I am writing to file a formal complaint against Apollo 24/7 regarding their failure to deliver essential medication as promised. My order, placed on 16/08/2025 at 8:24pm for Montek LC, was scheduled for delivery on 16/08/2025 at 11:00pm. However, the delivery did not occur as promised.
Despite my attempts to seek clarification, I was not informed of any changes to the delivery schedule. And I didn't received any notification after the promised time, indicating a new delivery time that was significantly delayed. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill their commitment has caused me considerable distress and inconvenience, particularly as the medication is crucial for my health.
I believe that Apollo 24/7 has not only failed to provide the service they advertised but has also neglected their responsibility to communicate effectively with their customers. This experience has led me to seek redress through the consumer court, as I feel my rights as a consumer have been violated.
I kindly request that the court take appropriate action against Apollo 24/7 for their negligence and lack of accountability. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused and assurance that such issues will be addressed to prevent future occurrences.
