Today at around 10:55pm, i called apollo pharmacy birati sreebhavan branch for a life saving medicine (Humansulin 50/50) for home delivery. Actualy a new vial broke just before that at 10:40 pm in my home and that is why i need it for my mom urgently. But the guy received the call told me (After repeated request), it is not possible to deliver it.

I had made a purchase of rs. 215.20 from your pharmacy shop in sainy enclave delhi 110092 on 17.6.2017. I had opted for sbi buddy payment. The cash counter sent me a bill for rs 215.20 to my phone and i paid the same thru sbi buddy.
I was told that the amount had not been received by apollo accounts and a bill was sent to me by the computer again. I transferred the amount again.
Transection nos are : no [protected]. And tid no [protected] both dated 17.06.17

Thus i made a payment of rs. 215.20x2=rs.430.40. Both the payments were not received by your computer system and i had to make cash payment.
It is requested that an amount of rs. 215.20x2= 430.40 may be transferred back to me immediately

Sir i am purchasing apollo medicines since 2009, from your branches, madurai, tirumangalam, choolai medu and urapakkam west. Thirumangalam, madurai had given me your loyalty card. There was / is a problem with your urapakkam west branch (Ph[protected]. We settled in urapakkam in october 2015. Usually i am purchasing from urapakkam branch for my family (Wife, son, me, daughter, son in law and grand daughter). After some time, they tell that my name / cell number / card number is not found due to software problem, they they replaced the loyalty card two or three times. This month also a couple of weeks they repeated the same problem. I had a quarrel with them through phone. Then they told my account shows 60 rupees credit and me that the problem is rectified. Today again they repeated the same thing - my name, cell number and card number not found. I think they are not accounting your sale of medicines properly. Misusing your money. Please look into the matter and locate the culprits. But i am receiving your sms to my number [protected] regularly - m pounrajan, retired head of govt sec school, 31-a1, aradhana apartments, kannaki 2nd cross street, mg nagar 2, urapakkam west - 603211. Complaint: this particular apollo pharmacy branch is very slow to respond to the customer requirements. I'm a regular customer and have to buy medicines for my mother worth in thousands every month. But sorry to say, how do you think i shall remain a customer to your pharmacy, if the attendee keeps himself busy on advertising products and its variants to one customer when others are waiting for long time for a specific medicine which doesn't take much time. May be the other attendee can address to the requirement meanwhile.
On other occasions, the attendee keeps busy over phone call for long while i'm waiting with the prescription on hand for the medicine.

Requesting you to please look into this, otherwise the attendance towards customers in this branch of the pharmacy is becoming pathetic.

It is highly deplorable that even after 2 months (Complaint lodged on 12th april 2017-id 1539410) the situation has not improved.

It is highly surprising how apollo hospitals is placed in first top 5 in all the specialities, throughout india where the pharmacies fare such badly.
Even they do not bother to redress the trivial things. It shows the attitude of the management. We customers are not able to stay in the pharmacy even for a minute since the place is stuffy and hot. The air-conditioning in the shop has not been functioning for over 2 months. When there are so many pharmacies around we get attracted by the big name since we sincerely believe that quality and price would be beyond question. But the inhospitable atmosphere inside the pharmacy is bouncing us out.

Will the management wake up and do the needful, immediately, else we have no other option but to shun the apollo pharmacy.

Recently i went to apollo pharmacy in beml layout, brookefield, bangalore. The doctor prescribed me 10 doses of biorich-forte. But the shopkeepers at the apollo pharmacy aforementioned said i will have to buy a complete strip which contains 15 doses or otherwise i can't buy. I think this is against our rights as consumers. Nobody can't forcefulle sell us products that we don't want to buy....

Your staff at apollo pharmacy dammaiguda.. Rangareddy.. Hyderabad.. 500083.. Opposite to heritage supermarket are always reluctant to give a bill after purchase. They avoid giving the bill on some pretext or the other and also have the audacity to say that we can go ahead and complain..in fact a notice on the door says... Ask for a bill. The matter may be looked into....

I purchased medicine netlix sr from apollo pharmacy sec - 15 faridabad on 3rd jun 2017. It was totally in effective. I thought it may be ineffective because of dosage is not sufficient for me. But by chance i bought same medicine from local chemist close to my house and it worked well.

Same thing happened to me with same medicine 3-4 months back when i bought same medicine from apollo and it did not worked.

So i am of feeling the this medicine netlix sr which is being sold at apollo pharmacy has some issue. This may not be genuine medicine or some other issues.

When it happened with me few months back, i stopped buying this medicine from apollo store. But last week because of shortage of medicine i unfortunately bought it from there. So i am disappointed that buying from stores like apollo is not reliable.

Please look into this matter as it is serious. My bp was uncontrolled during 2-4 days i took this medicine. It is huge risk.

My wife Dr Nidhi mathur had purchased medicines from Apollo Pharmacy locate at JP Market Pitampura Delhi-34, on 29/05/2017 and made payment through Paytm at20.05.15 for rs 418.30.
The person at the counter said that we have not recieved the paymant please transfer again, beliving him she transfered again the same amount at 20:05:57.

Hi, Apollo pharmacy sold the blood sugar testing instrument "Apollo Pharmacy Blood Glucose Monitoring System " but now from past 3 weeks there are no strips available in any of your stores.. I checked multiple stores in Whitefield, Bangalore and Chandra Layout also in couple of other stores in Bangalore. None of these stores is having the strips. If you guys are not going to provide the strips for testing, please take back the instrument and refund the money, as without strips your instrument is useless.
