I am filing this complaint against Apollo Tyres Limited for rejecting my legitimate warranty claim and putting the lives of my family at serious risk due to a defective tyre.

Shakti Sai Tyres Pvt Ltd over charge me the value. Bill made for 44660/- card swiped for Rs.45, 553.00. I could not say any thing as the owner were not at site the staff some how manage to swipe my card. Requesting please settle my extra valu back other wise I have to send a note to CEO .

Hi this is Peeyush I submitted my apollo tyre within warranty on 13/09/2022
To dealer there are two air bubbles in my tyre so I claim for that and I received sms after two days as shown below

They even don't check my tyre and reply coz two big air bubble...

Apollo tyre has done a fraud to me.
I have purchased 3 tyre of apollo 2 year back, i have not used much my car since lockdown. I have only drove for almost 4000 km wherein one tyre showed bulge, another tyre shows a cut and another got busy in road. On the burst thanks God my life saved.
Bursted tyre was over 2 year and the tyre which show manufacturing defect of bulge they did not change my tyre stating it was due to impact...

I have a Maruti Vitara Brezza 1 year 3 months old with 15000 Km driven, I recently notice bulge in the front right tyre, went to Apollo shop to claim warranty, they rejected the complaint saying it's not a manufacturing defect.

I do not agree with it, tyres are meant to run on roads and on potholes and that should not mean that it gets bubbles just in 15000 km.

I have bought Hyundai Venue car on 29 January, 2022 from Mohali. Only after only two and half months my brand new car tyre has been burst. I have contacted Hyundai and they sent me to the Apollo Tyres Ltd Karnal. On 19th April, 2022 I raised a complaint in Apollo Tyres Karnal office.
They inspected it and as they usual they said this tyre can't be covered under the warranty as it has been damaged by possible...

I have buy Apollo tyre from savarkundla and shop name Bharat traders.

But in my tyre so many times air leakage problem is there but Bharat traders is not giving properly answer and he gave me 3 year warranty also but now he is not giving properly answer

I purchased Volkswagen Taigun Topline on 02 Sep 2022 from Automark (Jamnagar and running around 9800 km in 2 years. On 15 Aug I along with my family and friends are traveling to Rajkot. On road right side rear tire sidewall cut suddenly. I pushed break and stopped my car. So by luck no damage and injury. Tyre is totally new condition. Also my car is well maintained it run only 9800 km in only 2 years from purchase date. I request the Apollo company to do the need full and replace... * Tyre Details: Less than 3 months old and driven less than 1000 km.
* Suspected Cause: Manufacturing defect.
Despite raising multiple requests through customer care and emails, my claim remains unresolved. The engineer's report, which rejected my claim, appears to be biased in favor of the company and does not reflect the true condition of the tyre.
I request your team to prioritize this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

Dear Apollo Team,

This is to inform you that I bought 4 Apollo Tyres from Advaith Hyundai JP Nagar Branch. After the usage of around[protected]km I found a small damage in 1 tyre, I intimated to Advaith Hyundai service advisor regarding the damage, he convinced me on that day saying that it may be happened while travelling different scenarios and no issues in that, and even I ignored that and felt it is ok.

Now in last week I found a big crack on another tyre, and it got punctured, immediately I contacted Advaith Hyundai and requested for replacement. They contacted Apollo dealers and did the tyre technical inspection report stating that for replacement offer/price adjustment is INR 1320.00, replacement/price adjustment is fair enough but what about customer safety??? There is high chance of tyre blast if it is having crack on it.

I used these tyres for around 8000 km in 8 months period, 2 tyres got damaged (For 01 tyre not raised complaint) means it is an apollo product quality issue more that it is issue of traveller safety…!! And extra financial burden…!! I am not ready to spend money for every 6months or in a year for replacements rather than I can go for other quality brands.

Regarding the product quality & safety I’m going to post in my social media page & YouTube channel.

I expect no further problems and replacement should be done free of cost.

We brought new car (Toyota Glanza) 3 months back and by default we were provided with Appollo tyres. We travelled only with in the Chennai limits and we have driven only 2500 KMS so far. On 22/03/2024, i noticed that tyre next to drivers seat was looking like punchred and i rushed to near by puncture shop. They said that if it not puncture and we need to change the tyre.

Since it is brand new car, i rushed to Toyota showroom and informed them about the incident. They said, they will provide the details to Appollo Tyres and after inspection, they will justify if it is Manufacturing defect or not.

I was waiting for call from Toyota showroom and i never received any call. I went to them and they said we got report from Appollo Tyres and it is not coming under warranty.

To my surprise there was no physical inspection happened with Tyre and they sent a report that it is not coming under warranty. So they have predefined template for everyone that what ever complaints come to them they just send the report by just changing the customer name? Do this Appollo typres not having any kind of shame on doing this?

If 3 months old Tyre is not able to withstand Chennai road, what will happen if am going to take this car to hill stations and all.?

What is durability of this tyres? And I am surprised how company like Toyota is having partnership with such a local Tyre company?
