Apollo Pharmacy — Regarding health credit (Hc) points: i noticed that 150 points were removed from my account without my knowledge

"Hi, I'm Dinesh from Trichy. I purchased products from Apollo's Tollgate branch (Bill No: 16725GF0010644). One MYCE soap was unavailable, and staff said they'd arrange it and call me later.

Before purchasing, I had 202 HC points but didn't redeem them. An hour later, I received a suspicious call from [protected] claiming my account was expiring and needed renewal. They asked for 2 OTPs, and after providing them, my account was supposedly renewed.

However, upon logging into my Apollo account, I found 150 HC points were deducted. I'm shocked and need help understanding why my points were reduced."
