I have purchased Apollo glucometer to monitor blood glucose 1year back.

At present we are not getting glucose strips any where in Vadodara, though I am searching almost all apollo pharmacies across Vadodara.

Please arrange to refund my glucose meter money or arrange to change glucometer brand because I couldnt get apollo glucose strips for the last Six month.

This is disgusting I have done complaint online talked to the representatives many time and given the assurance that I will get my refund soon but after more then one week I am still waiting for a refund..
I have make payment through airtel money and the vendor told me that he did not get the amount in His account so he can't give me the medicine.. in the middle of night when the medicines are needed this urgent that foolish vendor was denying to give me medicine.. now there is no news of me getting my refund back.. what a digital India this is.. hopeless store Apollo pharmacy.. I would not RECOMMEND this medical store to anybody..

I am a regular customer needing 4x100 pouches/month. Every time i'm insisting for these packs, i'm always provided with a pack of 25x16 pouches which costs me ₹35x16=₹560 as against ₹122x4=₹488 the difference of ₹78/month. Will the marketing manager be kind enough to address this problem please.

I have purchased a Apollo Glucometer at a Camp at Apollo Pharmacy at Bangalore two years back. Since then I am finding it almost impossible to get the testing strips. Now I am in Mumbai and approached your Chembur East outlet many times to get the strips but of no use.

Sir, If you are not in a position to ensure uninterrupted supply of consumables, then why you go in for selling the product? It really tarnishes the good name of Apollo and makes me to think twice now before going in for any of your products including Apollo Munich and Apollo Hospitals. In the Indian Complaint forum website also I find that the rating is only 16% indicating that you never care for customers. I would like to remind that about one month back also I did give you a complaint, wherein I was telephonically told that you would replace the glucometer itself by Accucheck if you can not provide the strips. Still nothing has happened.

Can I get the cell nos and e mail addresses of the next levels of consumer redressal mechanism?

The Apollo Pharmacy promised to provide the medicine for asthma, but failed to provide for week or more from the promised day.
Moreover the staff did not seem to be bothered at all and couldn't provide a reason.
This is the third time I have faced the same issue.
Failure for providing medicine for asthma patient cant be avoided.

Bought 1 month's medicine from this Apollo pharmacy store no. 14522 at Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai as per doctor's prescription post surgery. After 10 days due to severe gastritis out of the pain medicines given had to stop as per doctor's advice. Now, when I approached for return of the unused medicines wherein the entire medicine strip is intact, the guy first did some return calculation that is wrong giving a due slip and kept the original bills in his pocket which I am supposed to get reimbursed through insurance company. He is supposed to give me a revised bill with the due slip which also he did some 420 stuff and showed the due amount Rs. 30 less. When asked for revised bill, the guy at the store behaves absolutely senselessly and returns the original bills and the medicines telling he can't take refund. What sort of business you guys are doing through your stores??? There is no integrity, no sensibility, no professionalism with you guys. I need the unused medicines to be refunded and revised bill given with a due slip of Rs. 740 as per actual return value through which I can buy medicines in future to adjust the due amount applicable to me from Apollo Pharmacy.

I am in possession of an Apollo Advantage card No [protected], provided to me in Ahmedabad. Now i am staying insector 82 of Noida and Apollo Pharmacy in Sector 110 is the nearest to me. When I approached the above outlet, they refused to entertain the above card for any discount/advantage.The employee who refused was one MR SP Sharma (ID-AP45663). Today afternoon I have ordered some medicines from Apollo Pharmacy Bhilai related with diabetes and heart that was needed tonight. The delivery was promised on same date but after making a call tonight I was communicated that the medicine despite being on stock shall be delivered tomorrow morning.
I'm a bit surprised by this behavior of Apollo pharmacy (Bhilai, Nehru Nagar, branch). Deliver failure should have been communicated to us by them well in advance. Now most of the stores are closed and we wont be able to manage these medicines at this time of the day!

We are a regular customer of Apollo pharmacy and purchase medicines from other stores quite frequently but have never faced such a situation.

We have always recognised Apollo as a reputed organisation.
Please take necessary action on this issue.

When I went for them for BP tablets these branch guys said they had stock but they can't find it.when I said it's urgent they replied very badly even though I'm telling the seriousness of the case they didn't gave me medicine.I don't know why these pharmacy guys keep workers with such bad attitude and that too a lady behaved very stupidly, no humanity.

I have purchased two green tea bag packs he asked 230 I asked him discount he told very rudely no discounts on this product I requested again then he took 210 rupees from my credit card I asked for the bill he asked me to come next day for Bill and he given Bill later he told that previous transaction has cancelled he swiped my card again totally I have charged 420/- rupees they r not giving bills to customers... The ambience of the outlet is abysmally low. The A/c is not working and it is like enclosed in a hot oven. Not only customers, even the working staff status is miserable. It is really a blur on the stature of the iconic Apollo. Can we expect some solace, especially in the hot weather, soon.

moreover, it has become the habit of the staff to say not available to medicines even though those medicines are bought periodically. Efforts should be made to stock the medicines that are frequently sought by the customers.

I am using the Apollo Equipment for monitoring the blood sugar.
The test Strips for this device is not available anywhere. I checked in few Apollo Pharmacy stores in Bangalore and in the website(http://www.apollopharmacy.in). It's not available.

I contacted the customer care service through online chat. But, no proper response.

I sent the email but no response.

I Purchased 2 Apollo Blood glucose monitoring device 3 months back along with offer of 10 strips. After that i have been struggling to buy the strips. There is no supply of the strips in bangalore. I have almost visited the shops 15 times different shops across bangalore, but there is no supply and the shops just gave false promises.

So, my recommendation, please do not buy Apollo Blood glucose device. When they do not have supplies, why should they cheat people by just selling the device??

In one of your retail outlets they refused to accept a Rs 2000, note because there is a writing, just rs5000 written on it.The RBI's instructions are only to banks, that they shall not put such notes in recirculation.They are valid legal tender as far as the public is concerned.The RBI is actually a debtor and it cannot repudiate its debt because there is some writing on the note.PLEASE DO NOT PUT THE PUBLIC IN PANIC....

Bill #:CS0207236/NS Normal Sales-0 @ Jawahar Nagar - RTC cross roads TIN #[protected]. They first mentioned they will not give bill after swiping card.they were saying they gave a discount of 50 rs.the bill amount was 950. On insiting they gave bill with above number with bill on cash of 998. Please investigate on this as this is not normal.They were very rude in giving the bill they ahve mentioned that it is already 10PM and it is closed if that is the case why the shop is still open. I said it is my right to have the bill and they have given the bill as cash of 498 and not 450 for which they have charged. they were asking me to take the bill in the morning.

Your executive Mr.P.Ganapathi misbehaviour with me. I have requested to latest date product.but your person Mr.P.Ganapthi gave replay with very hardly. I replayed next will not come to your pharmacy..Mr.P.Ganapathi replayed it is your wish, there is no force to come and you can go to other shop.
