I brought new Baleno car on 09.05.2018 with Apollo tyres. on 02, 10, 2021 i took my car from outstation (margao to cancona). after travelling for almost 30 minutes, the front left side tyre was burst in middle of highway.As the tyre was tubeless, so ut doesn't loose its air so quickly and this tyre burst from the side corner.

According to Apollo tyre warranty, it gives 5 year warranty for manufacturing warranty.

I had sent a bubbled tyre of my maruti suzuki baleno car (item size 19S/ssR16) ( PIR no. 92759) for exchange in apollo tyre dealer in varanasi, (Apollo tyres ltd. A34/61, A-1 GT road Kazzakpura, varanasi-221001) .They stated the reason that tyre got bubbled up due to an impact but in the warranty it is clearly mentioned that it'll consider the tyre damaged due to an impact. If the company is not standing on its policy then...

I got Apollo tyres fitted from the company on my Maruti Swift which is a 2016 model.
After clocking 21000 kms the car started producing a strange noise from the tyres. I got it thoroughly checked from 2 different Maruti dealers and outside mechanics as well but there was no issue with the wheel balancing, shockers etc
But the noise didn't go. Then Maruti dealership told me that the tyres are of poor quality and when I qouted that these are company fitted tyres then they did a U turn with their statement.
Now the tyres have got an uneven wear tyre and has troubled me a lot.
Please help me with this issue.

It has been a pathetic experience with my Apollo tyre and hyundai. I purchased my grand i10 nios in the month of october 2020. Today completing one year for my car and with much disappointment seeing the bad service from hyundai and apollo.

I cannot express my dissatisfaction which I am putting across in this fashion.

I had taken Hyundai grand I10 nios from kanase Hyundai showroom located in satara, Maharashtra. Within 1 year, one tyre got bulge on side wall. This really depressed me because I never thought that I will ever have such experience with Apollo tyres in just one year.

I approached kanase Hyundai, satara, Maharashtra Service Center to get my tyre replaced. Within a week, I get to know that my warranty has been rejected merely because they replied as - Damage of this kind is typically caused by sudden impact on locallized impact on sidewall, usually accompanied by crescent
shaped crease or impression formed on sideall area or outside . Impact of this kind caused due to running on kerbs, road hazards, improper air pressure,
misapplication or wrong tyre /rim combination. Failure may occur at time or in some cases at any time after impact has occured (mentioned as probable reason, they are also not sure and declined the replacement... ) . I am really surprised with such a probable answer from a company like Apollo and not even thinking about their quality and safety of customer (Tyres are made to run on road especially Indian road). If this is the reason then how come rest of my 4 tyres are in good shape and they will not cause any problem further.

APOLLO and Hyundai don't just think of your benefit, sometimes think about customer safety as well.

Awaiting for any response from Apollo tyres and Hyundai as eager as possible since this is quite urgent and when you offer warranty for any tyre, this shouldn’t be something you should be doing at your end. It is definitely misleading your customers and a worst service.

Please don't mislead your customers.

Maruti Baleno --- 2020 Model, This incident took place on dated[protected] coming along with family on highway mid night frt lhs & Rear lhs tire got damage .
Rarely manage to control the vehicle for saving himself & family.

Reject the Both tires due to external impact.

kindly look upon the matter & covered under warranty for avoiding further any approach.

I purchased a new car in April, 2021 and all 4 Apollo tyres have developed cracks out of which 1 got burst while driving. I want the company to replace the tyres as they are under the warranty period.

I brought apollo tubeless tyre from NEW VISHAL TYRE SERVICE 52 municipal market connaught place new delhi 110001, now he is not dealing with Apollo company due to not good service providing by your company same problem with me, he saying we are not dealing this Apollo Tyres due to complaint not solved,

Kia sonet's tyre got torned itself at home, and in warrant tyre got changed if there is any manufacturing defect, but engineer talking to me in abusive language when i told him that i am complaining in consumer care, so now what is the meaning of warranty ? And its been 15 days since my tyre got torned, and today they called apollo tyre dealer and told that the tyre has been rejected, your tyre can't be changed in warranty, its been 8 months only, warranty period is also not completed .

I purchased brand new car indus motor nilambur.. Wegot family thiruvananthapuram... Just 40 kilometor highway tyre is cutt side.. Then my friend told me check all tyre then I check all tyre bulged... I got Indus motor our team checking this not compalaint this joint very badly told me

I puchased my car venue on 23/02/2021 3914 kms clocked and the ture got cracked after getting it inspected the dealership said that the tyre had a impact but when i enquired about the impact they werent able to prove on complaining the person mr chaman was very rude on call and he said that we wont give you claim based on the whatsapp images and having a word he told me to get it inspected again and he was saying that they'll give me negative...

I bought new brezza on 25th feb 2021. On 29th august my front right tyre had cracked n i hv lodge a complaint to my maruti dealer but till to date no resoonse. I am sure this manufacturing defect as my tyre is tubeless a tubelesw tyres the air will go out if there is hole only when i stop the car but my tyre was airless while i am driving n i almost got into an accident.

I am a retired Armymen and bought my Baleno Delta car in July 2019.Car run around 5000 km.

My tyre got punctured and when i went to get the puncture repaired they told me that this tyre will not run as the metal wires are poking out of tyre.

Please help in getting the tyre replaced.

Bought a new i20 in September 2019, run about 10000 km but on 3rd free servicing it was found that 3 of the tyres is bubbling while driving

I purchased Virata Breeza in Dec 2019.
It's one tyre of Driver side back got cut while driving. It's not completed 2 years and such a damage occur. Pl. Provide solution by replacing the tyre.

I purchased Ford Figo Bu variant which comes with your Tyre 195/55- R15 " alloy wheel with tube less Tyre. My vehicle travelled 15605Kms and the Tyre got burst on the middle way of my journey. I raised the complaint and the tyre went for investigation and the shocking news is that after 2 days of verification the reports concludes the tyre got burst due to sharp object penetrated. that report was given by a human Machine so called customer support engineer Mr. Kota Mallaya -Vijayawada Apollo tyres.

while I went to him to know the case and scenario his answer toward the customer is very arrogant and attituded, that if you need a tyre purchase a new one or else file a legal case as per the report.
while coming to the report he briefed the damage by his naked eyes nor any computer machine or tool checked the tyre.

as a professional engineer I works in international software manufacturing company I could explain more better than him by suggesting a customer to purchase a new one by offering him a minimum discount for not loosing a customer to the company.

his answer make me anger and I escalated the issue to the FORD high authority not to purchase Tyres for their cars from Apollo.

I would like to escalate the complaint regarding the tyres of Maruti Suzuki Swift Jan-2019 model. The vehicle undulates/bubbles while driving, the issue was reported to the Maruti Suzuki delegates while regular servicing. The alignment and balancing were also done regularly as advised by the service in charge.

After the regular follow-up finally, the claim has been rejected by your Apollo delegate. The tyre is under warranty in terms of year and odometer reading-wise both. The technical analysis report was shared by your delegate which seems to be unsatisfactory.

Also, Maruti Suzuki and Appollo both are passing the ball to each other and are not willing to take responsibility for the wear and tear caused in/by the tyres. Ultimately the loss is for the customers like us who have already been continuously reporting the issues to the parent company.

Also, when the matter was reported to the delegates who had accepted the issue with the tyre had replaced the original tyres with the Stepney and claiming the problem to be solved and had also not given the acknowledgement for the same after the false claim. Which seems to be an eyewash or a situation escape.

Trusting the brand name of Maruti Suzuki and Apollo and the probability of getting the issue to be resolved, the patience was kept but after the regular followups and escalations, the issue seems to be thrown reverse on me i.e. vehicle user.

Request you to please look into the matter and take immediate action on the same.
