The incident happened on 9th Feb 2016 as i approached the Apollo pharmacy for tablets prescribed by doctor. It was conveyed to me that the prescribed antibiotic (Cefixime and Azithromycin) has to be purchased in multiples of 10 tablets and will not be sold as per the prescription( 6 tablets). This actually took me by surprise as why is this kind of policy adopted in a profession/business which is supposed to be dedicated towards humanities and service to the sick is of priority rather deny. I found no point in arguing, left the pharmacy detesting Apollo-is not worth what it actually says-a promise beyond prescription. Its pathetic seeing such big brands operating with the sole intention of making money...

When I went to appolo pharmacy on 30 Jan I asked for hydrogen peroxide irrelevant he asked why you want it? I said to clean the earwax. Shopkeeper said it cannot be used as earwax remover and I cannot give u.please appolo pharmacy keep shopkeeper atleast he knw some science.i want solution why he behaved like that.

I have purchased medicine from porur branch bill no. Crs0017624 dated 16/01/2016 for rs. 1000. Later on 19/01/2016 i purchased medicine for rs. 69/-. But they deducted only rs. 58/- only as discount. Which is not 10% as they claim

It was about 6.30 pm today while I visited the pharmacy the staff was just not bothered to attend me. He was busy doing something in the computer for more than 10 minutes and when I requested to service me he said 'wait else go to other pharmacy'. I questioned about was he so rough and showing indifferent for which he reacted, "what do you want to complain to my manager? No problem, I can of course give his contact number". He name called with very bad filth language and appeared to be in great stress and very furious. I got shocked as to how a staff of this reputable pharmacy to be so arrogant! Indeed I moved out and got my usual tablets in a nearby pharmacy. I want to bring this to the attention of Apollo pharmacy mgt to give him proper training, appropriate leave etc so that he behaves courageously with the customers. His behavior isn't acceptable at all. I'm contemplating about issuing a legal notice as well. I use to order for door delivery for more than 500, 700/- everytime. Once i was suffering with fever and asked for tablets and other product. I thought they would not deliver if its only just tablets, so i added another product with it which worth total in 500/- . The person said that the other product is not in stock. So it will b delivered tomorrow. I requested him to give the tablets atleast for fever, as i cnt go. But he said he cannot delivered only for tablets. I didn't expect this from apollo. I believed apollo has value for its customers but it has value for money. Never gonna use apollo anymore.

It is to inform you that the branch of Jadubabaubazar of Apollo Pharmacy, the guy name Somnath nad his colligues misleads with the medicine I demand. The date of incident is 1st of January 2016. I am the regular customer having card number [protected]. They misbehave with me and when I tell that I will complain regarding this incident, they welcome me with open arms. This is highly disappointing for me and I will suggest my friends and associates about this incident. They alwayz give the wrong medicines to every body, this is not first time I have

I purchased a lots of items when knew that there is 20% discount at the passageway, at the end i payed the total money and store guy put all item in the bag but kept the the three items in file im attaching it. unfortunately i relied later on when came home i found that they are missing....

I purchased the BP Monitor on 29.11.14 from Gayathrinagr Karmanghat unit for Rs.1599-00. I kept in my house and tried it during Nov 15 and getting errors E1 & E 3 every time. I purchased Susten SR300 tablets at a time 50 at Appolo Pharmacy, Gajuwaka Stoe, I used only 6 tablets, unfortunately i got misscarrige, Then I given the remaining tablets back to the store 40 nos. (packed). Then the supervisor told me that, we will give any other medicine instead of that..I am ready to take..then he told me that " sir please come after one week I wrote a mail to my officer if he say yes then i will give" then i told ok you...

Sir, today i.e. on 10/12/2015, I went to buy my diabetic medicine from APOLLO PHARMACY, SHOPNO- 28 B GROUND FLOOR VINAYAK TOWER MG MARG CIVIL LINE ALLAHABAD and send my friend to 2 packs of GEMER P1, my friend bought it and when I reached home and was to take tab I saw that the packing seemed old and bad when I saw the expiry Dt- it was 11/2015 .I was shocked to see that APOLLO which is a trusted and reputed name is selling expired medicines, I gain took pain and went to shop to return it.I request you to immediately stop the foul practice of selling expired medicines

The doctor advised for ETOVA 600 twice daily for a week for a severe pain and since the pain did not subside he asked us to continue for another 3 days and hence asked for 6 tabs with Apollo pharmacy road no 12 hyderabad branch. But he straight away denied selling 6 tabs. Even after my repeated requests he was very adamant and rude. I asked him whethef is there any rule that a customer needs to buy full strip of medicines when there is not the requirement. But he had mo answer. When I told him that I would complain against him and the pharmacy he didn't even frown and instead said."do whatever you want to". I told him that the other branch of apollo pharmacy and other phafmacists at road no.01 banjara hills have no objections selling then why differ at this branch. But still he was stubborn and very rude and asked me to buy from them only. This is ridiculous. As a pharmacist his moral and business ethics should be towards behaving professionally and solving the issues and not rather denying the clients right. Hence I request yourself to take stringent action against Apollo pharmacy and that pharmacist in particular. They are openly defying the medical council rules and playing bossy with the customers. As a customer we will not be taken for a ride. Hope to see some stringent action from your side. Thanking you Ravi

I visited apollo pharmacy at khadri chowk, gulbarga karnataka.
They provided me a APOLLO ADVANTAGE card and told me that i will get 5% discount on all products, card number is [protected]. Now today i purchased endura mass of cost 525 rs, i should get 25 rs discount but they didnt gave any discount. when i gave 530 rs they gave me endura mass plus some nonsence chewing gum of five rupees. when i asked to give my change they said we dont have change so giving me that orbit gum.
1)if you cant give discount then why you are giving the card.
2)If you dont have change then why you are running such shop.
By cheating us you are loosing YOUR CUSTOMER.

Dear Sir, Above Pharmacy Bill No.[protected] dated 17/11/2015 @20:15:52 Staff: Bluff masters Four staff members and four customers were there at the material time. That young chap after noting down my name, was eager to complete the card job. I had not taken a card for Sr.ciitizen/Retired persons earlier. It was as what I observed was a question of 3-4 minutes. Though the youngest chap was eager to complete the job, one of the remaining three gave some signal and advised him to do the job tomorrow and asked me to come tomorrow to get the card. This all happened after cash payment. I do not know any of your staff members because nobody has got name displayed on the pocket/infront. This is how your staff members behave with the customers i.e., senior citizens. Please note because of such behaviour of your staff members your schemes are going up in smoke. Please ask your concerned staff to rectify it by delivering the card at the following address, at an earliest. This is to have an effective control in future. Yours faithfully . I'm very displeased and disappointed in apollo pharmacy (K. K. NAGAR BRANCH!) Asking a customer to go to a different pharmacy because they don't want to cut a strip of tablet. Even though the doctor has prescribed for 5, the pharmacist suggests you either buy 12 or none.

Today I took few medicines..and asked for green glucose...the regular size one, she gave me blue colored...I said I want only green one...she was giving me a big packet that too a flavor which I didn't wanted.so I told her...i[censored] have the ones I asked u give...otherwise I don't want...she started arguing it also tastes good what is the problem?Till then I was talking politely at this moment I lost my patience...I said..I asked you for medicine..if you have give, otherwise it's ok.Please don't try to sell what u have.Thats all..that too a bit seriously...and I left.after few hours the same lady calls me and was trying to tell about some offer...I was erred at that point...I said...don't make any promotional calls...or else I will complain...she started talking nonsense...and was very rude.i disconnected..but do you guys take our numbers...for misusing like this.i wish the lady should be taught some sense.

I am Dr.Shweta khanna. 8th month pregnant woman, who had purchased glucometer of Appllo pharmacy from Lake market branch. I was not shown any glucometer of any other company. Shortly after i purchased, the strips have always been unavailable. I am now on oral hypoglycemic agents, and need to monitor my sugar on an emergency basis. The guy in the shop told me to go 3 kms to geta strip at 10:00 PM in night. Why was the glucometer sold to me if the shop didnt have strips. i need replacement of this instrument, otherwise i am moving to consumer court and will hold Apollo pharmacy liable if any issue crops up in my pregnancy related to lack of monitoring of sugars due to non availablity of strips
