I have forgotten medicines to take from the medical shop and the shop fellow is denying that i have taken them.

Medicines list includes tablets:

1) zoryl m2 - 2 strips.

2) sartel 20 - 1 strip.

I have visited to u r appollo pharmacy store in girinagar 50 feet road avalahalli bangalore - 560085 to purchase a medicine to my neighbour i asked for give the bill first the employee told that bill is not coming the server is slow then after he is making note in a sheet of paper of that to bill at the last i think i asked to give atleast a manual bill for that he apposed and rudely he said i[censored] want buy otherwise go he told and he spoked rudely with me while recruitement u r company hr's should enquire about his behaviour and his attitude he is such a person he doesn't know how to behave with customer. He doesn't know how to communicate with me in english he rudely argues with me to speak me in kannada how he is looking like a rowdy he is unfit for that proffession. Might be he has some problems or wathe thought himself in his mind i didn't know but yesterday dated 05/08/2016 he didn't gave me medicines he gave my money back to me and took medicines rudely and throwed me out when some of the public arises he start arguing with me and i went back to medplus to buy medicines and collected the bill for the same he is the one person and he refused to say the name and making call about this issue to his manager please lookon this issue and reply me. If i have sent u anything wrong please apolosize me.

Iqbal ahmed, cashier at gurgaon sector 5 pharmacy shop misbehaved while returning the product. He is too vocal and used language "ki gaali to nahi di" on a simple request to return a pegion nipple.
Product was sold to me that it would fit any brand bottle but it had to be replaced as it didn't fit.
I've purchased it through the loyalty points. Iqbal repeatedly told me that it is purchased under promotion and can't be replaced. But to my astonishment. It my money through which i've earned the points.
Pls take a strictest action against this guy as he is not fit to work in a prestigious company like apollo.

Apollo pharmacy sector 4 not to do proper treatment with customers. Maximum time not to delivere medicine. They not to delivered medicine 18 July 2016 and when I reached pharmacy insameday at 9pm, they took one and half hours for giving two medicine.

I recently purchased 2 medicines.

Xtor F
Becozym C Forte

The MRP of both the medicines are 132 and 14.70 respectively.

But the amount mentioned in the bill is 145 for Xtor F and 15.60 for Becozym C Forte which is higher than the MRP of the tablets.

I have been buying these medicines for months together.

I have been cheated these many days. Necessary action...

On sundays i am unable to transact as the representatives at
The counters say they are not familiar with healing card billing.

As such it is not proper treating elderly customers like this.
I request you to allocate a counter representative who transacts

I'm keerthi and called to apollo pharmacy at 9:00pm for delivering of medicines to the number[protected] and his name is dikshit. He said the medicines cannot be delivered and the minimum charge is 400 to deliver at this time and again it depends of medicines.

This thing should not be encourage as you say it is 24*7 delivery just for advertising. People will ask for delivery mostly of it is urgent nor during night times as they may be not be able to come to pharmacy for buying medicines.

Take immediate action on this.

I ordered lactonic granuels powder 200mg from apollo pharmacy in sector 12, vasundhara, ghaziabad on 15th june 2016 to be delivered at my home address. The pharmacist delivered the bottle in a sealed envelope in the afternoon and paid money to him. When i opened the bottle it was found broken, its base was totally broken and powder was in the envelope.

I called to reguster a complaint to the pharmacist and they denied upfront saying they have delivered in a right condition and cut the phone. When i tried to contact again they stopped answering the phone. Since, i could not visit the pharmacist he didn't answer my phone.

His behaviour was totally unethical, i had to order for home delivery because i was unwell to visit the pharmacist, and they took the benefit of supplying broken bottle.

The medical store is not acting ethically and take the reaponsibilty, although the cost is not high but it shows poor management by apollo hiw they are sourcing pharmacists and distributing licenses. Its a shame.

This is to bring to your notice regarding my bitter experience with one of your dealer’s apollo pharmacy rajahmundry, andhra pradesh, india.

I, vijaya anand kumar kadmiel, resident in rajahmundry, andhra pradesh. I would like to raise a complaint regarding the staff behavior at your apollo pharmacy location in rajahmundry, korukonda road 22-9-12/b.

On june 15, 2016 around 02:10am i visited the location to buy some items for my children, your staff member named mr. Prasad, first when i went there he’s sleeping and for five minutes long i wake him up, then he stood up and i have asked him the things which i need; whatever i asked he rudely replied straight to my face no, no, no. Again whatever i asked him he intentionally replied with rude voice no, not even in polite way, as i am dignified gentlemen he didn’t even care about anything. I even asked him “mr, what’s your name” again he replied very harshly “its prasad and you need my biodata also” i am not comfortable with his answer.

I was cheated by the dealership and i was very disappointed, they sold lies.

I am expecting an apology from mr. Prasad, please resolve my issue else i will be filing a suit in the consumer forum against your company and your dealer.

In tumkur there are 7 Apollo pharmacy outlets.In that more than 3 pharmacy does not have pharmacist and they still running and dispatching medicines wrongly ...so please take similar actions as soon as possible and before it is too late..the unknown people were providing medicines without having knowledge of medicines and they are behaving like doctors.

I have purchased Esam 5 (two pouch) form Apollo Phamarcy, Ruchika Market Baramunda Bhubaneswar on 26th May 2016. The payment was made by swiping the debit card and no bill was issued. As my fathers foot is swelling, we shown him to doctor and doctor told the reason of swelling is Amlopidine which is present in Esam 5. I have getting many call's since last one month from your customer's on my personal number e.I. [protected] i had already informed via email on your customer service email so need to update on your website's and your customer associate to updating customer's on every call

I very frustrated with this issue so need your assistance for stop this issue

My sister (O. Vijaya lakshmi) was diagnosed with hyper tension and we visited apollo hospital vishakhapatnam doctor dr. D.K. Baruan on march 29th, 2016. Doctor prescribed clonidin 0.1 mg to be talked for 30 days twice a day for hypertension.
We went to apollo pharmacy in the hospital and given the prescription. The person in the pharmacy has given clonotril 0.5 mg and asked her to take four tablets a day, two in the morning and two in the evening. He said he do not have 1 mg tablets and has given 0.5 mg and asked her to take two tablets at one time.
My sister consumed the tablets for 5 days (Four tablets a day) and has suffered from high sedation. I visited my sister on april 3rd as her symptoms are as if she was in coma. I found her status was serious and i consulted my brother in law who is a physician and he asked me to check if the medication provided by pharmacy is same as per the prescription. I found that the apollo pharmacy has made a huge mistake by giving us clonotril 0.5 mg which is sedation (Sleeping) tablets instead of clonidin 0.1 mg which is for controlling hyper tension (Bp).
Since we could find the horrified mistake by apollo pharmacy in time we could save my sister. Currently she is still suffering from insomnia and weakness. I just cannot imagine what would have been her status, if she would have taken all 120 tablets of clonotril 0.5 mg provided by pharmacy.

Hi,

There is a very serious issue which i faced from apollo pharmacy located in btm 1st stage, bangalore.

Instead of vitamin syrup the pharmacy person sold us the syrup for anti depression for my daughter who is just 3 years old and we have been giving her that wrong medicine for past 2 weeks.

Doctor prescribed riconia, a vitamin syrup but medical person provided me risnia (Risperidone liquid), a medicine for adults suffering from depression and other mental disorders.

Now we are very much worried about our daughter. She is looking very tiresome and really fearing about the consequences in future.

I visited Apollo shop of Sagar Dutta Hospital and asked for the medicine details. Shop person rudely behaved and I told to not shout to the customer. He taken the medicine back from me and told that it is not for sold. Fortunately one person made him away and complete the transaction. I asked the person Name but did not disclose. He Seems to be 50 years old and wearing spects. Date 19/03/16

They disapoint me wid dere service ..i hv ordered medicine but dey dnt deliver da medicine nd dnt even inform me..medicines were very much imp 4 me..thay dnt undrstnd hw mch meidcine mean 2 a patient

We placed an order online for threptin biscuit online with different billing and shipping address but the system is showing shipping address to be same as billing address. Tried calling them on weekend to correct the mistake but they are not available.

Today i went to purchase 10 montec lc tablets from apollo pharmacy near metro gate 2, gtb nagar delhi. Total bill was 114 rs so i paid 120rs amount to the person at the counter but he insisted that i pay in change and finally cancelled my order and returned my money by almost throwing it towards me. I am truly distraught at such a behaviour from the staff and in future will never visit any apollo pharmacy stores....
