[Resolved] Apollo Value Card Pvt Ltd. — no refund on non granted membership | |||
I have paid Rs 25000 through SBI cheque 857486 dt 16-Apr-2014 for 5 members for Jiyo-Royale membership with Apollo Munich (Optima Restore) health plan. However, there has been no progress on this front. Retention team responded in Jul-2014 but to-date my case no 49 is still pending. I have asked for refund but even that is not being arranged. I have done continuous follow up (records are available) by phone/sms on my part but verification for medical and holiday is still pending. I have not received registration kits for any as on date. However, there has been no progress on this front. Retention team responded in Jul-2014 but to-date my case no 52 is still pending. I have asked for refund but even that is not being arranged. I have done continuous follow up (records are available) by phone/sms on my part but verification for medical and holiday is still pending. I have not received registration kits for any as on date.
