I have paid Rs 25000 through SBI cheque 857486 dt 16-Apr-2014 (debited on 22-Apr-2014) for Jiyo Royale membership alongwith Apollo Munich health plan. Reference case no by Apollo is Case number 49 for Kit no. However, inspite of repeated reminders and followup from my side, I have not yet received registration kit as verification itself has been pending. Kindly intervene and do the needful to refund the money at the earliest. Retention team from Apollo had contacted but again there has been no progress. I have complete record of call details.
