This is Harish I have visited your outlet at 7.45 pm for taking gelusil tablets and I have asked him for 5 numbers and he was recklessly telling that gelusil 5 aaa then what you want I said I want only gelusil but he said in a rude way that WE DONT HAVE CHANGE and why u are giving 100 for it by grooming at me please take a necessary step and make them trained how to behave with the customers

Last sunday i visited apollo pharmacy vishwas nagar i met mr rajkumar incharge of pharmacy suddenly he goes outside then other pharmacy worker given me medicine but suddenly raj kumar came and told to pharmacy worker dont give him a medicines i just ask to you that you given medicine to customer look or doctor priscription please take action aggainst raj kumar otherwise m not visited again apollo pharmacy

Today evening @8.30pm at sector 18 Rohini Delhi outlet, six numbers of staff available but not capable of handling four customers. On protest they show us the way to another shop. I m PNB staff on panel of Apollo pharmacy. Will the higher authority look into the matter Rajesh [protected]

Hello, I bought medicines and medical stuff from the pharm!acy in kphb near Remedy HOSPITAL, SRINIVAS raju as per the name on the receipt denied to provide me a bill.He was charging me much lesser without the bill.I insisted on receiving the bill, and then got the bill, else I would have rejected accepting the medicines.However the price mentioned on the bill and the M.R.P still vary. Even on discount sale day arranged by Apollo Pharmacy, I was denied the bill and the change returned to me was also less, I dint bother much to complain aa they were general products and the difference amount was also less. If this is the process I definitely have many other pharmacy stores which serves better..

hello.. there. i have taken tablets fr my mother ..which are fr gynic problems... he said there are no tablets frm that company but same tablet frm diffrnt company.. nd he said that it would wrk..same as that tablet. but it didn wrk good on my mother.. my mother face has been changed alot in one day fr that only single tablet.. so i asked him to take them back.. he says no return, no exchange.. wat are these heck rules.. are u playing games on us.. ? if they dnt exchange..then wat should i do with those tablets of worth rupees 350 i said to exchange it with the original company which i asked frst to give.. he again says the same.. if there s no action on them by u people.. there will b a serious action taking by me..nd a consumer act case will b against u people frm my side.. the apollo shop s in nagaram.kesara mandol, 500083 nd my num is [protected]

I went to appollo pharmacy in khanna market, Lodhi road at 11 pm today, they were about to close. 2 Sales guy were standing out and 1 was standing inside, I requested them to give me medicine but they denied saying we are closed, I requested again saying it will take just 2 mins but one inside came out and said no it doesn't take 2 mins, I said that m unwell to which he replied everyone is unwell these days and showed insensitive behaviour which hurt me and I made him think about a situation wherein they can suffer the same thing but they were unmoved. I am in shock to see how insensitive appollo staff is towards people and if that's how company train them or is this the values of a renowned name. This shop earned the name for catering till late but I would never visit such stores since it will always remind me of this bad incident and 1 such incident proves that these days a human life doesn't matter much. They didn't even know how much pain or which problem a patient is going through, someone can loose his/ her life due to their behaviour. Their 2 mins can make a difference to someone's life but no they would bother as its a company store n they don't care about the brand name. Still not able to accept the fact that we as a human being has reached this level in life wherein a human life is not even worth 2 mins of our life

I have ordered Nan Pro2 and Cerelac with Apllo Sector 41 Pharamacy. He fisrt brought wrong order and behave very rudlly to my mother. This is second time I have faced same issue and this is not expected form brand like Apollo. Very bad expericance.

the guys at Apollo pharmacy located behind bus-stop of Neredmet X roads, promised to deliver the medicine from another medical outlet of apollo and asked us to come at 9.30pm. when we went there to collect the medicine, the guy, instead of saying they didnt pursue, said that, the person who was supposed to deliver is suffering with stomach pain and is admitted in hospital. When we called and enquired the branch person, he said, he is not even aware of this and is perfectly alright. Is this the way, they treat with patients visiting the pharmacy? Is this the service what they provide. If they cannot keep the word, they shouldnt have taken the order. We would have pursued somewhere else to get the medicines which were really needed.

Dear Sir, This is to bring into your kind notice that your pahrmacy is under panel of Bharat electronics ltd and when i went to purchase medicine from your vishwas nagar and sarita vihar pharmacy they did not have the medicines and insisted on subsitution. Firstly non alailabilty of medicines is a big issue secondly how come someone can decide to substitue without asking the doctor. This is a normal parctice of your pharmacy stores. Hi I am a regular buyer of Medicines from Apollo Pharmacy. Last week I have Purchased some medicine for two months but due to some problems doctors changed the medicine. I have purchased all medicine from your uthangarai branch in krishnagiri district have gone to exchange the medicine but the sales Man name is Silambarasan behaved with me very roughly with rowdy activity when i asked his supervisor phone no and told him i will complaint about you and he is a mad guy throwing some napkin and Diaper packet in the floor. Please install the CC TV in your stores to get the exact picture what is happening in stores. That time there was no customer in the store i was shocked in his behavior and trying to come out from store then he was blocking me to come out some how i managed to come out of the store and called up your Help line Mobile No.[protected] given in the Apollo Cover.After two to three call Mr.Yunush picked up the call he told i will speak to counter Sales Man's Boss and call you within 5 to 10munits.But i have not received any call from him after half an hours i called up again he told no body is responding the call.I will let you know next day morning but now we are in 3rd day there is no response from your help line. I never expected this rude treatment from one of the big prestigious service Industry employee.I will never turned to Apollo Pharmacy in my life and also in my circle will not advise One more thing this branch sales guy not interest to give bills to customers also tom me he has not giving when i was asking then he will give.Please check this guy may be doing some Fraud for your company. iam mr bingi naresh from khammam city.telangana state. today im purchased on of the sugar tablet name is glimiprime mp2 forte in apollo pharmacy khammam branch beside medinova. one of the employe in that pharmacy his name is murali he was not giving me bill then im asked bill he was angry on me. and also not giving discount im account holder in apollo.he mis behaving on me. he was using tealk less words using.please action on him immidiately. thankyou

Doctor give 15 days dose of SUSTEN-SR 300MG and I bought 10 days medicine on 08/04/2015 from Laxminagar Mangal Bazar, bill no isCS0089193 9ATM CARD NO. [protected]) and I went to buy for further 5 days medicine on 16/04/2015 but Pharmacist refuse to sold saying that we can give you only 10 tablet and not sold in loose. I went to the store at vande matram, ahmedabad. I asked for medicine there. My bill was only 10 rs. but I had 100 rs. note. So I asked him for to give me change of remaining amount.Though he had bunch of 10 rs notes and some 50 rs notes but he denied so I asked him for not to give me change. So he rudely said, if you do not have exact amount then not come to the shop and also said that if I will give you then u will be habituated. So it is better that u should not come. I am asking the question that is this the company policy to behave with customers like this way?? It should not be like this way. I am very disappointed with apollo pharmacy and I have decided that I will never go to apollo pharmacy and also I will not recommend to other people for the same

i walked in and enquired for thyrox and ishape, it was not available.one of the staff took my details and said deliver it to my door step by next day afternoon. as i trust appollo i have not tried any other outlets and went home.next day waited till 2 no response i hve called them back they said it gonna take two more hours i was fine with it again i called them around 430 no proper communication the person picked he was utmost rude i said why is its getting delayed you will not get this medicine and, he said you try anywhere find out in other places, i said ok what next he said i will delivered it to you by evening i asked him to mention the time he was not ready.then i said at least by 8, he said before that.. Fortunately i got a call from delivery boy around 7 he took the address he said he will deliver it. At 8 i called them back to know the status they said its more distance they will not able to deliver it.they not even informed me about the same.if it was emergency? Other small medical store persons are better than this kind of senseless staff .Apollo its time to check, your franchise.your brand is in wrong hands.no humanity. i visited appollo pharmacy film nagar, jubilee hills

I had purchased one machine on 16/01/2015 at Rishra PL Camp vide Cash Memo No 1197. The selling person checked my BP from the Demo Machine and my BP reading was 95/175. After taking the delivery I asked him to check the pressure from the machine which I had purchased and the reading came 85/140 and then I asked him to give me back my money as the reading from the machine I purchased was not correct. Then he told me to take the delivery of the Demo Machine. Then I told him that why should I take the used one . Then he told me some problem about cancelling the memo and he assured me that I will get Seal Packed New Machine within seven days and called one lady who as he told was the Incharge of Rishra Shop and asked her that she has to give the sealed pack machine in replace of the machine was given to me and both assured me that you please take this for the time being. After that I visited the Rishra Shop at several times and at every time it was told that the fresh machine will come in next 15 days and ultimately the lady replied that Head Office is not giving the delivery of Fresh Machine and so I can't help you in the matter.

I am Ganesh Sankar from Ayanavaram Chennai and I am a member in Apollo pharmacy and my membership number is [protected].I placed an order for getting my medicines in the Apollo pharmacy in Ayanavaram Chennai at 12:18pm on 4th April 2015. I was told that the medicines would be delivered the same day but I didn't get the medicines.When I enquired about that I didn't get a proper answer. I am a diabetic and high blood pressure patient and I am also taking medicines for some neurological problems.So I cannot skip medicines even for one day.I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of the staff.If this continues it will spoil the name of the Apollo group.Expecting a quick action in this matter.
