no refund on non granted membership

I have paid Rs 25000 through SBI cheque 857486 dt 16-Apr-2014 for 5 members for Jiyo-Royale membership with Apollo Munich (Optima Restore) health plan. However, there has been no progress on this front. Retention team responded in Jul-2014 but to-date my case no 49 is still pending. I have asked for refund but even that is not being arranged. I have done continuous follow up (records are available) by phone/sms on my part but verification...

I have paid Rs 25000 through SBI cheque 857486 dt 16-Apr-2014 (debited on 22-Apr-2014) for Jiyo Royale membership alongwith Apollo Munich health plan. Reference case no by Apollo is Case number 49 for Kit no. However, inspite of repeated reminders and followup from my side, I have not yet received registration kit as verification itself has been pending.
