Respected Sir/Madam ( Apollo Pharmacy ),

I am writing to bring to your attention several serious issues I have observed at Apollo Pharmacy Store ID 25718, Gunadala Post Office Road, Vijayawada – 520008.

Non-issuance of invoices: After billing, salespersons are not providing proper invoices. Instead, they are accepting payments through their personal UPI QR codes or in cash. I have attached the QR code being used for payments, along with the receipt provided to me.

Discount discrepancies: The standard 20% / 18% discount on bills above ₹1000 is not applied instantly. Only after insisting and asking for the reporting manager’s contact, the discount is manually calculated on a waste paper, and cash is requested. The manager’s name is Mr. Sraven Kumar (Mobile: [protected]).

Salesperson practices: The store boy, Shamuk, has on multiple occasions handled payments in this manner, raising concerns over transparency.

Stock and sourcing practices: Many times, the medicines I request are not available at the store. Instead, staff procure them from the open market or nearby private stores, which is not in line with Apollo’s trusted retail standards.

Store operation concerns: On one occasion, I found the store closed around 5 PM, even though the lights were on. After waiting 10 minutes along with another customer, Shamuk came rushing, opened the store, and casually mentioned he had gone out for some work.

As someone with retail and marketing experience, these practices raise concerns of non-transparency, mismanagement, and loss of customer trust, which is not in line with Apollo Pharmacy’s reputation as a reliable healthcare retail chain.

I request you to kindly investigate the operations of this store and ensure proper corporate retail practices, transparent billing, and customer trust are restored. Since this store is located next to my apartment, I sincerely hope it will be managed professionally for the benefit of all customers in this area.
