[Resolved] Apollo Tyres — Unethical behaviour and tyre cracked

I puchased my car venue on 23/02/2021 3914 kms clocked and the ture got cracked after getting it inspected the dealership said that the tyre had a impact but when i enquired about the impact they werent able to prove on complaining the person mr chaman was very rude on call and he said that we wont give you claim based on the whatsapp images and having a word he told me to get it inspected again and he was saying that they'll give me negative reply to my complain . if the tyre isnt meant to be used on road why they make tyres and dont give claim . very poor response and zero customer satisfaction

the engineer contacted a third agency nd on giving advice he said " mr chaman (engineer) told me no claim will be given you should go insurance claim " whereas the engineer knew it was a fault from their end about the tire hence because at the end he was supposed to be at fault he started another ways so that my claim could not be successful today is 7oct 2021 i posted a complaint on 14 through oem they are unable to sort sometimes they are busy according to them straight for weeks and dont pick call at the end i would say i got fed up nd wont ever use apollo nd would suggest others to go for other brands . no response no claim they gave at the end i had to get things on my own because if i cant use my vehicle whats the matter of buying it

Go to consumer court with proof and document and it will cost you Rs 100 and self argument is enough with proof. its online system. you will get resolution if you initiate.
