I am writing to report a serious and unauthorized transaction involving my Apollo account and Health Credits.
On 21.04.2025, I purchased a L'Oréal conditioner for ₹299 and paid the full amount (Invoice No: WS0002561). Today, I received a call from Apollo Pharmacy claiming there was an invoicing error and requesting an OTP to rectify it. Trusting the call, I provided the OTP.
Later, upon checking the Apollo 24/7 app, I was alarmed to see that my original order was marked as returned, and my Health Credits along with the refund amount were misused to purchase another item (Invoice No: CS0004109)—a transaction I did not authorize.
This is a clear case of account misuse and potentially fraudulent activity.
If this issue is not resolved immediately and my Health Credits and refund amount are not reinstated in full, I will be left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the cybercrime and consumer fraud division of the police. I take this breach very seriously and expect a prompt resolution.
Please treat this as urgent and confirm your action within 24 hours.
