I am using ecosprin - 75 since long. On the strip it has been mentioned asprin delayed - release tablets USP. But recently apollo Pharmacy, Saidabad (Hyderabad) is giving ecosprin 75 since 2 months whics has asprin gastro-resistant tablets IP 75 mg. They say both are the same but packing has been changed. Please let them clarify the position. As consumers we believe in their staff. Please instruct Apollo Pharmacy to compensate me with Rs.20, 000/- for their lapse.

Today when i went to get some medicines. Since the Bill amount is eligible for discount they are not giving. When we ask them then they are giving, internally they communicating like give discount if they ask or else dont and all. So, When we checked with them why you guys doing like that, they replied very rashly like that's it if you ask then only we ll give or else no .

Hi, I have been to apollo pharmacy many times and each and every time they pretend that they dont have change. I agree it happens sometimes but each and every time they pretend to be that they dont have enough change. They force or tend to buy other items.. In this way they are trying to make money. When you people have huge profits on medicins why dont you maintain enough change. I also found talking very roudly with one of the customers.. Idiotic service.

I asked him in english he told he don't know english also . I don't understand if he don't know english how he reads the name of medicine and how he has studied his basic education. Hello, My self i am chaitanya i am staying in Bangalore near ( APOLLO marathahalli branch). Today afternoon at 12:45pm all my flat mates been there for flew medicines so two of them were consulting with their doctors over the phone regarding the medicines . The owner of the pharmacy is very rash as he is saying if you are speaking over the phone get out . this is the word he used . as i tried to convince him that we are speaking for consulting the medicines but he said i am least bother about all those things as he is getting disturbed so he is asking customers to get out . As i asked him to if it is not permitted inside the pharmacy y didn't you kept any board ? He replied this is my pharmacy so i wont keep it . We just walk out from that pharmacy and we went to next pharmacy and we bought the medicines. you have to solve this problem . Please cross check with the camera's inside the pharmacy if there is no action ill go according to the law.

i brought a thermometer (digital ) from apollo pharmacy located at the main gate of sagar dutta medical college ..i asked for a bill..but they said that the printer was not working...and there is no discount on the thermometer ...the very next person in the queue was provided with a bill... i ws in a hurry as my freind was contracted to dengue ...but later heard from my other freinds that every1 who had purchased a thermometer was not being given bill nd was chargered the mrp...no disc was given it costs me abt 100 rs or so...do look in the matter ...it a consumer right especially in this case

Hello, When Apollo Pharmacy takes order on phone, they don't have a centralised professional system to confirm whether they have the medicine in stock or not. They don't send the customer a clear provisional Bill mentioning all the medicines ordered for the Customer to confirm that all the medicines ordered are being sent. Neither is the rate at which they have charged for each medicine is mentioned. So on both accounts of medicines being sent & the rate at which customer is being charged the customer is in dark till the time of delivery. It is disheartening to know that Such a big hospital can not run a pharmacy properly in a professionally satisfactory manner. Sumeet

I Rajan Retd Manager of having touch with ur Perambur branch for the past ten years. Recently only I come to understand that there was some differences in allowing the discount at 10% in my a/c, For example when I purchase tablets for Rs, 3000 the discount of Rs.300 would be credited to my a/c, This was the practice in paying the discount, Every time the discount would be allowed only on the gross amount, But recently the discount was paid on the doscounted amount, For example I have purchased for Rs, 3000, discount Is Rs.300 balance Rs.2700. I have to pay. Thereby this deal is over, When I purchase again on a later date, the discount was allowed on the PURCHASE amount and NOT On the discounted amount of Rs, 2700. But recently I have noted in my a/c the said discount amount was allowed only on the discounted amount and NOT on the purchase amount, So I request you to go thro' my a/c and arrange to re-credit the difference amount on the discount amount failing which I am forced to take up this matter to the consumer court, . I purchased green tea worth Rs 90 from apollo pharmacy, near tourist hotel, hyderabad. i found it to be just color water. It has neither taste nor smell of green tea. After preparing the tea, i sent a sample of green water (tea) to the shop also. The pharmacist refused to exchange or return the money. I am a customer of your company with the card no. [protected] of last two years and my average invoice is Rs. 2000 per month. Today I was purchased a horlicks kesar badam 400 gm pkt. A tiffin box free with it but a staff of your shop after received full amount told me that free item is finished. Hello Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Renu Khetan, a resident of Kolkata Lake Town is very frustrated with the kind of treatment done & dealt with the Apollo Pharmacy (Seller named -Biswajit). (Address Apollo Pharmacy, Plot No- 197, Block-B, lake town, kolkata - 700089.I had purchased medines from the above shop & since many medicines were not available at that time, had given the request to send the same to my residential address. Then, the medicines were delivered home, which also had the other medicines which were not ordered by me, the next day when I visited shop to exchange the same other medicines which I had ordered, the seller refused to do so as he was not authorised to so "as he said" and asked me to come some other day.Again, i went, the same reply. This happened a number of times and again today when I visited, got the same reply.Could you please look the same. Apollo pharmacy: This is to inform you about the rude behaviour of the pharmacist at Apollo pharmacy, Road no: 78, Jubilee Hills. Pharmacist name is Mr Amir Khan. I buy almost 2000 rs worth medicine every month from this location. Amir khan is behaving rudely with no respect to customers. Also he is not servicing request. While other members of this medical shop are decent, this person is behaving rudely. Please take action on him. I FACED THIS problem multiple times. When ever he is at counter we can be assured that service is not proper. He kep his legs on table and talks with customer.

Myself Pooja das from paradip, I have order medicine for infection, they told me to deliver medicine after two days but after that they said medicine is not available .so without medicine I am not able to get heal soon . so who is responsible for this type of behavior.
