I, tonmoy kumar dutta resident of 169, g. t. road (south), p. o. & p. s. shibpur, 3rd floor, block-a, howrah-711102, west bengal by profession advocate do hereby lodge the following acts and omissions committed by the pharmasist of apollo pharmacy, shibpur, howrah-711102, west bengal on 08.10.2016 towards my family member being my sister mrs. barnali chakroborty.
That on 08.10.2016 my abovenamed sister went to the said pharmacy for purchasing some medicines for my ailing mother as being prescribed by dr. p. r. gupta being our house physician. upon visiting the said shop my sister asked the pharmasists over there whether those medicines were available or not and the said pharmasist asked my sister to wait for some time. while waiting for a considerable period the when asked by sister whether the said medicines are available or not the said pharmasist told no those medicines are not available and when asked when it would be available the said pharmasist very rudely behaved with my sister in front of several other customers which is unknown to law and judicial precedents. the said pharmasist told that my sister should remain aware that as because durga puja is going on so medicines may not be available and as such he is not answerable why the medicines are not available and they also told the stocks are not updated. the above saying is a serious reflection on the part of a pharmasist working in a reputed organization like apollo pharmacy. sir, it has become a regular habit on the part of the pharmasist working at shibpur apollo pharmacy to misbehave with the customers and to say that the medicines are not available. very often the pharmasist could not understand the prescriptions prescribed by the doctors and on the contrary they suggest some other medicines which may entail a serious disaster on the part of the patients. furthermore they on a number of occasion are not desirous of giving the discount facilities as availed by the customers through the cards issued by apollo pharmacy. it has been noticed on a number of times that the pharmasist does not wear their identity cards being issued to them by the organization and in case of my sister the said aged pharmasist has not wear his identity card and as such i could give the name of such callous, indifferent and recalcitrant pharmasist.
All the above stated acts and omissions are a serious reflection on the administration of apollo pharmacy being a reputed pharmacy all over india and as such i request your goodself to kindly rise to the occasion and set things at right which has been palpably going wrong with the apollo pharmacy shibpur, howrah, west bengal and also to take stern action against such callous, indifferent and recalcitrant staffs working over there without compelling me to switch over to some other medicine shop.

I have bought Minirin Nasal spray last month from APOLLO Pharmacy, Mehdipatnam branch (bill no. CS0348483) but strangely I got "empty" spray bottle from the pharmacy, when we went back to pharmacy today and said same thing to the pharmacy executives they rudely said we have CONSUMED the medicine and brought the empty bottle to us. I've bringing same medicine from same pharmacy from last six months and said the same executives but didn't even care about it

Purchased a Healing card and had deposited some amount in the card, I am very frustrated when using this card because when ever i purchase drugs by using card the staff of the Apollo Pharmacy says there don't know how to make payment through it and the person who is in charge is on leave or else he is not available . Their also say that the card purchased from another Apollo pharmacy is not valid... If i argue with them the simple answer there say is that talk to the supervisor and raise complaint... If this is the case why do i need this healing card... Yesterday nite i went to purchase the baby milk powder, I went to purchase those using my healing card but the simple answer i got from the pharmacy is that there don't know how to use the card, I pleaded them to try it to make payment using the card as I did not bring my bring my vault to give money but there insisted to do that...I went back to bring my vault and purchase...! I have money in the card but the card is not in use.. If in this case it is no use of purchasing the healing card and depositing the cash in it.

Hoping necessary action will be taken up against and make the employee of all pharmacy people to educate the staff working in every pharmacy so that no one will suffer the way I am having.

Sir after consultation with the doctor dated 26/8/16 (Prescription enclosed) purchased mahacef cv 200 mg tablets instead of mahacef cv 100 mg tablets for my 9 years old son as he had kind of tumour still the treatment is in progress and dr adviced me to come today i. E 3/10/16.
But becoz of over dose ie 200mg daily twice (=400mg) he had side effects like shivering restlessness and itching... First of all my son is underweight due to negligence of the staff we are facing problem and my son might have future consequences
Kindly take appropriate action and do the needful to us

1) chemist are lack of knowledge on medicines
2) service is very poor
3) medicines are not available
4) No proper maintaince
5)No proper communication with customers...

Purchased an AP inhaler with the bar code number[protected]. The inhaler was a brand new one and had totally nothing inaide it. When asked, pharmacy guys reacted as if it were common. This is totally a case of fraud as these guys do already know that few of the inhalers are just empty and hence they dont even bother to maintain a standard of their products....

I am a regular customer of your pharma . My customer no is[protected]. my monthly purchase is around 1500 Rs.you are offering only 10% gift but the near by medicals offering 15% gift iIam loosing 100s of Rs monthly. I want to know weather you have plans to increase the gift amount to 15%. If not I have no other option except to quit your medicals . I request early reply

Since many months I have been suffering from a very bad customer service from Apollo Medical Store located in Tirupati. They don't even care the customers, they were very rude to me and to many customers. They dont give a bill/receipt for the goods purchased, saying the server is down and when we ask for the price details of the products purchased they scold and get irritated. I can visit a local Medical Store where i get more respect than...

Worst service provider every time. Today i ordered 2 medicine in morning they told will able to provide by 2pm, i said ok. At 3:15 PM i called then they told with in 15 minutes you will get. But the person came after 1.5 hours & as one medicine was required in hurry i have to purchase from somewhere else. The delivery boy said we are not to deliver single medicine & taken both the medicine. I was aware with peoples feedback that appolo pharmacy...

I bought sompraz 40mg 20 tablets from Apollo pharmacy, Lloyds Rd . The attender in the shop asked me to take a membership so that there will be 10% discount and charged me 132rupees. I paid cash and came home. When I verify the cost from the strip it came only 128₹. How can they charge with 10% discount with 132₹. Real cheating. As my house is far away for the sake of 4₹ how to go and collect the difference. RAMKUMAR, mob [protected]

I ordered medicine on 30/08/2016
. I sent prescription slip on what's aap along with name of patient and address .Again I contacted a AF on 31/08/2016 in the evening at 8 PM .But medicine have not been delivered till 2/9/2016 .today I visited farmacy at 6.30 pm . I came to know that medicine s are not available in farmacy .if medicine were not available manager must inform me . But he did not do so .
Please take action in this matter .

my brother(SP.Vijay) did worked appolo parmacy in over 13 years.he passed away last year July, he's a good hard worker and sincere person. he's family now critical situation, he had a two little kids.we didn't get pf amount, we called so many times but no one is response . we submit all the papers. please do something to get the pf amount .

What can i say about apollo medical stores i am 31 years old in my entire life i have never seen such worst medical stores they dont have basic medicine also and it is show off stores nothing medicine will be available there if you go and ask any medicine they simply check with their computer and their answer will be not available i am feed up with these apollo please try to maintain all medicine stock with you it is my humble request

Most of the franchises of Apollo pharmacies are not issuing bills, my recent experience was being rejected to give me a bill. Their explanation was that it will take time, that too couple of hours. Reason for this is that some work in their POS system is pending and it takes time to finish. Below is the branch staff who rejected to give me a bill and no matter to how many customers quoting the same reason. Strict action should be taken against these irresponsible people.

Purchased Apolloglucometer15 days back, , the reading which I got was so high. by which declared that I got gestationaldiabetes during 8th month pregnancy.later I got to know from plasma check that I got false readings.disappointed by such. Poor quality product.saved myself from danger else I would have taken insulinshots creating life risk ny myself.I hereby request never sale such products. This complain is against apollo pharmacy situated at savita vihar, delhi.
In the morning i have order for 3 medicines named celin, nerveup and calpol. But they don't delivered it till evening. Thereafter that i called them up they said to deliever till night but when the delievery boy came he delieved only two. I again called them up and he talks very rudely on phone that mam u dont make me write down that and we dont have calpol. He further added that paracetamol is very common tablet you purchase it from other shop.
Kindly look into matter and change the staff..

Dear management,
I would like to express my grief on the one of the apollo pharmacies at mehdipatnam (Beside sarvi hotel, sbi atm) hyderabad.
I see that the display board shows 10% discount on the medicines.
On 16th aug '16, at 10 p. M., i went to purchase medicines. My bill was more than 700 rupees. However, the staff argued with me saying there would be only discount of 9%. So i turned back without purchasing them. I am a regular customer for this pharmacy in which they used to give 10% discount. I would like to bring this to the notice of the management that if there was a change in the percentage of discount, then why have the staff put the display that they are offering 10%?
Then i have gone to another apollo pharmacy which was 100 meters away, in ground floor, beside hotel pallavi.
I directly asked if the medicines are available and what's the discount %.
He said that the discount would be 9% and it would not be valid after 10 p. M. It was 10min crossed 10 p. M. I really was very depressed with the response from the apollo team.
Hence i immediately went to medplus pharmacy which directly offered me 10% without even asking. I was very guilty that i have kept expectations on apollo pharmacies.
If apollo has changed the discount percentage, it should have been displayed properly in the stores. If apollo has restricted the timings to offer the discounts, that should also have been displayed in the stores so that we would think it as official. The only impression in my mind now is that the staff is doing some actions which are against the management.

Please resolve and update me with the status of what action has been taken.

I am m. Sainath n i stay at vizag, seethammadhara and the employee named chandra shekar at ur pharmacy in seethammadhara at eenadu has a very rude behaviour and dont know the medicines present in the store even! And he was unable to spell the medicine name properly. How can u throw these type of guys over public? And who are responsible if people suffer a lot in emergency? Cant you appoint a good stuffed staff maintaing a big hospital. I went to collect a strip of tablets microdox-lbx and when i asked him about my pills. He said sorry we dont have that pills as that wasnt shown in the computer he seems, but i requested a lot him to check as if by chance he could get that medicine but he denied. On the other day when i just asked the same medicines in your store and the other have got them. But the before he was very virgur and unpolite and rejected my request. I want you guys to take neccessary things and kindly replace him new staff. I hope you will process my complaint.
