My name is Prashant Ingawale, a delivery partner at Shadofax. Today(05/11/2025) morning, I received a delivery from this store. I came here from Nanded city, 6km in my app showing customer details and ask otp but not showing order no. I ask the female assistant to look into to pc you will show the delevery on my no she deny the same and orgue with me i arge her i come from 7 km and with out complete the order i can not received the next order. After she some thing doing i get order no but she deny the give order to me and said i will not give you order. You should cancel from your side. Order is ready but she not given to me, and i faild to delevery the same. On her behavior i loss my pay and hedac. Her is oly thing is pick up the order and give it to customer on time. As her behavior totally loss for all. If pesiont on imargency the suffer the same. I urge you to take action againt this type of employee
