I have visited apollo pharmacy store at EC road Cherlapally, hyderabad for purchase of regular blood pressure medicine. the staff was rude in talk and arrogant. say i[censored] want take or just leave ... mailed several times and follow up but only reply received is some1 will get in touch with you... but after 20 days no resolution or any update...

Today I have purchased my medicine for sugar(Insulin) in anna nagar Apollo shop QBlock here there is no stock for siranchi.so I went to another apollo shop 2nd Avenue near santhosh super market.here one person talking too much like disobedience words like your drug addict or not.I will consider with police then I will give and disobedience words etc.I am diabetic patient i got so stressed so pls take necessary action please reply for this...

Dear Sir,

1. Pls refer my order number[protected] placed on Dec 29, 2024 to Appollo 247 pharmacy.

2. The above Order was promised to be delivered by 01 Jan 24 but the same has not been delivered till date beyond 4 days of promised delivery date.

3. I raised the issue with their customer service on 01st Jan after not receiving the medicines. Again the same was assured & promised to be delivered...

Purchased Looz syrup from apollo pharmacy exotica -Ahinsa khand2 Indirapuram branch which had hanging noozle and medicine was not coming in cup. Went to there outlet to show same and the sales person used his dirty hands to fix noozle back and when i asked to change the bottle which they refused. The medicine was in cup and he used his bare dirty hands for same and expect me to drink and use that same bottle. Please raise complaint againt...

I have ordered (#[protected] through Apollo pharmacy on 14th Oct 2024 via express delivery and the delivery date shown at the time of order was 14th Oct 2024 but till date i did not receive the order.Have neither got the product nor any communication about expected delivery date.

Reached out to Apollo customer care multiple times and requested escalation on the delay and delivery of the order. I was assured that the respective action will be taken to resolve this but nothing happened.

I've asked why was not communicated of this and why the app is still showing will be delivered soon. there was no response .
what action was taken on my complaints till date . no response.
Will it occur again, no response.
what should do if this repeats again . no response.

The medicines din't get delivered till 17'Oct so I reached out to the customer care multiple times and had repeatedly requested them to cancel the order as they were not delivering the medicines. They said they will cancel the order and created a ticket #3412363 on 15'Oct and have escalated to the concerned team for the cancellation of the order. I have been following up with the customer support team for the order cancellation but they said they have an SLA of 24 hrs and then 48hrs have passed still neither medicines got delivered nor the order is cancelled.

Very pathetic service from Apollo, its delivery partners and Customer support. All the customer support team/supervisors sing a standard song called 'Apologies and sorry for the inconvenience' with no basic ethics but take no initiative to resolve this issue. Worst customer services support team I have ever come across.

Just because I have circle membership, I have ordered thru Apollo Pharmacy and I must say this membership itself is a fraud in broad daylight.

I have all the phone conversations with apollo customer service and the screenshots of expected delivery dates.

I request authorities to seek appropriate audits and take action.

I had a severe allergic reaction yesterday and I called the Apollo pharmacy from which I buy all medicines, after agreeing to deliver tablets they didn't deliver them. I had to go to bed without taking any tablets....

Apollo pharmacy company of such a reputed stature issue's gift vouchers which cannot be redeemed ONLINE. So much for a technology advanced company to simply to inconvenience the public. Moreover, the points redeeming companies like banks are hand in gloves with apollo pharmacy to entertain for their own selfish means & benefits...

When I ask the person at the Apollo pharmacy counter how many health credits I have, he always tells me a lesser number than shown in the Apollo 24/7 app. Today on 20 April I was buying items worth 760 rupees and when I asked how many HCs I can use from my HC balance, he said 2. I checked the Apollo 24 7 app and since 8th April I have 23 HCs. I don't know why I can claim 23 HCs from my balance when it's definitely not close to 50% of the transaction value of 760.

Sir, on 27/03/2024 I ordered medicine through Apollo 24x7 and my order value is Rs. 2225.60.
Before making the payment l applied the coupon Save 100 and paid the amount of Rs. 1895.79. And after making the payment my order was converted as shipment 1/2 with order ID[protected] and shipment 2/2 with order ID[protected] by the Apollo 24x7 and delivered the orders on 27/03/2024 & 29/03/2024 respectively. Before making the payment I took...

We bought medicines online and the amount was already paid by debit card. The delivery guy said it was Cash on delivery and un-knowingly we paid again Rs.830/- The telephone number of the delivery boy is [protected].

Upon demanding refund and sending message, he has paid only 500 back stating different excuses. Rs.330/- is yet to be paid back. The amount is small and most o[censored]s ignore this. But then this encourages the delivery...

I placed lab test order for which i applied thr ALLGOOD coupon for whihc i have to get the cashback of 1k HC but due to some glitch at thier end my cashback was not credited and they also accepted it that the glitch was with their apps and now they are not replying to my mails and not giving my health credits back. The glitch was at their end why would i pay for it.
A week has gone and they are not resolving my problem....

I have purchased 2500 Rs online voucher of Apollo Pharmacy from gyftr. However, apollo has disabled this option from payment page. Upon enquiry, it was informed that if there is any discount on MRP of item in cart, voucher payment option will not be available. This is truly unfair trade practices. Most of the items on this platform are discounted to MRP. In this way they are causing financial loss to voucher purchaser....

It's a pathetic service by Apollo lo pharmacy, it was not expecting from Apollo pharmacy.. i had ordered medicine on 1st feb 24, the apollo proudly say that get medicines in hours.. they had promised to deliver my parcel on 3rd of feb.. even 4 feb is over. i didn't received any call.. it is far better to book medicine from 1mg i was using 1mg before it's great... from future i will not use Apollo pharmacy & will suggest...
