Apollo Tyres — Tyre side wall cut with in 3 months o[censored]se

Hi team,

I would like to inform you that my 3 months old Hyundai alcazar signature AT, 18 inch front tyre got a side wall cut. Please see the attached video.
When i requested for warranty through hyundai service, apollo team has rejected it saying that cut is due to sharp object on the road. Could you please check the video and let me know what kind of object can make that cut without scratching the rims or any other tyre side or any other body parts. Yes, apollo team suggested a buy back offer, saying 25% can be given for the used tyre(just 2299 km). Are you saying this tyre is not meant for indian roads? Or the build quality is so cheap? Apollo team gave me the report with the same details, and from the video they can easily understand this is a quality issue

I have mailed the complaint and my contact number already. And according to the service request i will get a call with in 48hours and i did not. So i guess we consumers need to think about other brands in future, as you can see many such complaints in this same forum

Its been 4 days after giving my details, and nobody contacted me nor any email. Complaint is still open. 5 year warranty tyre getting a side wall cut with in 2000km.(3 months old). And no warranty can be applied? How i am supposed to drive it around as other 3 tyres also from apollo
