somewhere at home. Now i want a duplicate card issued but the appollo pharmacy in khanna market, jor bagh, new delhi says that they cannot issue it and only appollo pharmacy customer care can get it done. Apollo pharmacy in rbi layout jp magar bengaluru, very pathetic customer service. Placed order in the morning 8.30 am didnt get the medicines till 2.00 pm. One medicine was not available after two follows up delivered.
Asked for two bills as two different patients only one bill delivered. When asked curtly told two separate bills discount will not be given but information not given in the morning - when order taken with clear instructions for two different bill. When checked in your website this detail is not mentioned. Very lackadaisical staff and store incharge mr. Prathap.

I have contacted this pharmacy due to
1) apollo pharmacy
2) discount 10% given on medicals
3) 500 meters from my residence
The staff are very pathetic and rude. Not. Briefing customer about what are the schemes etc. Hope the concerned authorities will look into this and take appropriate action on the staff. People in service industry need to be approachable and customer is customer whether physically present or not. I approached because of the brand name because of one branch let the brand name not suffer.

At harni warasiya road branch of applo pgarmacy of ta and dist baroda state gujarat. I have visited for a perticular medicine.
Sales person said he his having medicine but not avaible in his stoke. So he can not prepare bill and he force me to buy without bill. (Also offer discount without bill)
I denied to buy without bill and visited one day later. Then also same thing happen.
This contiues upto whole weak. Daily i visit shop but sales person avoid me after arrogent reply and not showing intension to prepare a bill.
So why he is not agree to prepare bill.?
Why these much delay for a medicine?
How much time do u take to enter a perticular medicine inbyour stoke to prepare a bill?
These type of greedy and lethargic attitude does not suitable for prestigious firn like yours
Pl take action against such sales person other wise i will complaint in consumer court.

I am regular customer of rr nagar appollo pharmacy. My purchases are about 15 thousands per month. I am a customer for about 6 years. Today morning i asked for losar 25 and assurance was given that it will be available at 6 pm. I approached them around 9.45 pm. They were very generous that they have not brought that medicine. Earlier they used to give home delivery, but they are so kind, there is nothing like home delivery. The reply given was very casual. Hope any such callous attitude is highly deplorable. This is not my first experience, i have experienced earlier also, being a senior citizen the irresponsible behaviour and attitude can be tolerated only by people of their type only. I have decided not to visit appollo pharmacy and i will inform other friends about the attitude towards customers. Hope such type of service is not given to other customers. Sir me vijay path apollo pharmacy se mediation lene gaya or apna card sath me le gaya. Me ek cream lene gaya to mend bola ki mere pese mere card se readam kar lo to vijay path pharmacy ka incharge vijay kumar gupta ye bolta h ki ye card farji h is card se pese readam nhi honge or jab mene unse complain no. Manga to dene se mana kar diya, ki mere pass koi complain no. Nhi hai. Or jab mene unse ye bola ki chalo thik h par ab mere ko peso se de do cream to. Bolts hai ki kese bhi nahi milegi me reason jaan skta hu, or jab mene unse ye baat ki mera card farji kese hai to vo bolte hai ki is card se bahut mediation kharidi jaati hai, is liye ye card farji hai, kya jayada mediation buy karne se koi card farji ho jata hai. On 6 june 2018, 8:42pm i bought a medicine from apollo net amount is 355rs, i want to pay through phonepe, i told my mobile number which is linked with phonepe app and your employe send me a link to pay then only i pay like this so many times i paid in apollo mostly i paid through phonepe only but this time he said i didn't generate otp, signal is not there some stupid reason he said and he forced me to pay money again for the same medicine which i bought.
What the hell is this?
I believe on your pharmacy but you people are cheated me for one medicine you charged me double amount.
First time i paid through phonepe amount was deducted and transaction was successful. Second time apollo pharmacy employee amarnath reddy forced me to pay the bill by cash or card.
He only didn't generate otp, while paying the amount also he didn't tell anything,
He only done mistake then again he ask me to pay again
What the stupid service it is?
I never seen such a lazy fellow in my life.
How did you give job to him, i didn't know?
I want my money back instantly.

Clearly this message give by phonepe but he doesn't know how to give complaint and get back the money. Instead of him am suffering here.
I went again 10:30pm for asking he raised a complaint or not but before he told me i will raise a complaint you will get back money within 3 days but when i went to 10:30pm simply sitting so lazily.
I asked for a complaint the slowly lazily he answering no wait i will call then he will call and tell the details, but in the same shop remaining people are also there previous time also this happen like this they just ask me the transaction id.
But this fellow ask to do the double payment.
I don't want to listen any reason, i want instantly resolution for this
I want my money back right now.
