I am purchasing medicine continuously in last 10 years, today am purchased medicine in your pn pudhur branch at coimbatore, i am purchased novo mix30 flex pen it's rate 640 rupees only buy your pharmacy person given bill is wrong, he ismade rate 675 ripped in bill, i asked detail but he is telling i[censored] get this rate otherwise you purchase other shops, he is not given good response, pls take immediate action for that branch people and do the needful, my phone no [protected]

I have purchased medicines but haven’t received bill even i have asked for. They have asked for doctors prescription and when shown they have told prescription must be also on the day i purchase the medicine. Im extremely dissatisfied with the behaviour of the pharmacists at the store. Are they cheating us and also your organisation? This is not fare. This happened in hyderabad branch dlf building opposite gachibowli.

I have purchased steam inhaler from apollo pharmacy block-h market sarita vihar new delhi yesterday (17/11/2017), as i used it the water is coming out with steam. When i returnedit to the pharmacy, first they checked it and at that time steam is not properly coming out from it, tge pressure with which steam came is not at all satisfactory, further they denied to replace it.
I have left the steam inhaler and bill in the shop.

Just i have purchased 6 milo drinks around @12:40 in the night... But i have noticed that the product which i was purchased from apollo pharmacy was out of date... So please kindly take an action... This is k prem kumar. I have purchased insuman voil from apollo pharmacy (Opposite to greenlands, ameerpet, hyderabad) dated 16/09/2017 with batch no : 6f024a mfg 09.2016 & expiry date 08.2018 and noticed that it has fungus inside the bottle

I reached the apollo pharmacy and informed the same to them, however they didn't care to respond and i have lodged a complaint in consumer complaints forum.

I would like the higher management to take immediate action on this and would like see that these things are not repeated in future.

The inferior quality drugs can be dangerous to patients and the persons involved in this negligence should be punished

The apollo pharmacy branch in kukatpally hyderabad always refuses to do home delivery saying they do not have staff available. I think apollo should withdraw their franchise from them as they are not following standards of delivery and timelines as mentioned on the apollo website. There seem to be no quality checks on deliverables by apollo on customer centricity. It just forces customers to go to other pharmacies.

I purchased proluton depot injection 250mg from your vikas marg laxmi nagar delhi store towards bill no.11006mb0010396 and 11006cs0237420 as on 06.11.17 and 09.11.17 respectively and they charges rs. 210/- and rs. 143/- respectively for that.
The same i told them they denied to accept their error.

Both injections have the same batch numbers so please check and provide me difference amount asap. br...

I live less than 1 minute walkfrom apollo pharmacy karaya road, park circus kolkata. I used to buy my medicine regularly from this store till last week. I needed insulin urgently and called them at 10 pm and asked them to deliver one pen and cartridge to my residence but he refused saying he had to go home and it was late. I requested saying he could close the shop and on the way home drop the medicine but he had same excuse. I am suffering...

I had gone to buy disprin {acetylsalcylic acid } from the apollo pharmacy outlet at trimulgerry, secunderabad and i was surprised to hear from the counter sales boy that it has been long withdrawn from indian market. I am a physician and my phone no is [protected]. Pl rectify the error, as this is one of the oldest and time tested medicament available, for salvaging many medical emergencies in a domiciliary set up.

Apollo aminjikarai gives us medicine for past 11 years. We asked for 30/70 insulin vial, 1 pack. These vials have orange coloured ends. When i opened the pack i saw blue colored end. So i called up for clarification. They said it's right one. I was doubtful, called up 2 more times. They asked for photo on whatsapp. I sent. Then they said, what they had given was a wrong one. This is dangerous. How can they be so irresponsible.

I am dr karthikeyan.. Working in govt hosp.. I send my wife to buy tablet liofen 10mg as i had persistent hiccups.. They told they will give only 10 tablet but i need only 4.. They refused to me four tablet.. We came without buying drugs.. Kindly take necessary action as this should not happen to anyone especially poor people with less money.. Who are they to decide how much tablet we should buy.. Waiting for good reply.. My mobile number...

This complaint is regarding the terms and conditions of corporate discounts that certain corporate employees can obtain from appollo pharmacy. On many occasions in hyderabad and kolkata, i have received corporate discount upon telling my employee id no but when i told the same to the appollo pharmacy branch in chak garia, kolkata, i was told i need to produc the physical id card. Nobody has ever asked for that before....

I have purchased 2 revital bottle of 30 piece from your outlet at koretapadu, guntur andra pradesh against bill number 14139cs0170313 on 31-oct-17. When i open one of the two revital bottle i found fried peanuts inside the bottle. I have made two visits to your store but not received proper response. The copy of the bill is attach for reference.

The selling of such type of product is illegal. I will wait for another 2 days for your response and wile file the case in consumer court against you and the brand revital. I will also shares the photograph of product, bill and photo of your shop in public domain for public interest. Request you to pls look into the case and change the product given to me.

I have visited today in apollo pharmacy store at sector 15, faridabad... All was good, maintained, but still medicine is not available arount 4-5 months... I always says that please take this medicine then say sorry always.. Its wrong impact to me..

Medicine seller name: ahmed or azhar, i forgot now but i can help you to find him.

Here, i would like to share about agresssive behavior of medicine seller. The incident might look like small to you, but if that type of aggressive people continues, it would definitely a negative remark for appollo pharmacy reputation.

I'm alone and i don't have anyone to support me at critical time at home. Hence, i myself went to apollo pharmacy in manikonda to purchase 3 metacin tablets. I asked in 2-3 shops before i reached to apollo pharmacy, but nowhere metacin was available.

At last, i reached to apollo pharmacy, and i asked for 3 tablets to one person called ahmad or azhar (Unfortunately, i forgot his name now), that seller told that he has only 6 tablets. Then i thought to purchase all the 6 tablets with the idea that i can use remaining 3 tablets later when the need comes.

Hence, i asked for the expiry date. The way he looked at me was so aggressive, and he replied aggressively saying like you go and buy outside. Don't i have right to ask for the expiry date? That time i reminded him saying like apollo pharmacy is not his own medical shop. He ignored me for 2-3 more minutes without giving tablets. When i asked him for the tablets again 2nd time, he has given those three tables to me. I could not buy 6 tablets since he didn't tell the expiry date.

With lot of angry on him in my mind, i told that i will give compaint on him. He is encouraging me to do that, and he was telling that he can give his phone number if i want. As i don't have patience to quarrel with him, i simply kept quiet and left the shop.

Request you to do needful to control his aggressiveness. I guess you need to train employees before deploying them into jobs. Those sellers should at-least know how to talk to customers.

My name is pratik rajvansh and residing at naranpura, ahmedabad. I am in pshyciatrist treatment for a while and i went to take a medicine with the doctor's priscription, but the i guy at the apollo pharmacy misbehaved and said that we need todays priscription and i asked them to call a doctor if you want to but the guy keep misbehaving in front of other customers and in front of my wife. I have a reputation in society and the apollo pharmacy guy just dig at my goodwill. Even i had an priscription and even i asked them to verify with the doctor they just pretend very rude. I did'nt find a chance to take a vedio of them misbehaving. But i hope that i will get some result by complaining on this forum.

Today i went to shop and want to encash the point against purchase but the agent told same is not possible. I shown my identify by producing pan card and driving license and also told the phone number is available with me call and identify but agent start misbehaving.

From the stating the agent is not behaving properly at all.

This is not acceptable from reputed company. Want an apology from the shop owner.
