[Resolved] Apollo Tyres — poor quality and fake warranty policy | |||||
I have elite i20 asta which has tyre of apollo company - alnac 4g. 195/55 r16. I noticed a bulge on side wall. The request for replacement rejected stating that it is external damage, whereas there was no external damage, the tyre is in warranty, it has run only 15000km. There was no impact which may cause such bulge. Also apollo company claims warranty for any damages but they are not responding the way they have mentioned on their site and advertisement. Tyre replacement request was submitted at tyre palace, bhiwani. I want the tyre to be re-inspected. There is no damage on tyre except the small bulge.
