[Resolved]  Apollo Pharmacy — Purchased Package not applying while placing lab test order.

I have purchased package for hba1c test which includes 4 test in a year. I did booked 3 test but while booking last one, i don't see package is applying automatically as bill is not getting adjusted please look into it as i need to book this test asap. Attaching screenshot for reference.

Note - when i connect with Apollo Pharmacy customer care they are simply transferring my call from one department to another department. After struggle of 3 days, somehow i was able to log complaint i.e 3234164, Even i sent email to them as well ... But with no response till yet !!

Seems they are playing with customer money. It can be probably a new scam !
