[Resolved]  Apollo Tyres — apollo tyre 185/60r15

I brought apollo tyre, on[protected]. While driving on the highway, with a small hit tyre got deflated.

I have provided the tyre to dealer on 18-12-17. As per his suggestion, i should get an sms in 24-48 hours. Now its more than 48 hrs, and no information has been shared with me, as to what the progress.

On the website, its clearly written if any problem arises in the tyre within 2 years then without any condition, the tyre will be exchanged with a newer one. If that is the case, why its taking so much of time to resolve my complaint.
